They never respond to your request
You can put a request in and they will never come. You harass the office and still no one. You gotta do everything yourself. There’s no sense of urgency. I don’t even ask for much. I called for request to be done about my alarm and no one came. I did another request and no still hasn’t come. They don’t care. The price is convenient but everything is trash so maybe that’s why the price is the way it is.

0 stars describes this place. This is the most nastiest place I have ever seen. The security guards are never working, they leave the gate open all night. The hallways have no air and it smells horrible. There are rodents all over the community. It’s disgusting!! You are paying to live with rats and roaches!! Keep scrolling !!!!!!

DISGUSTING!!
If I could give 0 stars I would ! Don’t get me wrong, the people in the office are nice. But the buildings itself, the community, the hall ways, and the elevator is disgusting. The elevator sounds and feels like it can break any second. The hallways have no air conditioning and it smells terrible. THEY HAVE RATS & ROACHES I MEAN INFESTED ! Don’t even waste your time applying.

available dates are not true
I call this place back to back because of the available dates. But every time I call I get a different date for availability. It says October 2022 right now but called and was told it’s actually April? And the day before it was for May of next year? This place is confusing as hell

Customer Service
The employee that goes by Chiva well respected and very polite towards me she makes me feel comfortable with her attitude and her personality. Chiva also give a tour of the building from the basketball court, swimming pool and also the playground and she also show me the ins and out of the building and also the security guard was nice to me i really appreciate the respect that they give as a person. Not worth it
Rude employees, poor services nasty, and scary tenants, when you go inside the laundry to wash ur clothes or throw away trash there's always bad people inside smoking weed, now in building #7 there's a new tenant shooting outside every single day, it could be early in the morning, afternoon or night, that person keep shooting in the air for fun,I'm very scared especially for my kids,I can't even close my eyes to sleep with peace with all that shooting outside close by my windows ,hopefully the police will find the shooter because gun is nothing to be playing with . The building not safe at all I just wish they fix them cameras, when u complaining about those cameras who's not working, employees got mad said we don't pay enough money for those cameras to be working like we are just living there for free , but every year the rent got higher

Not the best place
Despite the location being convenient, I would have to tell you all the “ Such a nice community” or “ Such nice people” is completely false. Every other day the elevators breakdown, you have other residents smoking and the office workers are completely rude and disrespectful. The place is infested with roaches and mold and they refuse to do anything about it.

Awesome Place
I've been here since June of 2015 and this place is absolutely awesome nobody bothers you nobody interrogate you or anything like that it's a beautiful place to raise a family no matter what they also help you in any situation that you need and I really love the Center Court Apartments.

Center Court Apartments
Currently staying in A 2/2 with my brother. Place is big and very spacious. The only problem I have is the roaches. Roaches everywhere. but I'm buying some Roach spray for that. I think they clean the carpets every month.. Washer and dryer on every floor and there is a medium sized pool. Its a gated community but its not a hassle for visitors to come. Pot holes EVERYWHERE so you gotta be careful while parking. Other than the roaches (which may not be in every unit. maybe my previous tenants were dirty) and the pot holes the place is great. I would recommend it.
