Property Ratings at Center Point West
I lived at CPW for a year in 2016-2017 and really liked the place. My upstairs neighbor was wonderful and the rest of them were quiet but always kept an eye out for each other. The maintenance staff was on top of everything and really never needed much upkeep. The full sized washer and dryer is so nice to have and the kitchen is huge. Ettie, the property manager, was always a delight to talk to as well. The grounds were always maintained and you’d see a lot of deer in the mornings. It was a really nice place to call home.
Center Point West really is a great place for a great price. Tucked away almost as if in the woods, it offers privacy and quiet though so close to the city and all entries anywhere - I95, 276. Never cars speeding across parking lots, no noisy neighbors. Few kids here and there, all ages of people. Management is always available, they really seem to care about the tenants, Ettie that is that does; seem to pay great attention to details, place is always well kept up, both summer with landscaping and winter with salt. The only downside I feel is that there is no pool, but having a full size washer and dryer in unit instead was a no brainer of a compromise. I'm also used to central air; wall units do the job but tend to be loud. To sum up though - this place is a private, but welcoming, well kept and kept up not so secret secret.
If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live, then CPW Apts. is it!!! They're very spacious and newly remodeled. Everybody is so friendly here and everybody talks to everybody. Every apartment has their own parking spot with their apt. number on it, plus plenty of parking for visitors. If anything goes wrong and you need maintenance, you just call the leasing manager and she'll send a message over to them. They are very quick to respond and always on time. The leasing manager is the friendliest person you'll ever meet. She's is always at the office if you ever need her. I have been living here for over 2 years now and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Center Point West is the place I call HOME.
The first thing to know about this place is that it is in a good location with restaurants, grocery stores, and even a mall all within a two mile radius. The apartments themselves are nice. The master bedroom is a good size, but the second bedroom is smaller, including the closet. The grounds are kept up well during most of the year, but the parking lot needs care during snows. The office staff are nice and are willing to work with you if there is a problem, but they are have been known to become overzealous when it comes to policing children. The noise level varies according to the time of year. Being so close to a high school means that you can hear the marching band practicing early on the weekends and somewhere around here is a rooster that can crow at odd hours. Overall, this place is worth a shot due to location and is better than three other places I have lived in the last few years.
Awesome community. Lots of kids and families that are outside playing. Very clean and very attentive staff and maintenance. 24 hour emergency service and excellent, updated apartments.
