Center & Stone

I have been living here since June and absolutely love it here along with the location walking distance to everything. The staff is very kind and my favorite part is that they ask for feedback and actually take the time and effort to accommodate to residents requests. For example, we got more new gym equipment!! Residents also respect each others belongings. The residents are quiet but friendly. Age population seems to be around young working professionals, millennials. I have good quiet neighbors. The entire staff from cleaning, maintenance, leasing team are amazing. Debbie also went out of her way to help me with a request. I wish rent wasn’t high for the space and I hope it doesn’t rise so I can continue to live here. Overall I do like it and feel very safe.

Overall, pretty good experience. I like that the T is right there and the amenities are nice and new, specially the gym and the game room. There is a decent number of social events and it's been nice to meet other residents that way. There are two grocery stores close by - a Stop and Shop and Star Market. Quincy is a quaint, little neighborhood.

Very nice and clean space. The staff are so kind in passing. The communication is really great day to day. There’s a solid effort to create community and fun events to keep us social.

We absolutely love living at Center & Stone. It's very conveniently across from the RedLine which I take to work. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The staff has been so helpful and quick to fix any issues. The apartment itself is beautiful. Some of the appliances could be more quality brands but whenever there is issues maintenance is on top of it. The pool is wonderful to use in the warmer months and the fitness center has been upgraded with new equipment per resident request. Feels like a luxury home.

The property managers are exceptionally kind and understanding. It’s so nice to see people around these buildings usually happy and smiling. Only 4 stars because nothing is ever perfect but I do enjoy living here very much.

Absolutely love living here, such a great community with tons of amenities and incredibly pet friendly. The surrounding area has alot to offer, as well as easy access to the red line

We love living at Center & Stone! We moved at the beginning of September and have found the place and all its amenities so nice. The leasing team also host a bunch of events for the residents which are very fun.

So five months ago, I wrote that I loved this place and if you care to know I still do! It’s awesome and just keep getting better. It’s super quiet, clean and a relaxing place. The management's team Debbie, Kayla and Zach are very friendly, informative and go above and beyond to make the stay here comfortable. The maintenance team is super responsive. On or off duty Leroy is always ready to help and takes pride in his work. The amenities are the best! The recent completion of the Center building was the icing on the cake. Such a beautiful and safe place to live.

Overall, I'm so satisfied. It's a new building, it's so clean, the staff are so kind and neighbor are so nice. Personally, I go to the track in the faxon field and run everyday morning, it's so nice to be close to it

We love it here. Great adjustment. Great residents. Great staff. We love the location. Close to a nice park, plenty of restaurants within walking or UberEATS range, and plenty of public transportation options.

The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are amazing! All needs are met, and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive! The walls and windows block sound very well, and the amenities are top of the line.

We love living at Center & Stone! You can’t beat the location and the amenities are amazing as well. The team is great and quickly fixed the little issues we had when we moved in.

Not only is the management team one of the best I’ve ever had, the apartment complex as a whole always impresses my friends with how nice it is and how many amenities we have. The only thing I dislike is living next to Santander because their lights are always on at night time.

So far so good! The staff around the building has been very warm and helpful during our move-in process helping out with all of our random requests. The amenities have been great thus far and are looking forward to continue settling in to this wonderful community

Helpful people and beautiful apartments. Smooth move in and lots of amenities. The bathroom is nice and I loved they have in unit laundry. Very close to the T station as well.

Everyone in Mgmt and Maintenance is super responsive to all my questions and so incredibly nice and welcoming. From the tour to move in day, I felt supported each step of the way. The amentities are also really nice and I can't wait to start using them soon.

So far the staff have been extremely engaging and friendly! The amenities, for the most part turned out great and the apartment unit has been very solid with no issues. This is definitely a great surprise for such a new building.

Lots of great private work and lounge space. Very friendly neighbors but not overwhelming. Very clean and open. Quincy Center is a great location.

Moving into Center & Stone has been a great experience. There were some hiccups with our move-in date due to unforeseen construction delays however the staff/community have been exceeding our expectations. They have been accommodating and very friendly. Any questions or concern is answered in minutes. The community is welcoming and the complex itself is very clean. Brand new appliances and exterior/interior. We are very happy here.

I love my new home. The neighborhood is great, the staff are amazing, and the amenities speak for themselves. The move in process was very straightforward. Would highly recommend.

Overall a great place to live. All staff is amazing. Only reason for 4 stars is because most amentities still are not done and able to use at all and no discount has been made to rent price. Which I would imagine most of these amentities have a great deal of why residents have chosen to live here.

The staff on site is very professional, polite and very helpful. They keep us updated on what is going on the property site which is great!

All the new other apartments in the future will be in the same style as here. Nice staff. Near Quincy bay. Nice location. Everything is satisfied for me

Everything is new and everyone at the management office are very kind and helpful. However, some of the amenities are still under construction. Excited for them to be done!

Just moved in for one week or so. The building itself is beautiful and well equipped. The location is super convenient for commuters. And last but not the least. The managers are super responsive and friendly!! They offer very efficient and professional help.

Just moved in on 7/1. We are one of the first people that moved in to Center building. And although there have been bumps on the road before moving in (which we knew are highly possible with new construction) the property management team did everything they can to make it as stress free as possible. Top notch amenities and amazing management in the heart of Quincy. What can be better? Highly recommend it.

Staffs are very responsive. Neighbors are well behaved and friendly. Facilities are new and nice. Maintenance team is always available. We had a facility emergency and the team showed up as soon as we requested. Hopefully they keep up this well management in the long term.

So far we really like it. The building is beautiful. The people (staff and residents) are friendly. The location is great! Plenty of restaurants and public transit (red line, commuter, and buses.

The staff is really wonderful, and the complex is nice so far, but it’s definitely lacking since they’re still constructing the Center building. Overall, it’s a great complex and Quincy is a really nice area.

We have had such a wonderful experience moving in and everyone has been so welcoming and friendly! We are so grateful we picked such a wonderful apartment community and are looking forward to making Center and stone our home.

Beautiful property! Kayla the property manager is amazing! Moving in was a breeze. The apartment itself is awesome. The bathroom is my favorite. I Love this place.

I was the second resident to move in this building apartment complex. Moving in was a smooth transition. Kayla the property manager was very helpful and supportive with our move in process and getting our keys and anything else we needed. There was few hiccups that has happened along the way but Kayla has beem very helpful and helping me get these issues fixed. Leroy the maintenance guy has been very helpful as well. Everytime we have a maintenance issue, which unfortunately has been a few times he has came to the rescue and has completed the task. I know this is a new construction and maybe sometimes things and not always properly put together. The property itself is very nice and it still putting finish touches on a few things but I cannot wait till it is completed. I love the gym, because it is 24 hours and they have some many pre exercises workout so that's amazing! This property is right across the street from a train station so if you do not have car, this apartment is convenient
