Timberglen is a small yet upscale community made up of impressive homes and tree-lined streets. Timberglen is far from a secluded suburban locale, however. The community enjoys both a laid-back lifestyle and urban amenities along Frankford Road. Fast-food restaurants, steakhouses, and coffee shops make it easy to enjoy a day out without going far from home. The area provides easy access to multiple North Dallas shopping centers, and Bent Tree Country Club is less than two miles east. With proximity to the President George Bush Turnpike and the Dallas North Tollway, the commuting crowd will be well taken care of. These major highways also mean that Downtown Dallas and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is just a 30-minute drive away.

The property is well kept and has good security and maintenance. my apartment was very clean and well done when I moved In. Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and K Lee was so so helpful!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review! K. Lee is a wonderful asset and enjoys helping people! We are lucky to have you as well! Thank you!
Courtney is a great leasing manager. She is always nice and helpful whenever i need something. The property is very quiet and great people.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. First of all, the management is terrible and rude. Second, they will never let you leave. This place is worse than hotel California. The cheap lease isn't worth the headache that comes with this place, I promise. Also, rent goes up EVERY time, without fail (for no reason, too, because there isn't one thing improving about this complex).
This people will do anything to keep your security deposit for no reason, Please stay away from this place, The manager is unprofessional and rude towards people,,,,,,,,,
Recently, I called Centerpoint Apartments to inquire about a rental I viewed via virtually on their website. Sophia answered the phone and was a wonderful help in answering all my questions but more importantly in getting me the unit I desired. Within 2 days I was approved and told I had the apartment!! Sophia was prompt, efficient and followed through on what she said ( price, calling me back and emailing leasing documents). I am currently in Ohio and will move end of June:) Wow!! Thank you for making my move worry free and helping me! Great job!

I have nothing but great thing to say about this property. Sophia went out of her way to help me find just the right apt. She was so responsive and genuinely cared about helping me pout of a tough jam. Two thumbs waaaay up!!!

Moved here for work last year, nothing but good things to say. I had to break my lease early (work, again) and the folks at Centerpoint were nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Most reasonable rent I could find in the area, very clean, and a great overall experience. Would absolutely live here again.

Thank you so much! It is nice when a plan works out the way it should! Good luck in all you do and as I said yesterday, give us a jingle if you find yourself in Dallas any time! Your review lifted my Spirits! Kendra
I've lived here for 5 years. I have no complaints. Management is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming when I go talk to them. They're very accommodating.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are thankful to have wonderful residents who have been happy to call Centerpoint home for years! We appreciate you living here all this time and should you need anything you know how to reach us! Hope you have a wonderful day!
The rent is ok at the beginning, then they will charge you a huge amount of money for nothing. Main access road always close, you have to get out of the block and go back in through others roads in order to get to any facilities. They will ask you for a thousand dollars for the cleaning and what? utilities.
They force you to pay for pest control, internet and cable even if you don't want any of those services. Oh and in case you actually use them you will soon realize that these service are the cheapest possible even though you're paying around $70 extra. The internet is extremely slow(provided by spectrum). Sometimes during the day I can barely load videos even at 360p or worse I can't even load any webpages at all. It's very inconsistent. Honestly if you're somebody who is depended on internet I highly recommend not to move in here.
Property Manager at Centerpoint Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our amenities! However, our internet and cable package is actually the second tier of their offered plans and is locked in at a significantly reduced rate than what you'd pay in the open market. Spectrum also treats your plan with us as if you are paying market rate for the plan so if you want to upgrade you pay the difference between the plan you have with us and the plan you want (roughly $20 more a month) so we think you are getting a pretty great deal! Our Pest Control service is through Orkin which is the largest pest control company in the United States! I promise you it isn't cheap! Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you have a great day!
Worst management ever! Manager disrespected me, was incredibly rude, and refused to help me understand something(I am 90% disabled and now medically retired from a major combat head injury). I have filed complaints with the ADA and the Texas Office of Attorney General. 3 sides to every story and do not believe whole heartedly with the positive reviews left here, as I can guarantee they only allow positive reviews to show! Go to a 3rd party source.

CenterPoint Apartments Management care about our residents and difficulties they may experience. We honor our Soldiers and have properties that house Military personnel and Civilians alike. We aspire to make our apartment homes comfortable and affordable for all. We hope you stay well now and in the future. Thank you for sharing your personal story. Wish you the best in all future endeavors.
This place should be your last resort due to rent cost but this is a horrible place to live. I will say it’s somewhat clean why I give a 1 star. It’s a absolute hassle to live here or communicate with the front desk. Home should be a place to get away from the stress but I feel as if there is added stress I have to worry about just living here. One month I paid rent on the 3rd and that is considered late with a late payment fee. Every complex I lived in gave you until the 5th of the month but this complex is so quick to send you a notice of eviction if your rent is not paid by the first day of the month. As a mother of two I am glad I moved out. Good Luck!
I stayed from June 2016 to August 2017. I got a job in Duncanville and the commute was too long. Otherwise the apartment was great for the price and I found the service to be...not always perfect, but certainly good and it never once dipped into bad service
Stay far away from these cheap prices. I think they approve pretty much anyone. The trashy stores next door to the complex are a drug lords heaven. The constant "updating" of the property is an eyesore. You have to walk around the materials of construction that takes up a third of the limited parking spots that are already not available, along with dumpsters that they throw crap in with the many mattresses and furnitire you see on a daily basis laying around the trash cans. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. Grounds are always dirty. Office staff let's you know you are a bother when asking questions. One girl said once "I'm not responsible for telling you how much your rent is, that's your job to know!" I mean, we get a water bill, the amount changes. She was so put out by it, isn't that her job, customer SERVICE? I've heard the manager screaming at a resident, for having a grill outside her front door, not asking her to remove it, but SCREAMING at her. It's a grill..that wasn't even being used. The manager went crazy on this poor resident. Can't wait to move!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
NO GUEST PARKING! I live here unhappily but stuck here because rental rate. This place is cheap for a reason. There is MAYBE 15 guest parking for an entire complex. There are ample empty available spots in the front but I think they get commission for towing cars so they make it impossible to have guests unless you want them to walk up the street or you have to pick them up from somewhere because if they park in one of the ton of empty spots they will tow them. Bad enough you have to go get your company from the front of the complex but at least they used to be able to park. If you have a mate, family or friends who ever in life visit you do not move here because they'll never be able to park unless it m-f when people are at work. Nights or weekends your guest walk, get picked up, get towed or just not see you. If for none of the other reasons to move here, parking is #1 why you shouldn't rent here. The office staff will lie and say its per tenant requests but no tenant request to have no guest parking and get towed constantly.
WARNING WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. RUN Even if you feel like its just temporary or within budget, you will find better ELSEWHERE, TRUST ME. First and Foremost my Grandma who is 72 has lived in these apartments for 6 years. Mind you she has seen everything and beyond with the extreme changes that have gone on with management. So when I come to visit and experience first hand what she has been dealing with makes my blood boil. First thing is PARKING. Complex has changed parking policy with out notifying tenants. My Grandma had her Car towed in her own parking spot, resident sticker in all solely because "She was parked in reverse." In all my years of renting and apartment never have I heard something so obsurd. Tried complaining to there corporate office ZIDELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as well as Talk to their property Manager Kendra but keep getting the run around. They are avoiding calls because they know they are in the wrong. Second is Maintenance. They never come by to actually fix anything and if they do its literally Months Later. Therefore my Grandma just ends up fixing everything herself. Lastly they have a pest problem. It has been reported multiple times and nothing has been attended too. Best believe when her lease is up we will not be renewing here. It was a good run while it lasted. But now it seems they are coming up with anything just to make extra cash. We will take our dollars elsewhere, to a place who actually VALUES there residents.
3rd year here. Staying here to save up, build credit, pay off bills. FINALLY fixed the Parking lot. Lowered the speed bumps. The building I live in is pretty quite. Can't even hear it raining outside, unless it thunders. The weight room is not very functional; feels cramped, not enough circular plate weights for the machines and benches. Parking situation could be better if they inforced monitoring/towing, but they mainly rely on residents calling the office or night maintenance if there's no spaces available. Dumpsters get overwhelmed sometimes. Not a high-end apartment; don't expect wood floors or granite counters.
Centerpoint apartments-cheap carpet, cabinets and blinds, grounds are fairly kept up,parking is really bad, parking lot has holes and cracks,to many speed bumps, every thing is painted over,no bathroom vent, molding is poorly placed in the bathroom, utilities not included, including lights, water, trash, deposits are based off of credit, pet deposit is $300 ,there is monthly pet fee, shopping is convenient, neighbors keep to them selves, and if you have a nice car make sure you cover it people dont care about your stuff .
thats the best apartament and the best custumer service
Current resident looking forward to my lease expiring. Lived here for about 2 years. First, learn from my mistake: Walk the unit with a Manager and have them fill out the inventory report with you at move-in. When I moved in the toilet seat was badly damaged and something broke in the tank, so when you flushed, it made this horrendous noise. I've called countless times for the same repairs and have a nice stack of meaningless "completed" workorders to show for it. The office staff is rude, and the "security" service can't be that effective if I'm seeing cops showing up on a semi-regular nightly basis. The grounds are gross, the dumpsters regularly overflow and stepping in dog feces is another of the property's charming features. The Dallas Observer did a feature story on some of the property's shadier practices. Do your research: Don't live here.
I currently live here, and as with any large apartment complex its has its positive and negative. But for the most part it has been a good experience for me. My lease was getting ready to expire but I went to the front office and asked; "if I renew my lease could I get a new carpet installed"? And after reviewing their records they said yes. So I renewed. I was happy with that. But thats not the only reason I renewed. My decision to renew was also because the front office does a considerable good job of keeping things inline. When there was a problem with finding parking spaces at night, they hired a new towing company and reissued new parking decals to all tenants. Now when I come home late at night from work I have no problems finding parking spaces. When I saw 3 roaches in the span of 2 weeks, I let the front office know. Exterminator came out and did his job. He explained to me what I needed to do, which I did. Now I have not seen one roach in the last 7 months or so. I'm a happy camper over that! Whenever something needed fixed in my apartment it got fixed. I've never had problems with leaks but maybe thats why I chose an apartment on the upper level. Front office does a great job in trying to keep this community in harmony. I've seen where they have evicted people for not complying with their contract. Hey a contract is a contract. I have not had any problems with noise levels. I understand there are small children and families like to have fun by the pool. Pool hours are clearly displayed and very much enforced. Any noise from the pool dies out when pool has closed. There is even a reward system in place for reporting anyone in the pool after hours. In closing Im happy here because the front office does their job. They control the community, which is not an easy task when you have such a mixture of different cultures. If your a law abiding citizen you should feel welcome here and be happy.
I initially fell in love with the staff, they've always been so helpful and nice. They're not constantly on your case about stuff, they all chill. I also like how they have a computer room open during office hours. The CONS: -Not pretty from outside -No reserved parking or roofs to protect cars, sometimes you may have to park a little far from your apt. -Disturbances. I've heard people yelling several times, have seen the police and ambulance here multiple times, and I got harassed by a crazy drunk man here, too. I'm staying here because I want to save up. Otherwise, I would move some place nicer all around.
Staff was not accomodating to me at all. I applied for an apartment, gave them references for previous landlords for them to contact regarding me rental history (which was excellent), I had to keep calling them, I never could get the leasing person that I filled the application with, kept getting the run around. Each person that I talked to when I called, would tell me someone would call me back, but I was the one that had to keep calling
