Located in western Ohio, Dayton is widely regarded as the Birthplace of Aviation. Once home to the Wright brothers, Dayton lives up to its reputation with notable landmarks like the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Hawthorn Hill—the Wright family mansion.
In addition to a rich history in aviation, Dayton touts an extensive array of recreational opportunities. The city’s Five Rivers MetroParks provides more than 16,000 acres of green space, helping to make Dayton the “Outdoor Capital of the Midwest.” Greater Dayton also boasts over 340 miles of paved trails, the largest network of paved trails in the nation.
Dayton also contains a bevy of metropolitan amenities, including the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, Fifth Third Field, Dayton Convention Center, Carillon Historical Park, and the University of Dayton.

Property Ratings at Prime at Uptown
I have lived here for five years and couldn’t be happier! The townhomes are beautiful and the bedrooms are huge!! I love to walk and be active this location is ideal for literally everything especially with the new Uptown events. I never have to worry about parking.
I lived here for 5 years and it got worse every year, ESPECIALLY when new managers came in. They’ve had turn over like I’ve never seen 10+ manager in the span of about 1.5 years, i had noise issues, sewage, smoking, SQUIRRELS, you name it- they won’t fix it. they never fix, replace, or repair ANYTHING, they have no amenities to offer as they have not properly cared for their pool and it is likely to be cemented up- which happens at every property I’ve known them to own. They have quite the nerve to charge for a 1BDRM what I’m paying in my new place (completely remodeled) with car chargers, tennis/volleyball courts, and a pool- when they are broken down with nothing to offer but bad service and rundown everything.. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
They do annual inspections and find reasons to raise your rent every year when you renew your lease. Pool is closed indefinitely. There are no plans to repair it. They are forcing all tenants to get Spectum cable and internet and raising our rent by $85 a month. They are calling it an amenity. They have given a months notice before they raise everyone’s rent two months before Christmas. Do not move here.
This place has gone down hill quickly. Trash piles up for days by the dumpster. No one answers the phone or gets back with you. Things stay broken for weeks or months. I've lived here for years and in the last 2 years this place has been falling apart and the prices just keep going up. In my building alone in two years worth of time 5 people have moved out. Some had been here for years. When the old man owned this complex it was beautiful and quiet. Since he gave it to his son and who knows who owns it now, it's become over priced ran down and poorly run. If they convince you to move in, good luck.
I appreciate the new Management lady Michelle she is very quick to respond and very nice . The maintenance team has been awesome especially Fred he's such a great guy and does awesome work! I've come out a few mornings and he has clean off my car or made sure that I could get my car out and he always says hello . To me that's above and beyond and I am grateful and thankful for that!
The management is absolutely horrible. She has a large portion of her family that lives in the apartments and they are allowed to do whatever they wish. Play loud music, steal electricity, block driveways, etc. Don't dare complain about them either! The parking lot floods everytime it rains. The windows are ancient and leak air and water, they refuse to replace them. The ceiling is sagging in our bathroom, probably from having mold, and their only solution is to put paint on it? On top of all that, they raise the rent every year. This year by over $100. Stay far away from this place, unless of course you enjoy paying too much money and having sub par services.
