Property Ratings at Centerville Crossing
new manager just started and she is very helpful and communicates well with residents about any issues going on.
First of all these hood apartments are awful. They charge wayyyy too much for What you get. These apartments have awful appliances, good lucking keeping your food cold in their broke refrigerators. Want to take a hot shower? Too bad this place turns off your hot water at random WITHOUT notice. All the tubs are painted so it doesn’t show how nasty they are and of course after you move in that paint peels to which they’ll charge you to “repair” it aka paint over it again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Don’t even get me started on the pool...
The absolute worse place for swimming! They dont have set hours for the pool, it's always closed. The least they could do is give the tenants a schedule!
