Just moved in a week ago and everything went smoothly. The building and unit are kept very clean. It’s also a great location, close to downtown and the shopping area. The leasing team, Emma and Ayla, were very helpful with the apartment tour and move-in process

This is a great area for dogs! The property sits right by the Pufferbelly trail and there is a park near by. They have lots of dog poop bags around the property, which makes it nice for easy clean up. Everyone in the office has been so professional and helpful! Shout out to Ayla for all her help! I highly recommend Centlivre.

I’ve been living in and around the downtown area for ten years and this is the definitely the best place I’ve lived in every way. Other landlords or property managers don’t care about you or your standard of living, but the people at Centlivre and the services they offer will make you feel like royalty. It is peaceful and safe, the room is clean, everything works, and all the amenities are great. We couldn’t be more pleased. Shout to Ayla, Emma, and Robert for a super easy, personalized move-in process.

Centlivre did a phenomenal job accommodating our move in date and helping us along the whole process, which was so helpful being that we were first time renters. We are always greeted in the leasing office with a smile, and know exactly where to go for help. The amenities are lovely and so is the environment overall! Everyone is always out and about walking their pets, enjoying each others company. I am so pleased with my move here to Centlivre.

My partner and I moved into Centlivre apartments about a month ago, and we were both amazed with how smooth and straight-forward the move-in process was. Our apartment was spotless upon move-in, and all appliances have been working perfectly. Additionally-- Ayla, who works in the office, has been super helpful and always makes sure that any of our concerns are addressed and satisfied. We are very happy here at Centlivre, and I highly recommend living here.

I have been living here for about a year, and I have no complaints. I feel safe, and the neighbors are friendly. The management is excellent, and the environment is always kept clean.

Emma and Ayla made the move in process very easy. They answered questions quickly and very always helpful. The apartments are great and laid out very well.

I had a great experience obtaining and moving into my apartment. The property manager, Emma, and Ayla were all super helpful making sure everything went smoothly from touring my unit to moving in! The unit and complex as a whole was super clean and the amenities are in great condition. Also the location of the complex is perfect, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all within 2 miles (for the most part)!

Centlivre apartments are so good! The management is awesome and so quick to help with anything. The apartments themselves are so nice high quality. The residents are also very nice, and the amenities are also so good! I highly recommend!!

Having a fitness room in your apartment complex and a nice pool are really nice, but the apartments themselves are also very modern with a good amount of space!

The main key selling points for me was the fully stocked fitness center, the clean pool, the location near downtown and bike/walking trails, and all the updated appliances. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment

10/10 love my new apartment. Appliances are new, laminate flooring, huge bedroom and a nice location in town. All of the staff I met so far has been super welcoming and helpful. Huge pool and fitness center.

We toured many properties in Ft Wayne for our son moving here for college. Hands down this was the best by far! Our first impression was a resident who was nice and friendly and said he loved living at this property. The move-in appointment went very smoothly and the building and apartment were spotless for move-in. These are recently renovated buildings that are cleaned often and it really showed. Emma in the office made the move-in process so seamless and even walked us over to the property to ensure all key fobs were working and everything was in order. We ran into another resident who also said hands down the best property she has lived at in Ft Wayne. It is a great central location snuggled into a nice area of homes and right next to a multi-use trail.

After reviewing the options available in Fort Wayne (without knowing the City) I decided to apply at Centlivre on Friday July 8, three days later on Monday July 11 I received a call from Emma to inform me of the approval. A month later I arrived in the city and now I am part of the Centlivre community. Everything was easy, fast, friendly and respectful, and I couldn't be happier and more grateful to Centlivre's management.

The move in experience was very smooth and the location is a perfect central location so you’re close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

I recently moved into these apartments and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff was super friendly and very helpful when I had any questions or concerns. My apartment is a lot bigger than the pictures showed online. Overall, I am very happy I chose this place for my first apartment!

The move in process was quick and easy. My room was clean and larger than the images make it look. I had an issue with a leak in the kitchen sink, but a maintenance request got it fixed in a matter of a few hours. The in-unit washer and dryer is a very nice feature.

There are nice features to these apartments the drawers have soft closings, the island is the perfect size and the view is a plus as well. It is nice that they are pet friendly apartments.

This apartment is great as someone who moved from The Landing apartments; it's a much more dog-friendly environment, with plenty of space and Vesey park right beside it makes it very nice. The units are very modern and have new appliances. Very nice place to live!

I just moved in and the space is awesome, the view is awesome, I finally have my own washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The island in the kitchen is sweet and the cupboards close slowly on their own. They have an awesome fitness center and I can't wait to try the pool and use my balcony for growing a few plants this year. The kitchen items are stainless steel and the kitchen islands are bougie! There's also a barn swing door on the bathrooms. The mail room is tidy and nice and the move in process was hassle free. The staff is super nice too! Its also close to all the downtown fun.

This apartment is amazing. I recently moved from Las Vegas and this apartment is truly a hidden gem in Fort Wayne. Appliances are top tier, everything is very clean and organized and the staff here are so friendly and amazing to work with. The gym is amazing and open 24 hours! I couldn't ask for a better apartment in the Fort Wayne area.

Great move in experience , Was accepted with in minutes of applying even when it was 4:30 and their offices closed at 5. Move in appointment was with in 10 minutes apartment was clean . Although my patio blinds were missing there fixed within a couple of days and credited me some rent! That’s always a plus

Centlivre is a hidden gem near downtown and located next to Vesey Park that connects to the Pufferbelly Trail - great for dog owners! It has a young vibe for sure. The pool is a party on summer weekends. Only thing…I would double check your unit has a patio because some units show photos of them online but don’t actually have them!

I have lived here for about 2 months now and have had no complaints. All the appliances are brand new. The facilities (pool, gym, rec room) are convenient and in great shape. Neighbors are friendly and social, but concrete walls between rooms provide plenty of privacy. Minimal issues with the apartment, but all maintenance requests were filled within a day or so. Very satisfied with the unit and the location in town.
