Situated on the northeast side of Raleigh along I-540, Triangle Town Center wraps around its namesake mall and includes two additional shopping areas -- Plantation Point and Capital Crossing. After 10 years my experience has seen numerous management teams some good and some not so good. This team seems to be caring and dedicated to the resident population. Just renewed my lease which was way to stressful and difficult for a resident who has never been late or had an issue with rent or community rules. So far it's been okay. There seeme to be a lot of noise early in the morning and late at night. I can hear every conversation that's how things the walls are. My biggest issue however is the roaches and they are huge. I have never seen that many roaches and huge at that in my life. Since I'm still moving in. I will wait until I'm fully settled down to see if they will go away. Will definitely reach out to the office if they have not by then. I think the water bill is quite high and have no idea why I had to pay a deposit on water for. Nonetheless I'm grateful to call this place home. Let's hope it gets better from now here on out.

Cockroaches are all over the place. One night one got on my bed while I was sleeping and almost got into my mouth waking me up. They ignored issues I've reported and never fixed them. You go into the office and they have either friends, families, or co-workers walking around barefoot. For a place of business, that was very unprofessional. The people who are working there don't seem to know anything. I mean what good are you if you can't help anybody? All they'll tell you is that they'll speak to the manager Latoya and get back to you which never happened.

They made me sign a lease as co-applicant and yet I don't have access as a tenant. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. If I need to submit a maintenance request I can't since I am not the main applicant.

All is well as summer approaches, the WATERBUGS are back. Parking has improved since implementation of Parking stickers. Looks like a little bit of turnover in my area of the complex with a what a appears to be improving few empty apartments. Looking for to a lazy safe summer.

Great community. Very quiet and the staff in the office is awesome. I have lived in the community since October 2023. Never had any issue. The maintenance crew is awesome and they are on point and issues are fixed within a day or sometimes the same day. LaToya and the staff are awesome .

Overall very happy living here at Central on the Green. Just renewed my lease for the sixth time in a row. The apartments are located very close to major roads and highways but far enough away that you don't hear any noise or see any traffic in the neighborhood. The one disappointing thing is the lack of replies to emails sent to the leasing office. I have sent countless emails over the last year and haven't received a single reply to any of them. You have to go to the office with your concerns but nothing is ever done about it.

The environment here is kind of quiet. The pool is great. Pest control isn’t that effective. Leasing agents are helpful. Washer machine and dryer is in good condition.
