Property Ratings at Central Park Apartments
As one who works in the real estate industry, I believe that this is the best value in Anchorage. I have lived here for a year and don't have any significant complaints. The balcony, garage, and security are excellent amenities. The property manager is as responsive and attentive as can be. Apartment maintenance items are addressed within a day or two which is very impressive. The common areas are also maintained very well. Finding a new place to live can be a difficult choice, but if you are on the fence about your decision, I recommend trusting your gut and pulling the trigger to move in here.
I've been living here for 4 years. It's just been getting better and better. There is a new manager. He is awesome! My 1 bedroom apartment is a good size and has amenities other places don't. The other residents are friendly and considerate. I love living in a place that's clean, affordable and I can be proud to call home.

I enjoy living here! They remodeled last year and the interior is clean and new. Also, we have a new manager who is helpful and available. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good place at an affordable price.

Its not really clean. Old carpet,messy lobby... also your manager is not helpful for your all residence. Office always closed. Its to hard to find your manager... i am so dissapointed to your manager.
