Getting around from Greenville is easy with access to Routes 57 and 91.

Property Ratings at Central Park Apartments
I lived here for two years. The building we moved into was brand new and so everything was in great condition and I loved the style. Management is very communicative and maintenance is really responsive. Location is great, as it's right by meijer. The only downside is that the walls and ceilings are somewhat thin, so if you have loud neighbors it can get a bit annoying. However, even that wasn't severe enough to disrupt sleep, privacy, or other day-to-day tasks. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Lived there for one year non stop issues, next door ppl word throw parties all night the people under them complained about then throwing beer cans and broken objects off balcony, the people above us were completely obnoxious running through apartment had to record multiple recordings before they were actually fined and continued to do it, which I then was told there was nothing they could do cause they simply wouldn’t listen. Staff is nice but obviously don’t know how to do there jobs

My husband and I had decided to make the move to downsize from our home and move to an apartment. The yard work and maintenance were just getting to be too hard for us. It was a difficult decision because neither of us had ever lived in an apartment before and didn't know what to expect. Dominique, Samantha and Rick and all the staff were so nice! They went above and beyond to make our move hassle free and are always ready and available to help with anything that you might need. This may sound silly, but it feels like we're part of a very big friendly family now! The apartments are beautiful and very comfortable, and stores, banks, medical care, and schools are close by and convenient. We're both SO happy we made the move!
