Property Ratings at Central Park East Apartments
The apartments themselves are okay, very small. No rules are enforced, not sure why they have a lease to sign if none of their conditions are enforced or followed. The management is never there, new person there at least every few months. Any time you need management, they aren’t in the office. I think the office is open twice a week if that. There are tenants here who are awful neighbors, because they can be. They know that no one enforces rules here, so it’s free range for absurd music levels, barbecuing on the first floor, potentially causing a fire hazard in these very compact patios, made of old wood! There are no pets allowed yet everyone here has at least 2 dogs or 1 cat. So i’m unsure of how they are getting away with that considering it’s not allowed at all to the point where you cant even give them a deposit for it. Overall small okay apartments, awful enforcement of rules, nonexistent management, terrible tenants. Parking spots are assogned but are constantly taken up by tenants who decide to not park in their own or take more spots than they are allotted. Once again no enforcement so you have to park on the street until they decide to move their car or you call the towing company.
Small Buildings... takes forever to get stuff fixed. other residents will take other people's clothes out even though washer just stopped instead of just waiting.
