I've been at CPE for 3m now and just love the place! The leasing office was awesome at helping me understand the contract.The maintenance crew have been so quick to address any issues. The grounds are so beautiful with paths to walk past ponds and trees and enjoy the wildlife. parking is ample and the interior has been updated with granite ss appliances tile baths its perfect!

It is a good swimming pool. The gym is a bit small, but there is a lot of training equipment. Recently, there are not enough parking spaces compared to last year.

It's nice especially in summer time as we can enjoy in swimming pool. Another topic is recently hot water line construction has been completed ,so we can take shower in the morning.
Love the Management and Maintenance teams here! The noise level is pretty bad, however. Stomping and shouting from upstairs. Deliveries at all hours w/ radios at full blast. Disappointed.
I love the staff , Susan and Richard are sooo nice....and the surrounding area is perfect..clean and pet friendly.. stores are less then 10 mins

Noise control is amazing!…never have had that in previous apartments! Overall great experience after 9 years of living here. Communication & follow through with leasing office does need improvement though
This is a nice complex to live at. I only suggest that they add security cameras in the parking lot areas. There's been many break ins. And all seem to be the same person.
The leasing manager Richard has been extremely helpful, flexible and efficient. We are very happy with our apartment and the service that we have received.
Acceptable property to live. Maintenance is on top of all request. Quiet property, with no major issues to grip about. Property is located with easy access to get to other places in the area.
The fireplace is great this time of year. Units are very quiet, rarely can hear my neighbors. Community events like bingo are always a great time and a great way to meet neighbors.
Some of my favorite features: indoor parking, elevator, people are friendly, & noise level is minimal/almost non-existent, which is rare for apartment complexes. Also, rent increases are small compared to other places!!

Apartments are in a nice area, with a spacious layout. Neighbors are friendly, and the community is great. However, prices seem a bit high for what's offered: Some apartments have outdated cabinets, countertops, and bathrooms. Common areas like the lobby and hallways appear dirty and old. Additionally, the clubhouse offers basic amenities, but the fitness center is not well-maintained. It could benefit from more equipment, preferably newer ones.

A wonderful change for us. The grounds are so peaceful; and beautiful; I feel as though we are back to nature after being urban for two years. It is a welcome change. Our two-bedroom apartment is more than we expected- modern, beautiful appliances and the dryer really works!!!! So far so great!
Recently renewed my lease for 9th year. My apartment setup is very homey. Love garage parking available. One downside is email responses are sometimes slow & general communication is sometimes frustrating...if email addresses numerous questions or topics, email reply often only address part of email. Additionally, often have to prompt office again to receive follow-ups to questions &/or things office said they would look into and then let you know after.

Awesome place to live. Great location, close to the metra, melas park is a short walk away. Pool is great during the summer and the paths are great for walking the dog

Great apartments. The events are fun and is good to meet the neighbors and socialize. The building is clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are a plus during the summer. Gym has a decent size for multiple people to work out at the same time. Staff is always nice and helpful. Great place to live.

Central Park East Apartments has 99% of everything that you're looking for in an apartment community including the community inwhich it resides in a very pristine residential area apart from all the surrounding city. Amenities meet all standards including in apartment washer and dryer, and the maintenance crew has very high ratings because they always do their job. 1% of the negative aspect of the community is that the rent increases every year and sometimes very high. I have been here 10 years though and it is worth the money.

Both the staff and people living here seem nice and respectful. The property is pretty clean and well managed. I feel safe here even at night. I just wish the apartment/complex was a bit more updated but other than that everything has been great!

Good swimming pool!However, very poor cleaning quality when we moved in the room. I don't know who did the final inspection, but especially, the carpet condition was terrible!

Apartment,maintenance and management are excellent. I am very pleased with my apartment from all angles.I only have one observation which I would like to mention and that is the fact that it is extremely difficult to regulate the heat in the middle of winter. Others may not have that problem but I sure did. The apartment is relatively small and a blast of hot air heats the place very quickly then your choice is either put up with it or turn it off.

Easy move in, pleasant management, and very quiet. Putting green is a nice touch, plenty of dogs see each other, and the fitness center is equipped with a good selection of machines

I love living here. We moved here intending to stay 2-3 years then to move out and buy a house. But we’re still here, 12 years later! The apartment is beautiful; the complex is clean, quiet, close to work, and very well-managed. In fact, Susan, the property manager, is a big part of why we’ve stayed. She’s been helpful and flexible and does a great job keeping this place going overall. We also have really nice neighbors.

We really enjoyed our years at CPE. This place has everything you need: a really friendly and helpful office staff, maintenance guys that go above and beyond, in unit laundry and an underground garage parking option that is worth every penny, especially in winter.
My wife and I lived at CPE for 15 years. Needless to say, it suited our needs but more needs to be said about this property. The building is a nice light brick and is in very good shape. They keep the grounds and hallways, common areas very clean and in very nice condition. The clubhouse is very nice. Very good fitness room that overlooks the pool. Pool and hot tub are simple but nice. They have a nice business center and underground parking, storage, etc. A beautiful pond and fountain front the property off of Central Rd. The neighborhood is fairly quiet as is the property. There's little or no "drama" at this property (no crime, no shady people, no police calls or domestic disturbances). Just pleasant / quiet residents going about their business. Each unit has been upgraded in recent years so you'll have very nice granite counters and stainless appliances. Their best feature is their amazing staff! Susan, Isabella and Ricardo will attend to your needs. Our time at CPE would not have been as pleasant as it was without that team! Isabella is friendly, always smiling and stops to talk to everyone. Susan is very pleasant and addresses all issues quickly. Ricardo is right on top of all service orders. Can't say enough about the staff there! Would strongly recommend!
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this apartment! Everything from the fireplace, den, closet space, and long balcony was amazing. Having the washer and dryer in the unit made the laundry so easy and convenient. The community had a gym, walking trail, pool, and hot tub which were great to have around. Maintenance and the leasing staff were always so helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness and renovations in the apartment made for a quality, luxurious living space which we loved. I highly recommend living here to anyone!
We had a great experience while we lived at Central Park East. The apartment itself was newly renovated and had a washer/dryer in the unit, which was great. The neighbors were all quiet and friendly. The pool area was a great place to spend a sunny, summer day and the workout room was very convenient and always clean. Central Park East Apartments is a great place to live. There are ponds with fountains, ducks, geese and other kinds of birds. We are in our 9th year and we face the pond with a park like setting. We are treated wonderfully by all of the staff.
