I’m so glad to have found Central Park Estates and I am happy to call this Home!!! Ever since the day I did the tour, the staff have been a great help and made the moving process a breeze. They were hands on all the way up to getting my keys and have done many follow ups since!

It is a very nice community to live in and very quiet and relaxing.

I really enjoy living here. It’s very peaceful and friendly. The staff is amazing and working with you overall and the maintenance handles issues fairly quickly. The rate is very reasonable and competitive. I absolutely love how they care for the grounds of the commune community of Law .

We recently moved back to Michigan from another state. We are very pleased with the assistance that we have been given by the entire staff at Central Park Estates. From start to move in our experience has been excellent.

Moved in 3 months ago and am still waiting for replacement of falling apart bath vanities and kitchen cupboard doors. Terrible paint job with cracks in walls and ceiling. Carpet had stains and grout in the tile was black or missing. Lawn care is a joke, large bare spots which become mud spots after rain. Not once have they used the irrigation despite the lack of rain and replaced mulch but didn't touch the backside of buildings. Pool has been closed for most of the year. We are stuck in a lease but I would not recommend renting here.

The finishes and materials do not support the amount of rent charged. The gated entry has not worked since we took occupancy and parking is a nightmare.

The finishes and building materials are not in line with the rent. Everything is incredibly cheap.

Staff is very professional and helpful. Building materials are extremely low end.

Although I had a rocky move in, I really like the apartment, the area and the complex overall. I am hopeful that from this point on things will be better.

We’ll I have been here for almost 2 years and I love it! It’s beautiful here and very clean and nice office staff and maintenance staff too!The pool is lovely with all new patio chairs and umbrellas and the club house is going though a complete renavations! Love it all!!!

I love this place. The staff is nice and the environment (house, gym) is excellent.

The service is very good ! Nelson is the best and so very friendly, when things need to be fixed it is done and done very good !

Overall Central Park Estates is really nice for its location, and unit size. This pool is big and clean. There are areas of improvement but I enjoy the layout and peaceful community.

Very well maintained and peaceful place to live in. I am surrounded by pleasant neighbors too. Maintenance are prompt whenever you have an issue.

The response to maintenance requests are always timely. The completed work is very professional and needs no follow up or repeated repairs. Central Park estates takes pride in their apartment residences.

I have been living here just a little over a year, and love it! I am planning on renewing my lease again this year! Love the location, love how they keep the Complex so nice and updated!

Beautiful houses! Old Appliances! Very poor maintenance (not 24h at all)!

Two reasons for 1 star: bugs and management. Lived here for 1 year until June 2021. Had a spider infestation when moving in (killed 50+ in the first few days and went through too many cans of spray), had a small ant infestation under the dishwasher, and finally had carpenter ant problems for the last 6 months of the stay. Carpenter ants would appear all over the house, and one day had about 15 appear in the shower. Was told by the pest control that they couldn't spray in the shower and that the interior wood in the framing would have to be replaced to get rid of them which did not help the problem. After moving out, management deducted money from security deposit for items which they did not provide at the move in date and for gate badges that were physically handed in with the keys to the property to management. Have called over 10 times and sent email for this to discuss, but management either is not available or promises to look into it and call back later but never does. Overall negative experience.

You really don't want my deteriorating satisfaction for marketing purposes. Since Beztak took over things have gone down & costs have gone up.

I think everyone that works here is very professional ! The office staff is very nice! The maintenance employees are wonderful, they get the job done! I wish I had of moved here a long time ago!!

At this point I have nothing positive to say about CPE. When we looked at moving into CPE they showed me a completely remolded unit with new carpet new appliances and granite counters. They put us in a run down all cherry wood floors, OLD broken down appliances, gas leak in fireplace, slow clogged drains, and the heating cooling system is a JOKE!! The front gate system is a cluster!! With our dryer being down for 9 weeks now, that just about says it all about how this place takes care of the tenants!!

In the past maintenance has been slow and incomplete. This latest maintenance crew has improved the process significantly. However, there are other comparable apartments near by that are competitive with respect to maintenance and price. Also, the decision to charge costumers for water and garbage will affect my decision next time my lease is up for renewal and my recommendation to my friends and relatives.

The property is well maintained and management staff are very responsive. This is a very good place to reside.

I love the layout of my apartment and the appearance of the community but management office was horrible upon move in. It appears there are more professional staff in the leasing office as of recently.

Beautiful residential community and very pleasant office staff. We are very pleased with our interaction so far at Central Park Estates.

We're long time residents and have experienced the many changes over 10 plus years. The new manager, Angela, is very competent and professional. And the maintenance person, Nelson, is just great and a real pleasure.

With my experience so far its been average. I pay a lot for slow service but the appartment is beautiful and community is quiet.

CPE is a lovely community! It feels more like a subdivision opposed to an apartment community. The club house is beautiful. Although we moved in one week before the pandemic shut everything down, we are looking forward to taking advantage of all the amenities when things get under control. Every staff member be it from the office or maintenance, is very professional and personable. We are very happy calling CPE our home!

I haven't been a resident very long, but it seems like they want what's best for their residents and they keep the complex in tip top shape, which is great.

I have enjoyed my stay at Central Park Estates for over 7 years. The community is very safe, clean, and quiet; with nice landscape and large unique floor plans.

Central Park Estates is a lovely community. It feels more like a subdivision than an apartment community. The staff is friendly, personable and professional. We love the fact that we have individual addresses opposed to apartment numbers and the attached garage is a bonus! A wonderful place to live

Poorly managed! I would NEVER recommend anyone professional to live in the community. It has gone down hill and many people are unhappy!

I visited Central Park Estates a few weeks ago to get information on their 2 bedroom floor plans. I was basically told their were no units available for showing. The agent didn't collect any information from me (i.e., name, contact information), even though I asked about being notified when a unit would be available so I could return. Several days ago, I sent an e-mail to the property asking for information on viewing availability and they never responded. Based on the limited assistance I have been given, I have removed this property from consideration. It isn't a good sign when none of your questions are answered.

I spent a year at CPW in a three-bedroom end unit. On the rare occasion that something broke, maintenance was there within the hour. The grounds are extremely well kept, the pool and hot tub always immaculate, and you almost never hear your neighbors as the units are very well constructed. Tess and Bob were amazing to work with! They always returned calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and are not your "usual" complex management. They're like neighbors (Tess actually was!) that understand your needs. I hated to leave but a new job took me to Texas. I'll even miss the security guy at the gate (it's a gated community) and his wave late at night. Loved my stay. Randy L.

Lived here for 2 1/2 yrs now and are completely satisfied. Current maintenance staff are responsive, efficient and do quality work as far as I can tell. Never had anything but good service from them (ex. just had furnace repaired within 15 mins after placing a call on a Sunday afternoon that heat wasn't coming on). Our unit and the area around us is always quiet, the grounds are well cared for and snow is promptly removed, including our driveway and sidewalk. Pool area and pool itself are always clean and enjoyable to use as well as hot tub and exercise room. Complex is safe, residents are respectful and those who live here are from many diverse countries and of multiple ethnicities (which we count as a valuable experience). We would encourage people to check Central Park Estates out. Joe & Cheryl

The new management is very bad, dishonest, rude and deceitful. They are not friendly or take care of issues as previous management did. They are very rude and only care about collecting rent. Appliance are old. they don't fix promptly . I strongly won't recommend to rent here. Its so sad to see a nice complex like this management by bad people.

They should take out the Luxury on their name. Luxury means granite counter tops, new (stainless steel) appliances, hardwood floors. They charge on top of your rent if you want all these things. The building is poorly built, you can hear your neighbor talking, and walking. The walls and floor creeks every time someone walks above you. 11 year old appliances that always breakdown. Maintenance who is over worked does a poor job fixing it. Moved in to our unit and our Blinds were never cleaned after the previous tenant. The surroundings are poorly maintained, the gardeners do a poor job, leaves are not picked up but shoved behind the bushes, trash not picked up especially by the ponds, cigarette butts everywhere, the play area is rusted, Did someone say Tetanus Shot? Machines at the gym are always breaking down. The clubhouse toilets are not cleaned all the time. Management used to be on top of things, now it feels like they are overwhelmed. For an $ 1800-2200 rent, you expect real Luxury, new stainless steel appliances, clean surroundings, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors.
