I had a great experience dealing with the property. Jessica was awesome throughout the process. She accommodated me in touring twice, found me an apartment based on my preference, explained everything associated with cost, move in, etc in detail and was overall outstanding. After reviewing my budget I decided to go with another property, but if finances were not an issue this would have been the property I decided on. The apartment was so nice, it seemed really quiet, the amenities were top notched and the location was extremely good.

I’ve been here for a year now and just renewed my lease. I love it here, pretty quiet, close to the freeway and shopping. No bugs!! That’s the best part! The office staff have always been courteous and friendly! They always give advanced notice when maintenance is going to be doing work that may disrupt water or if they need to enter your apartment! I highly recommend this place!

In the middle of a pandemic, they’re finding ways to charge people more and more money. They were trying to evict people during a no eviction order, which really shows they don’t care about the people who live here. The communication is VERY very poor; they’ll never try to talk to you as a person. The only thing they care about is getting more and more money out of you. They’ll charge you for things like “not taking out your trash” but then won’t clean the trash compactor when there are literal PILES of trash around it, which means it’s too full to put trash in it. Good luck if something happens like your car breaks down and you need to fix it in the parking lot, because they’ll fine you for it and possibly terminate your lease. We’ve lived here for a year and a half and are already looking into new places to move to as soon as our lease is up. There is absolutely no way we’re renewing. This is truly an awful place to live.

Beware when you move out this community. Take pictures as much as possible for the proof otherwise they charge you later. When you ask for justification of the charge, they simply reply you as "Payment is due in full. Please remit payment by August 21, 2020 or your account will go to collections." They never care however you request. When you move in, staff will speak nicely/kind but once you out of this community, response is different and rude especially the Move out department. Let me brief my case. I;ve stayed in this community for 6 years. After I moved out, they charged me for painting of 250$+, replaced the carpet as well since I stayed close to the warranty period of carpet. Only portion left here is kitchen (note kitchen bar top also replaced here by charging me 90$) and bathroom where i cleaned very neatly and shared the video that i taken at last day. Even then they charged me 65$ for cleaning. When I asked justification of this cleaning charge, they simply replay me as " this is final or it will go to collections". I am tired of sending several email and then left by paying all.

Maintenance is not free they charge you a labor fee for maintenance coming out please be advice if you need work done do it yourself or look at other apartments that offer free maintenance that comes with staying there.
