I would recommend to a friend but, I will warn them that rent will increase by a lot every renewal of lease.
The area is nice and the complex is relaxing feel to it.

I would recommend it to others, but I would not be so quick to because of the crime issue we have been having. Cars broken into, units broken into, cars and motorcycles stolen, and unwelcomed guests walking around the complex and getting into the pool.
This is a friendly, quiet, and beautiful place to live.
I love the upgrades to the kitchen (cabinets, flooring, etc). The grounds are really well taken care of and the communication with the apartment managers is excellent

Loved the quiet nature of the location and the park.
Maintenance is as fast as I've ever experienced at any complex. They're prompt and thorough with their response.
I like the apartment community very much but it is a smoking community and I would not recommend it for that reason. Also, I feel the remodel design is lacking in many things that would make living here a bit easier.
The location is ideal in terms of freeway access, parks, schools, decent neighborhood. The washer/dryer option is a huge plus. The management and maintenance teams are stellar. We hope we can stay here longer.
We love it here! I feel very safe here. When I take out my dog I really enjoy the grounds.

My daughter and I lived at Central Park for 9 years. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Even though I felt the rent was high, we probably would've continued to live there had we not been in a situation where we were able to buy a home.
Although on the higher end price wise, the complex is so beautifully maintained. I would be proud to have any of my friends come to see the grounds.

I like the open spaces and green specs of the complex. It really does seem like apark.
I would recommend despite my comments. The prior tenants in our units may not have noticed or cared about some of the issues that we notice. It is a good clean complex. Since the rates are lower now, I would encourage others to rent there, if I like them,haha. Overall, it is a good place to rent.
That take care of your issues in a timely manner and leave the area as clean as it was when they arrived.
I am living here because of the trolley being across the street because I work downtown however I would not recommend this complex to anyone because I think the remodel work is poor and short-sighted.

Lived here for 8 years now . great complex , friendly staff . grounds are well kept . Perhaps because of the rent price , the quality of renters is better than a lot of other complexes .

I would if someone I knew asked about the la mesa area. However, most of my family/friends live and work in central san diego, and the north county area.
I had to wait quite a while to be served. Also I think we should have ridden in a golf cart
The young people that are living there are inviting people to live with them that are not on the lease. There are at least 6 people living in a one bedroom and management is turning a blind eye.

This question is absurd. No one recommends apartments based solely on maintenance, so why even ask it?
I love the way management handles concerns and the overall professionalism, kindness, and concern that is shown to take care of requests. The way the property is maintained keeps this community a peaceful and desirable place to live.
I found Jami in the office to come across as a very polite and respectful individual, that helped me when i originally moved in, to this time presently. A couple days ago, i had a personal request and she took her time in assisting me. And i found that to be great residential service!
I had two way two days for my refrigerator to be replaced. I moved in on Friday night and woke up to all my meat defrosted. Then to find out that I have to wait to Monday with no compensation. Not impressed.
It is quiet, pet friendly and has the amenities of a resort
I absolutely love my one bedroom and I remain so pleased with the entire apartment, it's nice and I find allot of comfort when I'm inside.
Neighbors are friendly, staff is fantastic, it is quiet, and has lots of parking. Complex is always so clean and maintained nicely.
I would highly recommend this community to anyone based on my own personal experience living here.
