Property Ratings at Central Park
My air conditioner has not worked for longer than a 2 weeks without me having to call maintenance. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in my life. I will not be renewing my lease! My apartment has reached temperature of 95 degrees at the peak of summer.
A month ago 20 different cars were broken into. Windows broken, nothing done by management. They still have not fixed the gates in the back which are wide open at all times. In February, there was a literal police chase that looped through this community THREE times because the gate was WIDE OPEN on both sides! Two different police cars following behind! Other residents are allowed to scatter trash outside defeating the whole purpose of valet trash that we pay for. I've seen stray cats tearing through bags of trash and it's left for days until valet trash is scheduled. It's hitting 97° daily and trash sits out. No speed bumps so people speed through the parking lots almost hitting pedestrians and cars daily. As far as I can tell, none of the community policies are enforced making this a dirty, inconsiderate place to live in top of it being prime for theft because of permanently broken gates. Frankly, Im not certain the cameras here even work.They do not care as long as people are paying. You would think this community wasn't half as much in rent as it is by looking at the state of things. By looking at reviews from the past year, it seems that they do not care to maintain a nice community. Don't waste your money here.
I moved in Central Park a couple of months ago!! And I LOVE it here!! The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Last week they had Game night we played bingo and I had the BEST time!!
I love living out here and the staff are friendly and helpful to your needs, I really love the environment and would recommend Central Park as a place to call home.
If you want a surprise, move to Central Park. Amenities include bedbugs for free. They don’t even tell you about them, so you’ll be surprised when you move in. You’ll even have the luxury of throwing away your new clothes, mattresses and other linens. If I could give a ZERO, I would. Horrible, dishonest and lazy management!

I think I would rather live in a trailer park or something. This place is overpriced for what you get. You are paying to live in a gated community with a fitness center and a pool. In the year that I lived here, the gate was broken at least 9 of the months. When confronting management, I was told that it was the residents' fault because people run into it. Not only is that false, but they should also still take responsibility. They will cut the water off with late notice and for 8 hours when saying it would only be 3 or 4. The fitness center has been unavailable for about 8 months because the office is in there due to renovations we were not told about. When we informed them we would be moving out, they said the fitness center would be finished the first week in April. It is the end of May and it is still not done. When you speak with the management, they are rude and nonchalant. The customer service is horrible. When speaking to the property manager, the maintenance man interrupted my conversation with his 2 cents about what I was saying and the manager allowed it. When tuning in my keys, the staff was laughing and talking about me before I could even get out of the door. Unprofessional to say the least.

Any review before April 2018 is not the current environment after the new management moved in. They have the worst customer service, worse than McDonald’s. They blame you for anything and will not give any lead way on the 60 day move-out notice. Make sure you put those notices in on time because they will not hesitate to stick you to month by month rent. They give no letter or email prior to 60 days and will not notify you afterwards. They are nothing but “money grabbers” looking to collect whatever they can since there tenants are consistently moving out. They made many unnecessary changes (taking the Central Park bush theme away to add little trees) and still are reluctant on fixing the gate that has been broken for eight months. In fact, blame and claim their tenants are hitting and running into the box causing it to break. Property Manager very unprofessional and will get in attack mode quick. I was warned before coming and regret deciding here. The free one month is not worth it because of the $65 water bill.

The staff dose not respond to questions, they seem upset if you ask them. The property is not maintained, the pool was closed for over 6 months, the gates break all the time. Last yeah someone had their car stolen.
This is my first time ever living in an apartment, and the experience has been a great one. The apartments are very spacious and the complex is always clean and has very beautiful landscaping. I am VERY pleased!
We moved here in September 2013. My husband was ill at the time and Jessica was so helpful. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and I love them. When my husband passed away I was able to move to a handicapped apartment down the street in same neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance staff made the move seamless for me. I feel like I am surrounded by family. They even help me with the trash pickup because it is hard for me to get out sometimes.
