If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not move here. Place is roach infested! The water is off every other day. Ladies in the office never answers the phones. The “manager” is never available. Currently terminating my lease. My car has been broken into. They were literal gun shots one morning. The gate is never locked. It’s been broken and no one cares to get it fixed for our safety. Please save your self the headache. This place is not suitable for anyone to live!
I don’t even know where to start with this place! We lose hot water at least once a week! Sometimes it is off for days! The pool and hot tub are disgusting, people were getting sick after swimming in it! And management does nothing about it except drain a little water and put new water! The pool is filled with black algae and they refuse to clean it properly! It took me four weeks of maintenance requests and complaining to the front office just to get my garbage disposal fixed! Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody in the front office I literally called 42 times over three weeks and never got a hold of anybody once I had to walk to the office three days in a row complaining just to get anything done. Cops are here very frequently people walk through the parking lot at night and will shoot their gun off in the air for no reason. They lied to you about the referral credit. They will lie and tell you that they never put your name on the application just to avoid giving you the credit. Please believe all the reviews you read about this place it is a horrible place to live and I cannot wait for my lease to be up!
Management is horrible, there’s roaches they want to charge you for everything but can’t even have a working gate. Someone’s car was sitting on bricks yesterday , they have the nerve to have these rules but can’t keep anything working around here.
As a resident, I have seen two cars on bricks within the last month (February 2022) I also walked in on burglars a couple weeks ago. There seems to be no surveillance of any kind, not to mention package theft is rampant here. People do not pick up dog poop at all. Dog turds are everywhere there is grass. Not to mention, the two weeks my section of the complex had only cold water during the coldest time we have had this year. Management is shoddy at best. During the water mishap, management would tell us that it would be fixed the next day. Then a couple more days. Then next week. Only one set of gates work while the other set is just left open 24/7. So anyone can just drive in and leave. No fob, no anything. The A/C is outdated and the apartments themselves need remodeling and better pest control. This complex should be someone’s Last choice period. The prices they claim to have here are not reflected remotely. This place has gone downhill since 2019. This place would receive negative stars if it were possible.

I’ve been without hot water for five days and the office staff said the best case is a minimum two more days. Property managers no longer return phone calls. Property owners are absentees, a corporation from Phoenix. They also refuse to communicate with residents. Property is generally dirty: trash is not cleaned up, residents allow dogs to do their business all over and not clean up. Apartments have almost no insulation between buildings, so every neighbor is a bother.

Due to a faulty boiler system, we have had ongoing issues that will hopefully be resolved with the replacement that was completed today. There has been a decline of this property since 2020 when the old management left. This new management is not great, the security in this place has disappeared and a lot of sketchy individuals. There is almost a weekly hot water issue and it is very frustrating the fact they do not even know how or when it will be fixed. Roaches are an issue, pest control barley does anything, they lose peoples pets consistently when entering apartments. Not the best place anymore, shame, because I use to like this area.

The front office and management company could careless about there tenants. I have been out of water for 2 days now with no updates. The front office is not answering the phones. The first pest control fee is a joke I haven’t seen the pest guy since I moved in 6 months. The gates are always broken.

I just moved in January 19,2021 and have had roaches in my apartment. I have OCD and also work as a RN so cleanliness and proper disinfecting of my property is a necessity! I have called for 2 weeks about scheduling pest control. 1st time pest control came and sprayed only the corners without any education or explanation of the problem. A few days later naturally they returned in the kitchen (WHERE I COOK AND EAT) I moved my refrigerator back to find both dead and alive roaches. Sprayed and disinfected the are myself with roach spray from the store. I have called the office EVERY DAY THIS WEEK AND HAVE BEEN PROMISED PEAT CONTROL WOULD RETURN. I STAYED HOME ON MY OFF DAYS TWO DAYS IN A ROW TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD STOP BY AND THEY DID NOT. The front desk clerk “assures” me that I’m on the list but does not relay my messages to the manager. I am very disgusted by my experience here so far as a paying resident.!!

New management is making this place bad. Trash doesn't get picked up only certain days, they charge me for it, I end up taking my own trash. Parking is terrible anyone parks in here and I get charged for parking, I see alot of random cars in here and i've never seen a tow truck. Place is going down hill honestly, they are always closing the office on random weekends , that never happened unless it was a holiday. I got a package stolen as well.Just waiting for my lease to end. Cars on blocks, makes me feel uneasy. Dog poop everywhere.

Worst complex ever to live in. Staff never answer phone. Mantiance never fix anything. No security, car being put on blocks as their rims and tires get stolen. Neighbors beat up your car because there isnt enough parking and spaces are little. Dog poop everywhere. Have to pay for trash service door to door but no body picks it up. Terrible new management!!

I was really amazed at the valet trash pick up -- right at my front door---so amazing!! Before moving into my apartment I asked specially “Is was the water , Gas separate?” From the valet trash and pest control... and two months in living here guess what Yes it is it’s been false advertisement and extra fees since moving in ... when my lease is done I will not be renewing my lease ... lesson well learn beware if the prices doesn’t add up to was listed and promoted

The day I moved in, my apartment was not ready for move in. It was not in move in ready condition: 1. The apartment was dirty, trash everywhere 2. In the kitchen, there were dead roaches everywhere, the stove had no burners and the oven was not cleaned out. 3. There was a huge hole in the door to my daughter's bedroom, which was horribly repaired. If you push on the hole you could easily push through it. 4. There was no mirror in master bathroom that took the maintenance over 30 days to replace 5. The Carpet was and still is in a horrible condition, it had this HORRIBLE odor...I have tried to put down Carpet fresh to mask the smell but it is too bad! The maintenance people spilled paint in multiple locations, the carpet is stretched out. coming up on all the edges in the apartment, at the thresholds going into the bathroom and the kitchen there are nails/tacks coming up that cut our feet. The carpet the way it is, is making me and my daughter ILL and this is a health violation! 6. The electrical outlets - when you try to plug something into the outlet the cord falls out or will only stay 1/2 was in. This is a MAJOR Fire hazard. 7. The Thermostat is malfunctioning, only works 1/2 of the times, I was told it would be replaced but that has not happened yet. 8. The Ceiling fan in the living room needs to be replaced. when the ceiling fan is on you cannot just turn off the lights. the cord needs a fuse that is no longer made. On my move-in day, I have to go in and clean my apartment before I could move in.
The new staff here are very RUDE! If I was willing to break a lease I would. I’ve been having problems since I moved into the complex. They have very bad ant problem. Called for pest control and when he came to spray told us we should just get RAID for the ant problem. (Like it’s not his job to take care of the ants???????). Also when called about fixing problems inside of my home , I don’t hear back until a month later. After I resolved the problem myself. A friend of mines came to try and get a apartment here , despite my warnings, and was completely ignored when entering the leasing office. When she finally got a chance to speak to the leasing agent. They were interrupted but her phone. The worst part is the leasing agent proceeded to talk on her personal phone and neglect the fact that she was even there. These apartments are really not worth it all! It’s a waste of time .
do not move in here when we first moved in we paid more money to have an upgraded unit. they told us because of the 1" blinds that where old and dirty was part of the upgrade. also we had upgraded faucets witch where also old and in one bathroom the faucets had two hot handles then the cabinets where just painted and that was are upgrade an extra $150 month for this that's a ripoff when we asked about it they where very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it. the previous person who rented are apartment where evicted and they flooded the whole apartment. they left an eviction notice on are door when we where living there the persons rent was $100 less so they did not upgrade us at all they where just covering there expenses they had to make from the damage the person did before us. the parking is horrible good luck getting a space next to your apartment because its impossible I have to park at the other end of the complex and sometimes in the street. every time we have a complaint nothing gets done and the people in the office say there is nothing they can do and they blame it on Milestone Management who owns and runs the apartments. so don't rent here or from any apartment that is ran by Milestone Management. watch out for roaches to are door has an 1" crack at the top and roaches spiders and bugs get in all the time. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. would not recommend even to someone who I didn't like

Nasty and run down. Personnel horrible in office.(even management company) Treat you good and first. When you move out(don't move in) they try to screw you out of deposit-refund. There is loud music playing every weekend in pool area. Security guard afraid of my lab.....

Upon working with Cynthia to apply and get everything going she has been a breath of fresh air! I've had TERRIBLE experiences in the past with renting from apartments and she has been truly amazing. I am so very appreciative for her efforts and willingness to help us, since we are relocating out of state for a better work opportunity so my fiance can be home with our children more. She has went above an beyond to help us, and to also reassure us. Upon looking at reviews before I inquired, I noticed that some reviews weren't really worth reviewing across different websites. If you treat the staff like you would your family then you should have nothing to worry about. I am very happy to call this place our new home
These apartments aren't horrible however, it could be better..Parking is VERY limited. Lucky to get one after 8p! The security is a bit aggressive to the residents. The apartment it self is quiet, You don't see too many people hanging around outside day or night but within the first 4 months of me staying I've already received two armed robbery notices. Hints why the security officer is aggressive. So you must be careful!! Management could also be a bit more understanding considering the prices and quality of the complex and more accommodating to the residents when it comes to the overall keep up with the complex. Wouldn't hurt to clean the pool from time to time.
Everyone is very nice and there isn't any loud noises or music. Staff really makes everything so much easier when help is needed and is on top of things immediately. So happy I found this place!

I have lived here now for over two years and this is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in in my life! The office staff is always very nice and helpful, and if you ever have an issue in your apartment maintenance is always there to help. I could seriously put in a maintenance request on the website and in a few minutes they would be knocking on my door! If you are looking for an awesome place to live the you should check out Central Park Regency!
