Moving can be extremely exhausting, especially when you're relocating from a whole different country, but the ladies at the office were patient and helpful with assisting me with all my questions and concerns. I took the apartment with being able to visit them because I was so far away but when i moved in as nervous as I was i was not disappointed. The apartment was exactly as they had described to me and a lot more spacious than I expected. I have been here now for 5 months, and I have zero regrets. So, thank you for making this move an easy one for me and for being extremely helpful, understanding and just plain great with me.

Apartment is small, one bedrooms do not have washers/dryers. The dryers in one facility have been broken for at least 6 months now and maintenance of apartments is terrible. Had an A/C issue and they tried to blame us for "blocking air flow" until the A/C completely stopped a couple days later. I had an issue with our fridge which is still having issues, but they told us we were blocking air flow for that too when we had three things in the freezer. It's leaking, and they want to do nothing. Never renting here again and would never recommend them to anyone.

If you enjoy living with cockroaches, this is the place for you. Place was filthy, cannot tell at first glance until you see the built up muck in window sills, slider jambs, every part of the cabinets, disgusting. My feet were black on bottoms from a few minutes of walking around inside apartment barefoot, day 1. Roaches in bathroom, bedroom, refrigerator, kitchen, everywhere. If exterminator came as told, whatever they're using doesn't work. Never experienced such a disappointing rental unit as this. Will be moving out asap. It's just not worth all of this headache.

Horrible management and maintenance. These places are run down and kept together with bubblegum and string. They will lie straight to your face and never return emails or phone calls. Do not live here.

To start, the office sent me the lease documents the same day of the moving. So when I start reading one of the first things that popped was a certain gas that apparently accumulates here in this state. I asked they said it is normal here but no more information. Second, the presence of asbestos is in the construction since it is old. If I knew that before I would have had the opportunity to look into other places that are not going to mess up my health (additionally to not hanging up any decor in the walls because you know you don't want to poke the asbestos and make it go straight in your lungs). Next sleeping last night, had to wake up at 5:00 am just because there was a bunch of probably drunk and loud people right in front of my car. That really pissed me off, extremely rude I don't care how much you want to get attention, go into the apt and yell all you want, just not in front of my car that happened to be right down my window. And the last thing that made me write this review: look I just moved from another state, at least make sure that the appliances are working. Of course that did not happened, washer burned on the first load, called the office and they said: maintenance will go tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and at 1:00 pm we went to the office, a busy attendant said to give her a call later because she was alone and had a lot of people. Guess what, that is not my problem, my problem is that I have minimum 5 loads of clothes one of them wet and stinky because of your crappy equipment and irresponsibility. Make sure you triple check everything before moving to this place, everything here is extremely old, cabinets are just layers and layers of paint ( probably some of them with lead too you know to add some seasoning to your health concerns) but you can see the bumps and the quality of everything. In summary is a pig with makeup.

Central place at winter park is run by Robbins management. I've never had to make a case to the BBB because Im just not that type of person. Good or bad. Since living in central place I have had multiple cases of harassment, I had an employee attempt to force his way into my apartment after he had made me feel incredibly unsafe I dismissed him and explained I would be calling the office to discuss the matter. I was disrespected in a way I've never seen an employee treat someone. Name calling and slurs at my front door? I closed the door and explained to have a manager call me like an adult. The man then put his hand on my door as too force his way In. That's the least of it. This company does not have their organization down. Constantly loosing checks. If you want to live some where there is constant construction and the main goal is to disturb the peace. The go to central place. Horrible management, Horrible employees. 24/7 generators running and power washing and mowing. And only at 8am on a Sunday! Why central place, Do you insist on being the lazy most obnoxiously loud and uncomfortable place for anyone to live? The pool is not monitored and there are constantly 40 people having parties until 2. Some of us actually work! Oh! walked outside today only to be sprayed by a power washer! Get it right!
I have lived here for 2 years when I went to collage. This was the worst place to live. At first when I signed up they were super sweet, and the day after you sign the lease they don't care for you anymore. Then fined me $2500 when I left the apartment. And trust me, I had moped and cleaned the whole apartment by myself. When I went to the office to discuss about my charges, they said "they cant speak to me and I have to speak tho their company which is Greystar". And Greystar refused to show me the proof of the mess or to discuss about any charges. They were very rude and they asked me to either pay the full amount or they will report me to the credit bureau. With no choice I had to pay $2500 when the apartment was clean. I would have paid like a man if the apartment was a mess but they didn't even show me any proof. I suggest not to live here. If you find any positive reviews, that's by the employees themselves. Because all my fiends went through the same.
I just recently moved in to central place and the complex itself is very charming. It is small and quiet although it is off of a main road. There are pools and a 24 hour wifi center and gym so that is a plus. The apartments are very affordable and are close to everything including bus stops. The staff has been very helpful and friendly and erica is a delight to work with.

I have lived in different parts of the world, i am yet to experience or hear of any such apartments that has a prompt maintenance response like 7 central apartments. Safe extremely neat and Respectful staff.Swimming pool, gym, lawned walk path is great value for money compared to the rent.7 Central simply the best
The price at 7 central apartments is pretty considerable and the services rendered too are good, I actually did some research before moving in and I discovered it's one of the best around.
I kind of like it here, it is personal here, and friendly, The surrounding is clear and clean,
Decent apartment, tucked away in the back corner of the complex. The area is fairly quiet. Walking distance to Fullsail and stores.

These apartments are ok, not perfect, not super terrible. Just 'ok'. They have thin walls so you hear everything that happens in the next apartment or outside. There is an ant infestation despite the lack of food/mess that would attract them and several things that have broken shortly after the move in date. The staff, depending on the problem, is moderately attentive. Though I do not like how they give no warning that people will be in your apartment when you are not present. I have also heard from other tenants that if you have what they classify as 'too much stuff' on your patio they will charge you a fee. The washing machines and dryers work half the time and there's nothing you can really do about it aside from pay again for your clothes to tumble around (hopefully) and get dry. They have a policy about dogs, they only accept pure breeds with papers showing they are in fact pure breed and no pit bulls/pit bull mixes. They have 2 nice pools and a gym room that I do enjoy. (Though, if you go to the gym for extended periods of time and may use the restroom, bring your own tp. The gym bathroom has never had paper towels to dry your hands or tp.) In short, its not the worst place to live but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone really.
7 Central is the first place I've lived after moving out from home and they made moving into a new place alone very easy. The customer service is great and the entire complex is very well kept. My biggest issue is that on the website they make their apartments look much more inviting with beautiful pictures of nice painted walls, but the reality is that you may be moving into a place that's completely plain and white from top to bottom. However, I think that's a small price to pay for the safety. 7 Central isn't gated, but they have security and I have never had to worry. I feel much safer there than other places even down the street where I've witness a car almost get stolen. That's not to say it's perfect, but I believe their apartments are a pretty good deal for the area.
