Hola, todo hasta el momento es casi perfecto, solo con un gran detalle y es sobre los estacionamiento ya que estoy ubicado en la entrada del complejo y los lugares más cercano para estacionar siempre están ocupados incluso con vehículos portando vale parking de visitantes dándome entender que hay apartamentos que tienen más de un vehículo, mi recomendación es que deberían asignar un espacio por apt y los otros vehículos estacionen en otro lugar, todo esto lo digo porque me siento afectado, ya qué trabajo hasta alta horas de la noche y cuando llego solo deseo es descansar y no tener ese dolor de cabeza de pasearme por todo el complejo para poder encontrar un espacio, hice consulta en la oficina y también para saber si usan la modalidad de reservar pero me indicaron que por ahora no. que todo era por orden de llegada, de haber sabido este tema de estacionamiento hubiese dudado y ya saben a qué me refiero, esperemos que pronto brinde alguna solución al respecto. mil gracias

My overall experience has been good. Just wish we had assigned parking spaces. Trying to find parking infront of your building at night is basically impossible unless you live in one of the buildings along the outside .

At the beginning I loved the complex but the rat infestation and made me dislike it! One has gotten into my home which have made me leave the apartment! I’ve contacted management have several conversations nothing have been done! I will not live with rats!

Community is nice, the people are nice. I just wish the people would abide by the pool rules so it'll stay open. There also should be a pool guard and a way to ensure everyone entering the pool is a resident of Central pointe.

I like living here. I feel safe and secure here. My only issues were parking and the amenities. The parking lot is always full at night and you’re forced to park down by other buildings.and the laundry room was closed for months and wasn’t given a time table of a return.

Not taking responsibilty
I have been in the apartment for over a month without cable or internet service. The apartment was renovated and all connections were either cut or walled over. When I talked to the staff all they would do is blame the builders while doing nothing to correct the situation. Not one time did someone reach out to me to say that they dropped the ball and working to get it corrected. I had to buy a hot spot device and a digital antenna to get me by. I also had 2 different cable companies come out several times before I was able to get service. While the AT&T rep was going way beyond to help me out we were pushed out of the office so they could work on new victims.

robbers at this location don't move here
Me and my friend moved from Newport News va to Charlotte Nc we been here since June she got here first place central pointe apartments she haven't even been here a month only shoes in the house they broke in and took them the apartment is literally under investigation I pray to god the apartment complex give her deposit back they know better than we do that this is a no good area of charlotte

Incompetent emoployees
I love my actual apartment but the horrible situation I'm going through at my apartment complex is what I wanted to make everyone aware of. I've been a resident for 20 days and I still do not have a working dryer in my apartment. I've addressed the problem with three people and still have not gotten anywhere. I do not recommend anyone working with the leasing consultant Adi or dealing the property manager Angela.

Eh
The place is not worth how much it costs. When I moved in a lot of things were wrong and didn't get fixed until two months in. This is my first apartment and I was kind of expecting better, especially for the price.
