Property Ratings at Central Square Apartments
My son and I lived in a two bedroom apartment, here, in 2015. Loved the apartment! A coin- operated laundry room happened to be right next to our apartment which was handy. It had a spacious walk-in closet in the larger bedroom. The smaller bedroom had a closet and we had a double bed in that bedroom, a queen size bed in the larger bedroom. The bathroom had a long spacious shower. There was a closet near the front door. We had a round dining room table in that area with four chairs and also a curved glass hutch. The living room was right off of the kitchen. Big windows. The kitchen had a pantry cupboard and room for a small table. There was a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal furnished as well as the stove and fridge. The elevator took you right down to the underground parking garage. The dumpsters and recycling bins were inside the garage. You could mail a letter in the lobby where the mailboxes are. There’s a comfortable sitting room right off of the lobby. I didn’t use the exercise equipment room but I could have. The manager was friendly and helpful. Any maintenance or repairs needed by the janitor were dealt with promptly. The hallways and common areas in this security building were clean. The people I met there who lived there seemed nice. There is also a meeting room, I guess, that can be used for get-togethers. The Internet was fast. The A/C and heating worked fine. The apartment was in my son’s name because he met the financial requirements. Once he was no longer living there, i had to move because my income is over the maximum allowed. I believe they do have some apartments available that are not based on your income, but none were available or I would have stayed. It’s close to downtown. There’s a park in the next block. There is outside off-street parking as well. I thought it was a lovely place to live. Lynda Nygard
