Maintainance 24 hours is always there for you. Parking never an issue. Many places it is. They just re did the pavement and so there’s no more potholes. Our 2 bedroom was very spacious. Taylor and Yesenia are been extremely helpful.

I have lived here for a year and really regretting signing for another year. The maintenance takes forever to show up. They once showed up fixed some things said they'd come back next day, never did. In the winter the gutter outside my window fell off and it's still sitting in the grass even after calling about it. The parking area is filled with potholes that they claim to be working on getting fixed but It's been that way the entire time I've lived here. It's July 8th and the pool still isn't open. Every week they say we hope by next week. When I moved in there was some trash sitting in the corner and they have someone who comes cleans the hallway/stairs area and it was still there up until a week ago when I decided I was tired of looking at it.

We did a walk through of one of the 2 beds 2 baths yesterday the lady who showed us was very nice and polite. They have a little play area on the property she said they are getting ready to update the equipment. It was a very quite area great location the property was big and beautiful the apartment was a bit bigger then what we are in now. Love it.
If there were "negative" stars, I would have given this place a negative 2 or 3. I went for a visit and chose not to rent here. And let me tell you why. First, the leasing office is at another property. So you go there and for some very fishy reason, they ask for your driver's license - TO KEEP - while you go tour the facility. However, you have to get in your car to travel to the Centre Ridge apartments, and now you have to do this WITHOUT YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. I will be keeping a keen eye out for any suspicious activity on all of my accounts for a while. As soon as I got to the Centre Ridge building where the unoccupied apartment was located, I immediately wanted to turn around and walk out. The place reaked. I cannot even describe the smell. Quite overwhelming. Plus, there were huge stains on the carpet. And it was just dirty in general. And that's just the entry/hallway area. The apartment itself was much worse. It was obviously a smoker's apartment and hadn't been cleaned. I had a difficult time not gagging inside that apartment. On top of the smoke smell, there was a strong musty odor. And the bathrooms and floors were dirty. Usually, you are shown a good, clean apartment - you know, to entice you to rent there. But if what I saw was their version of that, then I cannot imaging what a regular apartment must be like. The place was just nasty.
I love where I live tons of space and storage ..large closets..big kitchens..huge linen closets
