Property Ratings at CentrePoint Apartment Homes
There was a constant smell of cannabis and tobacco smoke the entire time I lived at this complex. I made numerous complaints to the management and they did nothing to remedy this situation even though the lease clearly states that any smoking is prohibited on the entire property. There is also a problem with dog waste in the grassy areas I would not recommend CentrePoint to anyone unless you enjoy breathing secondhand smoke.

Paul, we are disappointed to hear that your stay with us was any thing else than exceptional. I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail. Please feel free to reach out to me at ngrijalva@missionrockres.com.
Only able to live there for a year, but it was wonderful and management was really kind. Everything was kept tidy and staff made sure to do everything they can to assist their residents. They even sent me a birthday card on my birthday which was incredibly sweet.
Fantastic amenities! Clean, spacious apartments! Great neighborhood!
I have lived at CentrePoint Apartments since November of 2020. I feel safe and comfortable living in this community. Here are some strong reasons why: 1. People in this community are respectful and respectful of others need for peace and quiet. 2. The management & maintenance staff has always been polite and respectful. They have followed through with whatever they promised they would do & always want the best for their residents. 3. The complex employs a great landscape company that keeps the apartment community in immaculate condition. 4. The pool is always well maintained properly chlorinated and kept free of debris. 5. If you are into working out there are some great places to ride your bike, go for walks or jog, plus there's a fitness room. If your looking for a safe location with good, friendly people. Where your close to the bus line, Pima Community College, a variety of different stores. Then CentrePoint Apartments is the place to be.
It’s hard to find the words to explain how much I loathed living in this apartment complex, but I will do my best to save you the time, the misery, and especially the money. As soon as you sign a lease at Centrepoint Apartments (now owned by Mission Rock), you are signing away your life with no personal rights as a tenant. If you do not like maintenance and construction crews working outside your doors at 7:00 in the morning, this place is not for you. If you do not want entry notices that were not fulfilled and consistently moved for days on end, this place is not for you. Also, don’t plan on having anyone come to visit you, because you’re only allowed one covered parking spot and there’s never any open uncovered spots for guests, except for in the back of the complex. Living in this apartment complex has been nothing but a money pit. When I signed my lease it was owned by a different company. Now that it is owned by Mission Rock, rents are increasing by hundreds of dollars a month, and that doesn’t include water, trash and sewer. When you finally realize how much of a scam this apartment complex is and want to get out, you will be nickeled and dimed for everything little thing. Even if you clean your apartment to perfection and use a professional carpet cleaner, you will still be charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning costs. Even though a light fixture on the ceiling broke from the roofers banging on the roof for more than a week, you’re still the one that has to pay. Everything about the complex seems like a great place on the surface. The pools are nice, there’s not a lot of people that use the gym, and it’s in a good location on the northwest side. But looks are deceiving and there are MANY places you’ll be able to find in the same area that are cheaper, have nicer employees that have an invested interest in your well being, and not money hungry. Learn from my mistakes.
Recently we discovered mice droppings on our counter and later discovered a hole behind the refrigerator. All indications pointed to a rodent, specifically a mouse. I contacted the office and was told there was nothing they could do. Pest Control, an outside sourced company from Phoenix, had just came on Tuesday. The maintenance staff could do nothing except look at the hole. I left the office without any hope the situation would be taken care of. I later received a call that pest control would attempt to come on Friday. So, I was expected to deal with a rodent living in my apartment for 2 days. How disgusting. On my own accord, I went to the store and purchased several mouse traps and sticky pads. Within 3 hours of placing the trap I caught what appeared to be a small mouse and later that night one more. I had to capture and remove the rodent myself. The next day, I went back to the office and spoke to the manager. I demanded something be done immediately, because it is disgusting having to live with them and capture and dispose of them myself. Again, I was met with nothing can be done until pest control can come and maybe they can come today. These house mice have the potential to carry and transmit viruses, bacteria and other diseases. Infestation can also occur rapidly!! It is absolutely disgusting that my partner, my dog, and I have to eat and sleep in an pest-ridden apartment. This is not the first time the apartment complex management and staff have brushed off a pest problem. A pack of Javelinas had made their way onto the property during some winter nights. They bite, charge, bark and growl to defend themselves. These animals are known to attack dogs and their owners. Well come to find out a javalina had made a home for itself inside the complex near the swimming pool. The complex staff did not post warning notices until several days after they found out. In fact, they did absolutely nothing to try and remove the animal. They didn’t have animal control come and remove. Instead they found it cute and gave it a name. They will try and sell you a dream. But that dream will eventually become a nightmare. We regret resigning our lease because we simply did not want the trouble of moving. This place is not the affordable and enjoyable home it once used to be. Don’t be the next victim to live at CentrePoint. Your money is better spent across the street.
Hello, so I just moved from Florida looking for an apartment. I met Genesis one of the office agents and she was so friendly and helpful. Genesis listen to what I would like and answered all my questions. Genesis is truly an asset to your company and because of her I would always reccommend anyone to this apartment complex. The move in was extremely easy and Genesis made sure that I was comfortable and if I needed anything to ask. People usually say if you need anything and they will be there and everytime I had a question or needed something Genesis and the staff was always there to help. I just wanted to thank Genesis and the staff for everything they have done for me and my transition from Florida. Thank you again for everything.
The management at this apartment complex is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They did not accommodate me whatsoever and would not listen to anything I had to tell them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
I have been here for a very long time but since this new management company took over the quality of living has gone down at the Centrepointe Apartments. I wish they would have just left everything in order and simply just came in and managed the property because the changes they made in the lawn service, maintenance and the bug service were very bad changes that did absolutely nothing to improve the property. In addition to these bad changes, i find it an insult that they are making the tenants pay higher rents for these horrible services. Please bring back the previous lawn and bug service companies and perhaps I might consider staying.
Have had leak after leak in our apartment. Leak from the master shower head and it had mold in the wall all they did was clean just where they seen the mold and patched the wall.... than I tell them my washer is leaking and they tell me 2 different times its NOT leaking and nothing is wrong with the washier. Under it the flooring ripped and was coming up so they called the flooring company out to fix it and what do you know there is WATER under my washier... I have asked over and over again to have my apartment checked for mold and I have to pay the 650 for them to have it checked and I can't have my own person come out and check for mold for free. because its not the company they go through I can't. I hate everything about the complex besides the lay out and size but it's NOT worth the problems we keep having. I have been here almost 2 months and have had to maintenance come out almost every week!!! Do NOT waist your time with the complex and apartments. I wish I couldn't even leave any stars. Talked to a couple other people that live here and all have had so many problems with this place.
Centrepoint is a great place to live! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very nice. Any request we have made has been attended to very quickly. We LOVE it.
