The apartment itself served our needs and was large enough for what we needed at the time. We had very noisy neighbors above and beside us (mainly above). Parking could also be an issue. The apartment unit itself was just fine though.

I have no complaints. There were a few things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, but Bri and Collin were on top of it ASAP! getting maintenance out here to get my apartment in order.

I would and do recommend this apartment complex, all the staff are amazing at what they do.they are all very kind and polite. The only thing I feel they all need to work on is communication. Need to work on keeping tenants updated on what's happening with the unit maintenance. But other than that, everyone is amazing, they are fast and do their jobs very well And the property is pretty clean.

The building is old, the blinds are old fashion, the appliances need to be updated and the faucets, toilets, sink and bathtub need upgrading. I'd recommend removing all carpet, put tile or wood flooring. And remove tub, make it more modern especially for the rental price. Its not worth it.

Overall, the experience has been great. My part of the building is fairly quiet. Also, the fact that dogs of large sizes is a huge plus.

The apartments look dirty. As residents we see the backside of the apartments not the front. The view is constantly dirty and our decks are moldy.

Parking was a bit hard, even with paid for spots due to the poles holding up the canopy.

The grounds are covered in dog poop,the poop trash cans overflow allot and sometimes don't get changed for days when they are overflowing, the upstairs units above me like to throw their trash and cigarette butts all over our area. Also the playground equipment is broken in multiple places making it a safety hazard, I have brought this up a couple times and still nothing to come of it. Other than that it's a nice place. Noice isn't much of an issue, the units are clean and well maintained.

The apartments were nice but for us it was the staff that really highlighted the place. They were always very kind and helpful and would follow up with us about things going on in our lives. Made us feel very welcome.
They have loud neighbors, bad parking, and three property sales in three years(shows the quality of their property), on average the police are in the complex for what ever reason at least once every two days and to just add frosting to the cake, no one cleans theyre dogs messes up. Its disgusting frequently in front of the builsing due to residences walking them for 30 seconds then walking back inside with out any consideration for any one else. So enjoy "centre-pointe-greens"

The apartments themselves are spacious and in good condition. The location is in a generally rough area, but the complex grounds are kept in good condition and the overall location is convenient. The maintenance workers are excellent. Quick, efficient and constantly busy. As someone who has lived here a while, here are the things you ought to know that aren't as advertised on the website: 1) Though there are office hours, the office is frequently locked up during those hours because the staff is busy with other things. 2) There is no parcel delivery box in the mail space, so packages must be picked up from the office when you can catch them open. 3) The covered parking is extra, and there is no assigned parking. It is first come, first serve as there are more cars stickered for parking than there are spaces. You may have to find parking somewhere else if you arrive home later at night. 4) The amenities aren't as listed on the website. The clubhouse has been converted into staff offices and no longer exists. There is no basketball or sport court. The staff frequently forget to keep the main building accessible with the amenities key, meaning that the pool, spa, gym and tanning bed are often inaccessible. 5) The garbage area is frequently overfull.

This place has had a rotating door of office staff and the last manager was awful, she was very rude. The new manager Tshawna is AMAZING, she went above and beyond to fix our complaints. We plan on staying here as long as she stays.
The place is nice except the master bdrm bathroom is separate and the trash is too far.

Centrepoint Greens is located in Everett, near Boeing, with great access to multiple freeways and major thoroughfares. The management staff is attentive and pleasant, the amenities are great, Inside pool, weight room, sauna, tanning, play area for the little ones, and sport court for the older ones. The apartments are decent, noise issues have not been a problem. They are systematically updating the units, replacing and updating appliances, carpets, adding hardwood floors etc. This will cost you a bit more, and with being on a budget I chose a non updated 2 bedroom and so far I can live with the older style. Located right next to a golf course, I suggest getting a unit which faces out onto the greens for a pleasant view. This seems to be a very family oriented apartment community. Pet friendly, and washer/dryers in each unit. Overall a decent and affordable place to live!

I really like living in This apartment. We are rite next to the golf course there is a nice and peacfull view. All of the ammenities are updated. The maintenance guys work fast and fix what you need. They recently redid their gardens to look really nice. The only little problem is that you have to fight for parking in the evenings. They do have parking spaces you can rent though.
