Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at Centreport Landing Apartments
They don’t even intimate us about the deadline for rent. They are very rude when we call them for any help. They keep charging more and more money for rent. Worst apartments that I ever lived.
I've lived at Centerport for about 4 months now and have had zero major issues. The community is very small, which I like, parking is first come first serve, not an issue there either because my name is not marked on any of the parking spaces. When I first moved in, I did encounter an issue with a parking note being left on my vehicle, took it to the office, issue got resolved immediately. I haven't been home during the time of water shut-off but did receive notice in a timely manner. Kathy, Sofia and Mary are all wonderful people and I enjoy speaking with either of them, they are all very helpful when I need assistance. Maintenance is very prompt when it comes to repairs. I will definitely be renewing my lease again next year!
I've lived at these apartments for just over 6 years. While they aren't the newest or most updated in this neighborhood (although most new ones have undergone nice updates), they are solid, great apartments with awesome management, and affordable. Here's the bad first - over the past six years, my water has been turned off about once a month on average due to repairs. Except for one time, I have always had notice the day before, so it hasn't been a terrible pain. In addition, the location is just south of the airport, so you can hear planes overhead all the time. The noise doesn't bother me, but it was something to get used to. Ok - the good: Anytime I've had a problem with my apartment (which isn't often), management is always helpful and usually gets a resolution quickly. In my building at least, there are a lot of other long-term residents, so you don't have a ton of new people cycling through all the time. The apartments themselves are great - lots of space and storage, and layout is really nice. There aren't any reserved parking spots, covered spots, or outdoor storage, but I've never had a problem with storage or parking while I've been here. I've been really satisfied with our apartment!
I recently moved to the Fort Worth area. I didn't know anyone or had many resources for apartments so had to start from scratch. I went online and through apartments.com found the complex i am at now. Centreport so far has been a great, quite community to live in. They have a great staff who was very helpful with my moving in. I had a small issue of smoke (Cigarette) smell in my apartment when i first moved it. Told the office staff and less then 24 hrs helped take care of the issue. i had a small issue with my ac thermostat and that was taken care of quickly as well. I have felt safe and sound since I moved in and being that i live alone it was important to be in a safe community. So far so good!!! Thanks.
I love these apartments. They're not the most updated or fancy in the world, but they're very clean, nice, and affordable. The floor plan could not have been planned better, and there's tons of storage space (1 bedroom, 609 sq feet). When I first moved in, everything was spotless, the stove was brand new, fridge perfectly cleaned where it looked new, nice lighting fixtures, clean carpet, and brand new blinds. There are plenty of trees which keeps the electric bill way down. The staff is friendly and helpful, and anytime there's ever been an issue they've fixed it immediately. Great place to live!
don't move here if you don't like your water being shut off every other week and you're going to have a tough time getting your deposit back when you move out. I have been moved out for 8 weeks and still no sign of my deposit refund. So frustrating! No problem with crime and a nice place to live. Right south of DFW airport so lots of planes going overhead. Lots of highway noise from Hwy 360 at the back of the complex. Overall I liked living here more than I didn't.
I have in Dallas for 7+ years, mostly in Plano, Irving but since I got job near Fort Worth, I moved to these apartments. Pros: Staff is frendly, Rent is cheap, very fast maintenance services Cons: No Covered Parking, water issues some times.
