Lower Highlands, known as LoHi, is a family-friendly neighborhood just three miles outside of Denver, where you’ll find the Colorado State Capitol, Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum, and so much more. LoHi boasts a variety of local burger joints, taverns, beer gardens, and coffee shops such as Recess Beer Garden and Root Down, an old filling station turned New American eatery. LoHi is located near major parks such as the City of Cuernavaca Park along the South Platte River, boasting biking and hiking trails with scenic city views.
Hirshorn Park is a smaller neighborhood park that’s worth a visit, housing baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground. Nestled along Interstate 25, commuting is no issue in LoHi, especially with Denver so close, but if you don’t plan to drive, there are plenty of public bus stops on the area’s major roads.

Centric is fine, very corporate. But the maintenance staff is incredible, best in the building
honestly quite disappointed of the condition of my apartment when i moved in one week ago. The shower and dishwasher were especially dirty, smelly, and moldy. Additionally the paint job in this unit is concerning. There is paint smeared on several spots on the trim, blobs of paint in random spots, and the ceiling edges have so many inconsistencies that I would tell whoever painted that this should not be their profession. I have years of experience in multi family property management at high-end companies and I would have never let a resident move-in with the condition my apartment was in.
It’s been a great experience living here so far. Jamie was wonderful throughout the leasing process. I’ve gotten the opportunity to attend a few social events and meet some people.
My move-in experience was better than expected. The staff was accommodating with my schedule and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to me moving in.
Very expensive for what you get. My apartment was filthy when I moved in, there was dog hair everywhere from the previous owner, water damage on the balcony door frame, leaky shower head, paint splatters on various parts of the floor from repainting I presume, etc.
Going into my second year living in Centric LoHi, I've ALWAYS had a quick, professional, clean, and successful response and solution to every maintenance request I've submitted during my time in this community. Although every experience has been great, I'd like to specifically call out how helpful and courteous Devin is - who has helped me many times. He is always so helpful (and super kind to my dog!)

The complex itself is beautiful, and the apartment units have a very updated clean modern feel. The hallways, amenities, and exterior are extremely well maintained and cleaned daily. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful, and same goes for the maintenance and cleaning crews. Overall Centric LoHi has exceeded expectations and I expect to renew my lease once it’s time.

Move in process was quick and the front office was flexible with the elevator reservation when our movers where running behind schedule. Cindy was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We had a couple of maintenance requests that were also handled in a timely manner upon move in. Overall, the process was easy for us.
The apartments are nice, but the amenities need tweaking. The pool is advertised as being heated, but it is cold. I’ve also never seen it been cleaned. The elevators are constantly broken or being blocked for move, so have to think twice about leaving/getting groceries/checking mail. I’m glad that I’m physically able to use the stairs because otherwise I don’t know how I’d manage.

Great units, quiet, amazing location and useful amenities. Common areas such as hallways, stairwells and dog park need more frequent cleaning.
Great apartments. Clean amenity areas. Sidewalks are always taken care of. Safety and security needs are met. Indoor garage is clean and secure.

My experience at the complex hasn’t been all that great, you can hear every move your neighbors make, dogs barking from 2-4 am. Upon move in my apartment was definitely not ready, as the carpet was full of dog hair.
Management is raising rents by up to 20% year on end, which is absurd. Does not matter if youre a good tenant, pay on time, dont cause trouble, etc. Its run as a corporation, so be prepared for the shock. And we have lost our jacuzzi because they didnt want to pay for extensive repairs. Dog excrement in the hallways and stairwells.
Moving into Centric LoHi was such a great experience and the leasing staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Beware of signing a lease here! While the apartments are nice, the community is not well kept, and management does not hold residents accountable to uphold rules of the building. In the last six months I have had to call security four times - once when my car was broken into, twice after finding homeless folks sleeping in stairwells and once for upstairs neighbors arguing loudly and suspected domestic abuse... sign up at your own risk!
So far, I have really enjoyed living here. I was hesitant to move into a larger apartment building because some leasing companies can be extremely frustrating to work with and feel impersonal. I feel like the staff at the leasing office here are there for you and are always willing to help out, its been a great experience so far.
If I could give a negative star rating - I WOULD. I've had NOTHING but issues from day 1. Anything from my apartment not being made ready for move-in and having crusty food on my ceiling, to getting trapped in the elevator and having it fall from the 3rd floor to the basement parking garage (5 stories down), and having the fire department coming to rescue me after being trapped for an hour, to my car and just about everyone else's car getting broken into. Windsor DOES NOT know how to manage a class- A community and I wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.
'- Helpful, friendly Centric staff in main office - Maintenance staff does a good job responding to work orders - LOVE the Centric events. That's why I moved into this building.
Please fix the hot tub or lower my monthly rent to compensate for amenities were unable to use.

It is almost our 4 year anniversary living in this building. We love it.
There are daily issues that arise at the Centric, and it has been a nightmare. Both our fire alarms have gone off randomly, there was a carbon monoxide leak, and something occurred in the leasing office that was extremely vaguely disclosed leaving a lot of concern. We did not receive a corrected lease until the day before our move in and there a charges for everything.
I've lived here for only 6 weeks and have already been the victim of stolen property due to negligence by property management. A lock on a storage unit had been compromised a few weeks ago. I had a nice bike stolen out of the storage unit. When I asked management how long they'd known about the compromised lock, they said "a few weeks." When I asked for reimbursement for the property, they pointed me to an insurance person who said they don't take responsibility, regardless of whether it was due to negligence on behalf of the property ownership. They KNEW the lock had been compromised prior to my property being stolen, and they didn't even notify residents. They could have easily notified us that a lock had been compromised, and that would have given residents time to move their personal property to a safer location. Would NOT recommend anyone live here.

Overall, the experience has been fine. The apartment wasn't not well looked over before move-in. The maintenance requests haven't been quick to be fixed. The community seems to have gone downhill as far as upkeep in common areas.
Centric LoHi is definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in so far. All of the leasing agents, Robert in particular but also Dan & Kimberly, have been awesome and gone above and beyond what I've experienced living at other apartment complexes! I moved here from out-of-state during the pandemic so I was unable to tour in person. Kimberly was awesome and answered all of the questions I had during the virtual tour, even brainstorming how my current furniture might fit in the unit (I was downsizing moving here). After signing the lease, all of the agents were very communicative and friendly when answering all of the questions over phone/email that I had before I moved. The day I showed up, Robert gave me the tour of the community and I was blown away seeing the amenities in person - they are even better the pictures! Everyone in the building has been really friendly and you can't beat this location for walk-ability. The apartment is clean and modern and seems to be well built. So far, I haven't heard my neighbors on either side of me; you can only hear people talking in the hall which isn't frequent. I'm so happy I chose this apartment!!
So far I have loved living here! Great part of town, safe, awesome amenities, and the friendliest staff. My only complaint is that my garbage disposal has been broken since moving in 3 weeks ago and still no maintenance has come with my request :/ otherwise everything else has been perfect for me.
I could not be more unhappy with my living situation. My apartment is half painted, my carpet is stained, my floors are scratched, floor boards are coming up on my patio. The traffic is so loud it keeps me up at night and prevents me from being on the patio I paid so much for during the day. Im paying an arm and a leg to be miserable. Oh and my blinds are broken, the handles falling off the kitchen sink, and one of my drawers has come off the rails in the bathroom.
Location is ideal and is the main component this property succeeds on. Overall property amenities are above average with the pool being the most quality aspect and the gym being very average to below average. Multiple club rooms and courtyards are a benefit. The rent (and associated massively uncharged utility and service fees) don't equate to the level of service received. For the premium price you pay to live here (especially in two bedrooms), the quality of finishes, level of service, and general competence is lacking. And then to have utilities and service fees be used as a further revenue driver for the company is a slap in the face. Wouldn't recommend to professionals or couples expecting to get what you pay for. It has morphed into a place for the younger cohort and roommates to live in for a year and experience the LoHi area and party, but not for people who want to experience it as a home or community. It is not serviced as such. But again, the location is primo, and is the main factor they continue to capitalize on.
Leasing office has been great to work with, maintenance was quick and reliable and the community has felt welcoming and positive!
The building is extremely cheap construction. We can hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors. The amenities are frequently out of order. There are significant safety concerns due to multiple break ins, bikes repeatedly stolen from the secure bike storage, doors left open etc. The value does not come close to the expense.
From the moment I toured Centric, I knew I wanted to live here. The building is incredible clean, modern, with great amenity spaces. Also the management is extremely responsive and helpful!

Kristen, Amber, Daniel, and Robert are the best office staff I've ever dealt with. They actually care and that is something money can't buy. The amenities are top class, and the location is amazing!! The maintenance staff is fast and professional as well. Everyone should take a tour at Centric LoHi by Windsor before making a decision on which apartment they want. I promise they will not be disappointed!!
Centric LoHi has been very nice for me and my husband. We enjoy being close to Denver and being able to walk to all the local restaurants and stores. The apartment itself is very nice and we enjoy the amenities. The pool area is fun and very relaxing.
