Property Ratings at Centro at Davie by ARIUM
I had a fantastic experience at Centro at Davie. Yanique my leasing agent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed information about the available units, lease terms, and community amenities. Moreover, the maintenance team was exceptional. They promptly responded to any maintenance requests I had and ensured that any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The team members were always friendly, professional, and respectful when entering my apartment for repairs. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by Yanique and the maintenance team at this leasing office. Their dedication, knowledge, and willingness to assist made my stay here enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Centro at Davie to anyone in search of a reliable and supportive team.
we submitted an urgent maintenance requests many times (related to safety), there was no response, we call them everyday and they tell we will send someone today and nothing happen, they call us only to ask if we are gonna renew the lease!!!!, rude and careless people
Problems ever since we moved in. 2 leaks coming from upstairs getting into carpet. AC not working twice and finally broke and needed replacement. Water heater broke and had to be replaced. Dryer doesn't completely dry clothes, jad to put on 3 times. Bedroom bathroom is so small that mold and mildew smell lingers. Paying for insect spraying fee but but bo in months. Counters not even real they have adhesive on them. They just put a slap of paint and then you see the real problems a few months later. I am out of here. Not worth the price! Can go somewhere newer for same price.

Got a message that water was suddenly going to be shut off for my building without any further explanation. 8 hours later I’m pretty sure it’s not being turned back on tonight, but that’s just the assumption since management doesn’t seem to think stuff like that is important to keep residents updated on.

A big thank you to Shauna for setting me up with my amazing home. She did a fantastic service in introducing me to the area. Friendly neighborhood that's a mix of professionals and students which made it feel like the home I had left to move here to, which was great. Incredible landscaping and beautiful refurbished apartments!

Kristen, thanks for your praise and kind comments about our team!
The staff has been incredibly lackluster and my apartment has partially flooded twice in the past year (and I'm on the second floor). First, my water heater broke. It flooded my closets, hall, and part of my living room. Maintenance fixed it but failed to clean up after themselves leaving muddy boot prints all over the floors. Secondly (and is still an ongoing issue) my washing machine broke and flooded my kitchen as well as part of my living room. I put in an urgent request with maintenance and they came quickly to secure the machine (just unplugging it from the water supply) before saying that they can fix it Monday. Monday came but maintenance did not. Turns out they had closed the maintenance ticket because they technically fixed the flooding. I resubmitted a ticket and still nothing. Tuesday came and I followed up with the staff at the leasing office. They said they would speak with the maintenance supervisor. Wednesday came and they said they would fix it Thursday. Thursday turned to Friday and then Saturday. I followed up several times each day only to get dismissive comments from the staff while my laundry is piling up. My machine is still broken...
I recently moved in to Centro at Davie and I am not disappointed to call this place home. Shauna and Marzio went above and beyond to help with the application process and I am so grateful to have an office staff like them in the community. The community is beautiful and peaceful, apartment is a great size, and the staff is immaculate !
Recently moved into Centro at Davie so I'm very excited to be able to clear up some of these ridiculous reviews. I have to say it has been an extremely pleasant experience and as someone who was prepared for some (minor and expected) bumps in the road, I have been so pleasantly surprised at how polar opposite the experience actually proved to be. Shauna has been the sweetest and most attentive person when she has tons of other things to be worrying about, especially during this pandemic stuff. As with everything, if you are defensive, entitled, and uncooperative because you think the leasing office works for you and you alone, expect to be responded to accordingly. I am so thankful to Shauna in particular but to the whole staff, as they made everything perfect for my move in day, despite all the craziness going on in the world. My apartment was so clean upon move-in, it looks adorable and homey, and all of my appliances work wonderfully. There is no apparent dog poop issue as I read in multiple reviews and the noise is absolutely NOTHING worth complaining about. I even read people complaining about cars. Like really? Buy a home in isolation if you are so offended by the most minimal of activity by your NEIGHBORS... Again, every experience is what you make it. This is a community. People should relax and try to be a little more at peace within. Things always run more smoothly that way. THANK YOU SHAUNA AND STAFF SO MUCH. I am so happy here.
Let me start off by thanking Shauna for the best experience possible from start to finish on getting my first apartment. The whole experience from the tour, to the signup process and then to move-in was a breeze with her help. Ask for Shawna if you decide to move here! I definitely recommend moving here. AREA: Centro at Davie is pretty modern in my opinion. At first glance (at least for me) was very impressed with how good the complex looks. Several lake views, and most of all CLEAN. The fact that this complex is near everything is a huge plus as well. Everything you would need or want is pretty much in a 5-mile radius of the complex (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc) APARTMENT: The Apartment I moved into looks freakin amazing. New hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The patio was a little on the dirty side but being that it's an outdoors, what could you expect right? I wouldn't take a star off for it. I would definitely recommend the renovated apartments if available. EXPERIENCE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: As said before, customer service from Shawna from start to finish was great! There were times I came in a little later than our appointment times (usually near EOD lol) and she would still stay to make sure I was all set and ready for move-in. Also, the Maintenance team so far has been great, I put in a ticket to replace a key that wasn't working, and received a call same day to get it replaced.
I have been living in CAD for a year and it has been a good experience. They have coffee Starbucks style for the residents at the club house, they offer high quality treats for the pets, and have a small size estate of the art equipment, pool are is nice and also very bright and comfy. Staff is always available to answer questions. Michael the assistance is very helpful and kind. Maintenance is the best Theo continue fixing and ups grading units to be in compliance with the city of Davie. You can have any damage with appliances or any need of repair in the apartment and they is always available kind and knowledgeable staff to do repairs and fix the unit. The only inconvenience I saws and had it was that in the patio I left my daughters float in a unicorn shape and someone took it from it and stole it. Another inconvenience is the parking are that the trees surround the parking spaces and their several seeds and leaves fall on the car leaning it dirty if it was washed and cleaned. They have many celebrations and holiday or special events for the residents to participate. As well they allow a good trick to come from time and park in the property. I ove that the washer and dryer are inside the unit and that the trash is outside of the unit in little custome made container boxes. The place is organized and cleaned. Yes I would live here again and rent is not as high as the property at the surround.

Thanks for your feedback! We strive to provide a top-notch experience here at Centro, and we're happy to hear your stay has been a positive one. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let us know!
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Ever since moving in there has been constant noise from maintenance, almost all of the appliances in the apartment have broken and had to be fixed now (they weren't fixed in a timely manner either), and the office/management are beyond awful to deal with and rude. Every single time I have called the office with an issue I have been treated rudely, no matter the issue! It is a situation where no matter who you ask to speak with you are going to be treated horribly. Ironically, they were the sweetest people in the world before we signed the lease and moved in. It is sickening to clearly see the which reviews have been written by real residents with real experiences with the community on here because they all seem to be the same. With so many better priced options in the area this will go on my list of bad decisions I have made throughout my life. Also, just so you know, that road that runs through the middle of the community isn't private! It's a public highway which they don't have rights over so you will constantly have people SPEEDING through it. Haha oh! Lastly, I know this won't apply to everyone in the neighborhood but just to throw some salt in the wound, there is a group of residents who have decided to remove the exhaust from their cars (I think you can see one sitting on one of their balcony's) so they are extremely loud whenever they come and go. If you have ever had any experience with cars you know that is really loud. So hey, thanks for reading. I hope you choose to do some diligent research and don't trust the office here. If you choose to actually explore here knock on some doors and see what people actually think because you'll find it to match with the overwhelmingly horrible reviews and I wish it weren't true.
Rather than writing a long rant I’ll just list a few of the occurrences while we lived there. Centro at Davie: - Fatal stabbing occurred - Homeless people sleeping on doorsteps - Hiding the information above from residents. They told us if we want updates in our complex/community contact the police department for information (they would not give them out) - Added parking restrictions, overly ambitious towing and a parking app that’s not user friendly - Wheels/Hubcaps Stolen from car - Turn water off without notification 4x in 6 weeks - Multiple car windows smashed and broken in to - Extended delays getting the deposit back, they try to buckle and dime you taking out as much as possible, multiple renters had this issue - Property Manager will not return calls or emails, we had to get corporate involved to get any response after we moved If zero stars was an option that would’ve been my rating.

Very unfriendly and poorly organized. My car got booted after 2 months of living here, they someone did not register my vehicle, funny because they showed me in the computer that they did. I had to wait 4 hours for them to unboot it. I missed a full day of work because of there poor organization, they had no sympathy for either. Lady in front office is rude and really needs some customer service skills. They continue to tell me to update renters insurance, which has been. I would highly recommend if you decided to move into Centro at Davie, double check that your paperwork is in and vehicles are registered, for I am in the healthcare department and on call, can not afford to have my car randomly booted and not be able to go into work or take my child to school because of there poor organization.
Just moved my college daughter in Signed our lease on 9/10, she was moved in by the 15th. She received many packages and a large TV delivered to office as she was still getting settled. On the midnight after Thursday 10/4 up to 6am early Friday morning 10/5 someONE or ONES (only found one set of hand and fingerprints) climbed up to her second floor unit and came in through the balcony while my daughter slept thank GOD with 2 friends who stayed over! They took her visitors wallets, a roll of double sided duct tape, assorted Money laying around, and her friends CAR! LOOK OUT for the STOLEN white Toyota Prius with out of state plates. The cops tried to downplay it on their first visit. I am out of state, called the office and the girl was useless, knew nothing, didn’t even know the protocol, one would think if this happened or any crime, the cop Would’ve gone to the office.?? She refused to contact the complex security and said she’s been there All morning and she doesn’t know what to tell me. Upon my daughter finding the prints and figuring out how thy climbed up, the police returned much nicer yet refused to dust for fingerprints or even take a picture for the police report?! I don’t know how I missed this page and the reviews! Please if you have any information on this incident please contact Broward and Davie police! Have there been other home invasions at night??!! While people are home? We are hoping this will be an isolated situation but we all know it was NOT random!! They now do not believe the intention was to climb up to a random second floor to steal the visitors’ wallets and only other car while leaving my daughters car keys on that same counter. Luckily she puts her wallet away at night. Not sure if the intended plan was foiled when this animal found 3 girls sleeping in that bed, praying the intention was not to steal more while Only 1 was there?? After reading about these horrible events such as murder and car break ins and shooting a DOG??? How many have installed security systems or cameras?? Many students live in this complex! I need to know how I can check the actual report log for the property. Any info is appreciated!!! 914-456-1620 Less than a month.... Thanks much, A mom who made a big mistake!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO CENTRO AT DAVIE!!! Please do your research before you decide to move here. This is one of, if not the WORST neighborhoods in Davie. My car has been stolen from this neighborhood TWICE. My neighbor had her apartment broken into and robbed and multiple other people's car have been stolen in the buildings around me. The property mangement company Arium (Carroll Organization) REFUSES to do anything about the security in this neighborhood, they have literally stated to me that it is more of a liability to them to get security. I have called Carroll corporate office number and they told me that "Crime Has No Address". Also please look on the news, someone was on the balcony in building 16 yesterday, took out a gun and shot a dog. This neighborhood is full of crime. Please please please do your research before you think about moving here, you can go online and view all the crime that has been reported in this neighborhood. I am counting down the days till I can move out of here. Let's talk about maintenance, I reported a leak in my roof/ceiling on Labor Day. They sent out a maintenance worker who took pictures and told me nothing could be done that day because it was a holiday, all the while I had water pouring down in my kitchen. Not only did I not hear from the property manager or office nor did they do anything to cover the leak but I had to report the leak two weeks later when I had water coming out of my ceiling again before they did anything. If you want to be scared to live in your own apartment, deal with a HORRIBLE property manager and office, worry that your car will be stolen then by all means move in here. There are tons of other neighborhoods around, my only suggestion for you is: DO NOT MOVE IN CENTRO AT DAVIE!!!
Welcome to centro at Davie, where maintenance staff make constant noise all day, the leasing office staff are rude, and your work orders get ignored for weeks at a time. Whenever you try to tell these people they're wrong, it's like the end of the world. Loud trucks start moving supplies around at 730 in the morning without any respect or thought of people who actually pay to live here. Did you ever think of maybe starting up a project like that at maybe 10am? And then they drag it out until 7pm. It's like living on a construction site. They won't ever replace anything that breaks in your apartment, just half fix it. They don't ever call back to answer questions. They never give you credit when your work order takes longer than 48 hours. Basically let's just say that they don't ever do ANYTHING that they're supposed to. Don't rent here!!!! Would have given 0 stars if possible!!
I love living here. The office staff is amazing, always helpful...THe location is great.. I would highly recommend this community. I have only been here 2 months but I am so glad I moved here. The ground are always kept clean.

I have lived here for two years. I originally heard about this place because it is close to school. It is so convenient. On my time off when I am not studying I lay out by the pool which I love, it’s so relaxing. The gym is pretty big and always maintained nicely. The most thing I am happiest about is the recent change in office staff, I believe Centro just got a new management company and thy switched out the staff in the office, thank goodness because it was for the better. Every time I go to the office or call everyone is so helpful and if they don’t know the answer to something they always follow up!

this community is INFESTED with ants and cockroaches. New management is awful. Used to be clean but maintenance doesn't clean up the grounds. Rubber gloves, and trash all over the property. Ants in the leasing office near the coffee machine (disgusting really like would you let your house look like that?) dirty swimming pools, terrible parking, car breaks ins, neighbors with assault rifles, cops everyday, I could go on and on and on. Worst maintenance staff of ALL TIME. These people are awful at their jobs and honestly should be fired...

Currently sitting in a 90 degree apartment, broken AC. Refused any type of replacement air conditioning unit. Work orders ignored for weeks. Maintenance driving around watching videos on their phone instead of doing their job.

I have lived in the Centro apartments since they were called Sunforest. Ive always told people to live here since the grounds are so pretty and the buildings, while old, are in good condition. Sometimes they would take a few days to fix stuff but that never bothered me. If i owned my home and something broke, it may also be a few days till i could hire someone to fix stuff too. I pay my rent on time and they leave me be. Works well for me. Ive really never needed management for anything, so while i hear bad things about them, i had no use to use them so it didnt matter. However, on friday june 1, 2018 my husband and my dog were attacked in front of me when we were on our evening walk around the lake. I rushed my husband to the ER, my dog to the vet and filed a police report. I sought help through the management office to find out who owned the golden retriever that attacked us. I went in saturday morning, june 2nd 2018 and was told i had to talk to upper management and they dont work weekends. First thing monday morning, june 4 2018, i went back. The " so called upper management" wouldnt even come out of the offices and meet with me. I was told they were too busy to see me. I asked if they understood that a residents dog mauled my husband and dog and i needed to know if its vaccinated and that my husband was put in the hospital. They guy went back told them that and said they still couldnt meet with me. They were just too busy. I had the davie police department request the information and was told they dont keep records of animals. That i know for a fact is a lie. When i renewed my lease last year i had to include a photo of both my dog and cat. Why would the other buildings here be different. I cannot believe that they dont care. There are children here. My dog was right be side me and that dog only went after my husband. The only reason my dog got it too was bc i waded in trying to get my husband off the ground and had the dog with me. In conclusion, rent at your own risk. You are not safe here. They supposedly "have no idea" who has pets and its obviously too big of a hassle to see who is paying the extra pet fee they "have no access too." Im so disappointed in them.

Your comments are appreciated. Centro at Davie takes great pride in continually developing and improving our relationship with our residents. Input like yours gives us the opportunity to accomplish that. On behalf of Centro at Davie, I'd like to apologize for your frustrating stay thus far. We take resident safety issues very seriously and are constantly working towards building a better community. Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we hate to see any of our residents lower their expectations due to traumatic experiences. If you'll give us the opportunity, we'd like to help work through these issues with you. Please reach out to us at WeListen@ARIUMliving.com and help us better understand the incedent.
We have lived in this apartment for about 1.5 years and had an ok experience. There were some nice things like having maintenance on staff and a moderately updated gym for the most part. But the good, definitely didn't out way the bad for instance, the expenses that you pay outside of your rent are tremendous! We paid more for electrify and water for a 1/1 than anyone I know who owns a HOUSE! Personally, I think there are a lot of nicer and cheaper places in the area which are less money hungry and more accommodating. I would suggest renting from a privately owned place or a different corporation then Arium. If you do decide to rent here, PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! Print it out so you always have a copy of the original and know everything you are signing up for. They tend to delete your access to your contract right when your lease is ending. You will be held responsible of following the rules of the lease, even if the community violates them.

Been living here almost 6 months and from pre-move in it was like pulling teeth to get the leasing agents to help us. We always had to call and follow up on our process instead of vice versa. Property manager locked us out of our unit with just a few things left to unload while our move in money was just minutes away and refused to allow us to finish because we did not have the check in her hand first. When my roommate went to the leasing office to have a word regarding another situation, we received a LEASE VIOLATION the very next day on our door stating she had “threatened” the staff. Completely unprofessional and harrassing on several occasions. Mold and cockroaches (twice) in the apartment. No designated parking for residents, be prepared to walk far if parking is not available. The only positive thing is the maintenance who are timely and friendly. Eriel in the Office is also very friendly and helpful.

Hi there, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. As the new Community Manager, I would love to meet you in person.
Absolutely horrific and fraudulent to deal with. In January 2015 there was a leak in my condo and it was supposedly fixed by maintenance. Weeks later my entire carpet was wet and toxic black mold seeped through 3 walls into my 2 daughters bedroom! I let them know and they detered me from having someone come on property to test for black mold. They hired their own licensed pro and the guy tried to tell me it was crayon(as soon as he saw it. He took a sample) his findings came back the same as the guy I hired. I paid 400$ to have it tested myself same day. They tried to bully me telling me it was illegal for me to hire my own licensed professional that i found on google. It was not only in the wall but in the air which the licensed professional said was reading so high to get out immediately! I had 2 small children and was pregnant with my 3rd, 9 months pregnant at the time of those findings! I paid to have the contents cleaned, hired movers, hired storage fees, paid for 3 weeks in a hotel for all of us plus 2 puppies!!! I spent 5k out of pocket for all of that.I lost out on thousands. My lease was up February 8 and they told me they would take off 500 for hotel fees for 2 days! Crews were in the place over 2 weeks. I was already out. I gave over the key before the 8th as asked by management. The company tried to keep the findings of the black toxic mold from me. They send me a letter every month from a collections agency which affects my credit. They are charging me for March rent. Seriously how messed up is that. They are charging for carpet and walls etc that their hired crew ripped up because of mold. Again, how fraudulent ! I've sent in all of the documentation which shows their letter stating my lease was up, the letter that states I owe nothing upon move out....yet they fraudulently have National Credit Services in Georgia send me a bill every month for just under 4k and another for 500. Seriously Marjorie and Meriduth aren't doing their jobs correctly. You know I wasn't there any day past Feb 2.How could I have been with your crews?Anyone considering this place Is recommend to run for the hills. Not only that my babies were severely sick and I had headaches til I moved out. I thought it was just the pregnancy but upon my first night out I began to heal. This place has caused me so much stress. This COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON IF IT WAS OFFERED FOR FREE. WSVN is looking into this as I type this.
Extremely poor, rude management. Watch out for arbitrarily imposed fees and frivolous threats from management.
I couldn't even begin to tell you all the things wrong with the office staff here at Centro. As a previous Greystar assistant manager I would know. Two weeks of contacting staff to get in touch with Liat the manager regarding applying to live here. The most unacceptable and unprofessional treatment of myself and roomates, despite my other roommate also being a Greystar employee. What a nightmare, and add harassment to the list. Be careful, if you voice your opinion you could get a lease violation claiming you are threatening staff members. This a joke, there is something called the first amendment, meaning freedom of speech. What a shame, it's an adorable property and great location.
Centro management does not care about their tenants. You are never informed of anything that is occurring in the community including when you building's water is shut off for maintenance. At one point the workers almost left for the day without turning the water back on. They are very quick to tow or boot your car even if you are a loyal paying tenant with the proper apartment parking sticker. There is a huge ant/roach problem amongst the buildings. You literally can't stop walking otherwise you will be covered in ants.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We apologize for the water being temporarily shut off; there are times when we have to address a plumbing emergency that does not allow us to give previous notice. In addition, our residents are our main priority and our parking rules and regulations are enforced to ensure that our residents continue to enjoy a community with ample parking available. Vehicles that do not meet regulations such as expired license plate or parked in in a non parking space are towed. Lastly, please be advised that pest control in the community is readily available. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to open a service work order to get the situation under control.
I'm giving this property 1 star because ever since we moved in April 2016 it has been issue after issue! There was a murder on site by stabbing 2 months ago, multiple peoples cars were broken into, one car was propped up on cinder blocks and the wheels were stolen. We have placed over 25 work orders in about 5 of them the day we moved in. We provided feedback multiple times and issues were never solved and the same lame excuses were provided. They make everything look so "wonderful" upon moving in and then you move in and you see the "true" beauty of non-compassion and them just raking in their dough. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE! MANY OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

We regret that you had a negative experience with us, but are glad you brought this to our attention. The community was built in 1989, so with the age there are things that are expected to not be perfect and through time things will need to be repaired. As for the fatality, we are not at liberty to discuss personal situation involving residents out of respect and per the lease agreement. This was an isolated incident between two background screened residents. The police department advised that there was no threat to any of the residents, if there were a threat, the community would have been notified. We met on Tuesday, the 31st and if you would like to further discuss you can reach me here at the office as usual. Please email me at centromgr@greystar.com. Sincerely, Meredith Randar Community Manager
I can't believe these criminals are aloud to run an apartment complex. They hit you with a major $1400 move out fee if you don't resign, I already contacted the BBB, but be for warned. They are way over priced for the distance from the beach, the crime & for the roaches I see around the facilities. Finally, the fee they charge per month does not include the $26 bi-monthly trash fee, water & etc. ends up being over $100 more than the quoted rent. Complete Crooks.

Thank you for taking the time to review our community. The fee that is imposed is actually for not giving your proper 60 day written notice, per the lease agreement that you singed at move in. That agreement also outlined any additional charges water/sewer, trash and etc. I do apologize if this was not explained to you properly at move in. If you would like to discuss this any further please feel free to contact me directly at centromgr@greystar.com. Sincerely, Meredith Randar Community Manager
Deal with anyone but Karen. Pushy and more concerned about getting you to sign the lease agreement than actually being thorough in explaining all the little details they'll likely gouge you with when terminating the agreement. Be forewarned READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY when they send it to you via email to review!! If you like being talked down to and dismissed when you call in for maintenance questions then this is just the place for you. Get rid of Karen and you'll likely have better customer relations. Two thumbs down!
I have had some trouble with maintenance not properly addressing work orders put in. Took the survey they send out after the order has been complete, expressed my concerns and had a manger email me within 24 hours willing to come up with some solutions to the problems. Far exceeded my expectations for a manager at an apartment complex and the extent the went to resolve my concerns. Community is safe and people are friendly.
Giving a 5 star for Karen that works in the leasing office!! She is always very attentive and goes behond in making sure we understand the process as this was my first rental. The apartments are renovated and look great. Karen is the best leasing agent I've encountered and I spoke with many through out my search. Love my new home.
This is a ok place to live. There is a huge ant problem that they can't get under control and talking to other renters the cockroaches are a problem in the complex. The places that are updated are cheaply done and the other places that haven't been renovated are run down. Garbage pick up from door depends if they feel like grabbing it. If it is raining they will definitely not be picking it up which this being florida it is always raining. There is a large dumpster compactor that you can bring your garbage to but that is always over flowing and all over the ground and it smells horrific. Some of the staff is nice. The pool is a plus and the gym is really small but a plus.
The staff and community are awesome! When I was moving in, I was on a very tight schedule and they worked with me to move in as quickly as possible - getting new carpet, a new dryer, changing the locks, and fixing up the place. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with the staff, especially Al and Krissie. I definitely recommend living at Centro!
As a student, Centro At Davie is pretty good. I go to Nova Southeastern and its so close, its a nice place to live if you decide to live off campus. It has a really nice pool, as well as a dog-friendly property. Every apartment has a patio and the valet trash is convenient. University Drive has all the shopping you'll need, which is an added bonus! The only cons I would say is the prices. Rent doesn't include utilities and the electricity bill may be high, depending on how you set the A/C. Overall, Centro At Davie is a good area, just may be a bit pricey. But check it out to see how it works with your budget.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and overall it's a decent place to live; however at times the staff can be rude but maintence is done in a timely fashion. The apartments decor is nice but the material seems to be inexpensive. There are some pest control problems which I had to get addressed by the office and they did come and spray to get rid of the bugs. The area is quiet, pool is clean, the gym is opened 24 hours which is a plus. In conclusion, my only complaint is for staff to be more people/resident friendly and the price for rent always increases annually.
Bathroom toilets, shower, and sinks get clogged too easily. Raccoons are everywhere. They get into the trash and everything. Poorly placed sprinklers, run things on patio.
I have lived at Centro at Davie since 02/2015. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the community, including the Office Staff, Maint Staff, and the apartments themselves. I would say Centro at Davie is the most comfortable I have ever felt living in a home. Everything about the place is beautiful, the lake, the entrance, the pool area, the dog park, I can go on and on about the place. I am looking forward to extending my lease after its over because its just a wonderful place to live and the environment is amazing. I would highly recommend Centro at Davie to anyone.
Centro at Davie is the perfect place to live in Davie. The complex is really close to NOVA Southeastern University. It has beautiful green areas and everything is well maintained. The complex has two swimming pools, BBQ area, tennis, racquet and basketball courts. They offer trash and pesticide services and they have a great maintenance team. Centro has easy access to highways. The complex is close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations and convenience stores. The atmosphere is relaxing surrounded by nature.
