Situated in west Texas along the Rio Grande, just north of the United States-Mexico border, El Paso embraces the past while building the future. Chamizal National Memorial, a museum and park, honors the peaceful settlement of the Chamizal boundary dispute while the University of Texas at El Paso fosters tomorrow’s leaders.
El Paso is known as the Sun City, boasting over 300 days of sunshine every year. There are plenty of venues to enjoy the frequent sunshine, including the El Paso Zoo, Franklin Mountains State Park, and nearby Wet n Wild Waterworld. The Rio Grande is a popular spot for whitewater rafting, canoeing, and fishing as well.
Should you want to head indoors, you have the option to catch a performance at the Plaza Theatre, indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine, admire the works in the El Paso Museum of Art, and tour the El Paso Museum of History in addition to the El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center.

Property Ratings at Centurion Pearl
I used to live here before the new owners took it over. I stayed because the apartments are HUGE and I love having my own private storage and balcony, but the previous manager wasn't very nice. Everything has changed for the better now and I am SO happy now with the service. Perfect place to call home, I'm so glad I stuck it out.
Ms. Angel is always so helpful and I really like the maintenance here, too. They always take care of any issues right away. I love the pool, can't wait for it to open.
My mom is elderly and loves living here. The new owners have done an excellent job!
Overall, Mrs. Angel is very assertive, kind and helpful Property Mgmt. than the other properties that this Co owns. That is well appreciated here at this location. Jorge our maintenance is super nice, we’ll liked, helpful and works very long hours to maintain the premises and apartment service orders by himself along with other miscellaneous tasking by owners of the property. Downfall of the apartment is the parking and 2 way entrance. The premise as far as the landscape work does Half a job and residents have to clean up after him.
I’ve always loved Centurion but it is so much nicer now that the new management has fixed it up. Any issues I have are always taken care of right away.
Centurion Pearl Apts are very nice I will highly recommended. Had issue with my bathtub they came and fixed right away George did great job taking care of the issue.
