The apartments are beautiful, cozy and quiet. I have lived here two different time 5 years total and would highly recommend them. They are modern, up to date and have great amenities. The manager Kellee is amazing, she is always going over and beyond to make this feel like home and do all just can to accommodate my needs. The maintenance staff are also very helpful and quick to get any issues fixed that are brought up.

Over all great experience. Once construction is completed it will be better. Love all the things opening up around the area. Management is prompt. Apartments are spacious.

So far, everything is amazing! Sulema helped get us into this apartment and we LOVE it. We have plenty of space and an amazing view and great amenities (the gym is my favorite!!).

Not at all excited about renewing with this leasing company. Too many games, too many open-ended clauses in the lease that allow arbitrary fees to be added at will with no recourse or representation of actual service. You can literally add any fee you want and the lessee is obligated to pay it. Not really a fan of this level of dishonesty, not to mention that for weeks now managers have been ignoring our requests to meet, or not showing up when we set an appointment to talk about renewing. You've pushed us to the deadline and it feels intentional. Really tired of the games.
So far so good! I love it here already. I walked in and it was clean. Office staff have been amazing since day 1. I worked with Lindsay and she was great. Jessie finished out my process in person and he was friendly and informative.

Just moved in and I am loving my new apartment. The leasing process was user friendly and efficient - with very concise workflows and instructions. Move-in was a breeze. Lindsay is super helpful and friendly. I am very happy here. Century 380 is a clean and wonderful community with great amenities.
I’ve been a member of the Century 380 community for a little over 3 years now and as my time comes to an end I can honestly reflect on a great living experience! The office manager Kelle is amazing! She takes the time to know her residents personally and understands their needs! My favorite amenity is the Dog Park and Dog Spa! The only “negative” thing about these apartments is that the Gym equipment hasn’t been updated/ missing equipment. Other than that I will really miss this community.
Everything is great have not any problems since living here the past 4yrs. The management team is rockin at every level keep up the good work
I said this song way too many times but nothing's ever going to be done about it .The upstairs neighbors are hell on earth They drag stomp everywhere they bought that little kid a scooter so he rides at all through the house It's just a mess he falls down and it makes a bigger noise But I have been repeatedly told that it's nothing that we can do call the courtesy officer or the police And I'm not going to move into another unit to pay more money for nonsense

Community engagement is great. Food trucks come and hang out by the pool during the summer. Maintenance Is doing great at grounds upkeep. Going on year three and still enjoying it.
We loved living at century 380 we were here 2 years but sadly it's time for new adventures, I can't say enough about Kelly and Lexi in the front office they are amazing!! The apartments are big and bright maintenance was always friendly and quick to address any concerns. (Not that there were many) It really felt like home!!
Been here almost 4 years. Love the layout, the covered parking for 1 car each apt, the safety and the lovely office staff-????????????, smiles. Maintenance works instantly too… and we have elevators & food trucks, woohoo. Great location in spite of the construction. Come on down y’all !!!
Enjoying the new peaceful community! It’s has been wonderful. My dog absolutely loves the dog park! The gym is great and fully loaded. The pool and barbecue areas are great too!
When I first moved in I loved it. Everyone was always so helpful and the office was always quick to respond. I am currently on my 4th lease and right after I signed again I wished I hadn’t. If there’s issues I communicate but never cause problems, I understand that they have a lot of people to see about but if I have an issue it shouldn’t take 4 emails and a phone call before I get a response. I have NEVER been late on my rent in 3 1/2 years butI was struggling and tried to reach out to the office to let them know when I could pay. If wasn’t until the 4th email I received a response. They were so rude, not helpful at all and when I called to pay it the person in the office was so short and not understanding at all. Since then every interaction hasn’t been great. . It really makes me sad to feel like I have lived here this long, been a great resident but the moment life happens and I need a little understanding and open communication I cannot get that.

Very nice apartments-the only issue is the community does not clean up their dog droppings and people smoke outside. Other than that, the apartments are good quality and the location in Aubrey is wonderful!

Community is nice, surroundings are beautiful but construction work around community area is bothersome. US-380 is having heavy construction.
It’s nice to finally live in a community that cares about their residents and appearance. The staff are approachable and quick with addressing anything you may need. The layout design is perfect for a modern contemporary style home.
I am loving the experience here at Century 380. having weekly activities for the community and allowing everyone to participate is one of my favorite things. I have never seen this at a complex before. I would like to SHOUT out Alexis and Jesse for my transition and move-in as smooth as it was. Hands down the best agent I have ever met. Nice Work!!!
The units are great. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of noise levels. The construction around the apts isn’t ideal right now but it’s nothing they can help. They do food trucks often by the pool

Lexi, is a great director of first impressions. She loves what she does and it shows. She is patience, supportive in getting all of are process to move in to go smoothly. She acts if we are her priority. Plus I see how she and her coworkers work as one. Great teamwork. Grateful for so many wonderful amenities. The pool is our family favorite. It’s s great place to go and relax during morning hours. The evening provides one with the opportunity to get to know your neighbors.

Good calm neighborhood. The front office was very help-full with my transition. Definitely would suggest this complex to other people looking for a new place to call home.
No problems so far. been here going on 5 years. Pretty Quiet , well kept, good Maintenence team and very friendly front office. Also have free events throughout the year.
The security is on top notch,and the gates are good too.The neighbors are caring people . When you go to office the staff are passionate and ready to assist making sure the stay is comfortable. I would recommend century 380.
Pretty strict when it comes to rules/regulations, but that’s what keeps this a nice community, I suppose. Office people are generally helpful, kind, and try to help. Maintenance usually comes within a reasonable time frame. The apartment itself is renovated and nice. Not a bad price for how nice it is. Location on 380 is pretty rough with traffic and construction but there’s back roads, at least.
Everyone who works here is super friendly and the quality of the apartment is amazing, and if any issues arise, they are felt with in a timely and excellent manner.

Beautiful community with many amenities. I love to hear the little kids that play around the complex, always brings a smile to my face. The only thing might be the problems with pets pooping everywhere, but other than that I love it here!
I enjoy the spacious living as well as the pool and gym. The tall ceilings really make my apartment feel bigger and I love having an elevator available.

My stay here has been great. I just moved in last week and everything has been smooth sailing. Today I saw a rainbow today on my way to work and it gave me the confirmation I needed that I’m where I’m suppose to be.

The units are great. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. I like the online portal. Just wish you weren’t charged a service fee anytime you pay rent. Also nervous to see how much rent will be going up this year. Since living here it’s gone up $150 in 2 years.
Living in this Community is amazing. Is a place you can call it home. I’m saying this because of the lovely people around me now. I’m so happy to be here.
Century380 is a great apartment community. I have lived here for 5 years now, and plan on being here for many more. Kellee, the Community Director is wonderful, and the staff is always very friendly, caring, and helpful. The property is in a great location, is very dog friendly, and the amenities are fantastic, especially the Fitness Center. I love my apartment home, and I highly recommend Century380 if you're looking for a great place to call home!
