The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!

Not only is the neighborhood lovely but the homes are roomy, sophisticated and full of conveniences. Plus the neighborhood has everything you could possibly want and need. When we first moved here it was a great place to live, well taken care of. Now people throw trash down, don't pick up after their pets and don't take care of the amenities offered. Fencing has been torn up around playground and exercise equipment is broken alot. Tenants don't follow the rules such as leaving trashcans out all the time, trash in them on days it's not picked up stinking and staining the breezeway and the office says they can't do anything about it. Tenants are rude along with their kids that go around hitting others doors and running. Some of the office and maintenance employees not very friendly and act like your bothering them when you have to ask them for something. Like the location, just not the way things are taken care of for the amount of rent that you have to pay.

Lack of communication from staff. Uninformed of changes in policies. Not receiving emails on changes to Community policies. Maintenance not getting done in a timely manner. Consistently having to take my time to make a follow up into the office or phone. There is no communication from staff: office and maintenance. A lot of talk but not following up.

Great apartment complex and community. The location is just perfect. It is right next to I-85 and has a shopping complex right next to the apartment. The staff are great to work with and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Moving is stressful in general, but moving in to an apartment without a working fridge, dishwasher, and oven was a disaster. Luckily, we were moving with friends who had a smaller apartment with a working fridge to store our food until ours was fixed, but we're still without a dishwasher after living in the apartment for 3 days with the time estimate for it getting fixed/replaced is "with much haste". Why the 2 star review? The apartment is beautiful, spacious, perfect placement, and we genuinely love living here. I just wish it had been move in ready instead of having to unpack with the stress of maintenance coming in/out and needing to lock our pets in our bedrooms.

The new management have made improvements that the last group let slip. The location is great with shopping and eateries right next door and easy highway access. Even with all that nearby it is still pretty quiet in the complex.

Century at Afton Ridge has been a lovely living experience for me and my wife. The apartments are well-kept and clean. The community is quiet and peaceful. People stick to their business and the surroundings are maintained well. The staff are also helpful. The types of gym equipment can be better. The pool table right in the lobby makes it uncomfortable for people to access it often. Thumbs up, overall!

if you think about moving here apply 2 months min ahead of time a whole month of nothing with this place multiple phone calls multiple emails (17 TO BE EXACT) LEASING AGENTS DONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK. sent docs multiple times cause they "couldnt find it" i have screen shots of the amount of emails and times i re-sent things.

Apartments are very nice, lots of space and tons of amenities, our apartment was a little dirty upon moving in though, bad paint job in some spots, and a few broken things, but they give you a paper and ask that you document anything needing repairs so they can get someone out to fix it asap.

Living here isn’t bad but I will say the apartments don’t live up to them being called luxury apartments. Upon moving in it was certain things that you think they would make sure is good before you move in . Majority of the time the staircase and staircase rails are most of the time quite dirty. The doors of some apartments look kind of worn down. The staff doesn’t always answer the phone either . Maintenance is great though! They really do respond fast . I’ve had no problems with bugs or anything . Most apartments I’ve lived in have routine inspections but honesty I can’t recall an inspection being done since I’ve lived here for about a year . The walls are kinda thin .Power washes need to be done often! I’ve seen apartments where the staircase and what not are often very clean Staff is super amazing though!!!

It was easy! I was able to esign my docs so the spent in the office was minimal. Everyone was friendly! I submitted a work order the same day for minor things and they were quickly resolved.

I have have been here for a couple months and the community is very unite and I love the amenities. I have also had great experiences with the office staff being very friendly and making sure everything was good with my apartment with move in. I actually was not pleased fl with my original apartment and the office staff made it her point to find me an apartment suitable to my liking.

I love the fact that i don't have a big problem with bugs. I do however need to put in matiance request for lights etc. Never have issues with the staff and they are always kind.

I enjoy it here! Quiet and in a great location. Close to stores and fast food. Clean neighborhood. My only downside is fruit flys in the summer!!! They are everywhere. Besides that, have had a great time living here so far with no issues. Good for the price!

Love it here! Living in our new apartment has brought so much joy to our family. We love the pool we love access to great walking to restaurants. And are very excited about the library that’s being built next-door!

Ideal place to live. Maintenance requests are usually done on the day of and if they can't get to you the day that you put one in, they always get to you the next day
