Century at the Ballpark

For those of you that have been around for some time or remember the old manager, I am pleased to tell you that things have completely turned around!  The days of walking into the office and witness good people under the suppression of malicious misery at the hands of the old manager are GONE. Now the office is filled with people who light up a room with their personalities and expertise.  Jair has been promoted to Assistant Manager and Taylor has been strategically added to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.    Jair has proven to be a tremendous asset in her roll.  People in the complex gravitate to her fun, professionalism, and competent personality. The promotion of Jair is well deserved. In addition, Taylor is the perfect fit for the team.  She has come in and done an exceptional job.   With our new manager anchoring the new team, things have been extremely peaceful when you go into the office/clubhouse.  These three make for a “Five Star Experience.”   Kenneth Cruise

This is a friendly community with good people and safe. I would recommend this property to my friends They have many activities and the office people are nice and try to help out with any issues you might have.

My stay here has been great for the past 5 years the only problem I have is for residents to pick up their dog poop you walk around the complex dog poop is all over

Everyone in the front office has been super helpful and communication has been pleasant regarding moving In. Anything I called out during check-in was noted for replacement or update. So far I am loving W1.

I have been living here about 7 months I think it’s a great community nothing to complain about the gym could be improved, the residence gate was broken for 2 months and the car wash vacuum never turns on when i try to use it but other than that it’s great

amazing apartments!they have an amazing walking trail beautiful appliances! they even have an amazing hangout area that includes a gym, pool room, connect 4 games and treats, a massage room and a pool! everyone is so nice here too especially Erika! the apartments are in a great area and you only have to drive 1-2 minutes to get to shopping areas and food! very quiet neighborhood!

This apartment is great. I love teen night options that may be happening soon m. I also loved the Friendsgiving. Everything is looking greatttttt

Moved here November 1st love it! Very homey. Clean breeze ways and buildings. Maintenance stays on top of it and they work fast. My building is near the mailboxes and gym, very convenient!! Overall great place to live.

Living in the Ballpark community has been great. Even through the management change they made it so simple and easy. Naydalis, Jair, Taylor, and Chaple have all been very timely and professional.

Awesome complex. Love the area. Couldn't be more happy. I love that it's gated. It feels super secure and it is around all the great entertainment and eating spots.

Lovely place to live. Me and my family love residing here. We also love the different events every month and the convenience of having everything in close proximity, kroger...publix...banks etc.

90 days post move-in, still as happy as can be. The leasing staff Jair and Taylor are awesome. Maintenance comes when requested. The community is pretty clean and nearby everything. Best decision I have made.

So far, my experience here has been wonderful. My apartment is lovely and well-maintained, and I especially love how quiet the neighborhood is. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, and I appreciate the convenience of having so any stores nearby. I'm truly enjoying my time here.

I love it here!! The staff is the best!! I enjoy all of the amenities and the events. My children absolutely love their rooms and definitely love the feeling of being safe with the security gates

Very good, the girls in the office were very kind to me, the place is very nice and cozy, I love it, The moving process was quite fast and the place is very cozy, I feel at peace and happy

So far so good. Some complications moving in. The staff is amazing, the community is great. They work hard to ensure everyone is looked after.

Changes in the community have been great for all the residents. Excited for all the resident events coming up! Like trunk or treat and Octoberfest.

Roaches have been an issue since we arrived . Finishings, cabinets and countertops are outdated. Management/front office is amazing but the previously stated issues are hard to live with. Not to mention our next door neighbors have an extremely dangerous Pit Bull that almost attacked several of other residents dogs including my own.

Lived here for 3 years. Had phenomenal experience! Neighborhood and neighbors were great! Great location and pricing. Management and maintenance are superb. There is nothing I didn’t like.

It’s ok.. needs to keep the gates working for a gated community as well as get a better exterminating company because, the present one sucks!.

Me gusta mucho este lugar, es muy tranquilo, mi apto es bastante amplio y no se escucha nada de lo que pasa afuera, me gusta mucho que siempre vienen a recoger la basura a tiempo!!

Speaking with the staff was amazing. Taylor has been so supportive and helpful throughout this process. The community is beautiful and I’m glad I chose to live at the community.

So far I've enjoyed my living experience at Century at the Ballpark. The unit is spacious. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet.

Very good the leasing agents helped a lot. And I enjoyed moving in to just an amazing property. And I feel safe with gates closed and the feel safe for my family

I love my resident community, the place is so quite, there’s a trails for walk with our pets. Pool is beautiful and is so clean. I love this place.

Great Staff here at Century. I love the fact the neighborhood is small as well. Daughter loves the pool and I would definitely refer people to live here.

The management staff, Nadalis, Jair, and Taylor are amazing! They are on top of everything, and the maintenance staff, Chaple and Rondell are super friendly, and they always know what to do. Thank you both!!

I love the apartments. The only problem I have is the problem with people tailgating whenever entering the gates. I wish that the gate would close faster or maybe set up a sign that tells people to wait beyond a point to create some organization.

5 star rating from the application to the move in. Went fast and smooth. A special thanks to Taylor who was a big help in the whole process.

I am happy to be a resident here. I feel that my children are safe. The property is kept up. Maintenance shows up in a timely manner. The leasing staff is great. The location is convenient near the highway. And the price is affordable for the area.

Loving my community and all the positive and wonderful changes that we are consistently doing. My son loves playing here with all his friends and my pets. Love the bark bark more than anything.

The apartments are good, you feel at home home! it’s always cleaned and hard work is done nicely! there is an awesome gym and massage room! the laundry room does need to be fixed and same with the gates they are almost always broken

Is a very nice, I like my bedroom and my bathroom, the pool is beautiful, on Lu only don’t like the trash because is very very dirty, the rest is nice

Have lived here for over a year and a half. It has been a great experience. All the neighbors we have had have been wonderful. We live on the top floor and even though I was not too excited about that at first, it ended up being great bc of the view. My dogs have also, greatly enjoyed it here and we love all the amenities that help keep it a safe and clean place here.

Great place and area to live. Convenience all around, food shopping etc. Jahair was great with helping move me and my family in. We've been here for a year and love it.
