Maintenance is great, courteous and fast. Common areas are always so clean and everything in place .. the only reason my rating is not 5 stars is because there is a nice clubhouse that can only be used during business hours .. which doesn’t make much sense since kids are at school and adults are working.

The apartments are lovely and comfortable to live in. The office staff, especially Elizabel, is amazing to work with! She is so caring and always attentive to any questions we have. Elizabel always provides great support to us! The maintenance staff are always wonderful and very friendly! The gated apartments provide a sense of security and the overall quality of the apartments is on par with my expectations. We have been here for 2.5 years and will be continuing our residency here for another 2+ year. We love it the apartment and the location of the apartment!

I love that it's quite, not far from the hwy, the view from my balcony, and the office staff are pretty nice. It's also pretty Kool that is not far from a lot of restaurants and grocery stores .

The apartments are lovely. We have been living here for two years. Things have improved at the complex significantly more recently. Elizabel has been wonderful to work with. Very caring, genuine, and attentive. The only things I would like changed are the trash/dumpster pickup schedule and cracking down on the owners who leave dog poop everywhere. There is nothing like living on the first floor and walking out to your lovely patio to see that an owner has left their dog's heaping pile of poop there for the resident to step in. That is not pleasant, I assure you. However, things have been going well and I plan to renew my lease again next year.

The maintenance crew is great, We had a sprinkler burst in front of our sliding door, creating a pretty hefty hole and it’s already fixed! My car hood was up the other day and one of the maintence guys offered assistance 10/10

The best place to live. I highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and knows how to quickly provide solutions to any maintenance order. The view of the lake at night is incredible. The pool area is very inviting and makes summer so much better. The location is perfect for accessing Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens and fast food supermarkets, among others.

I enjoy living here. It is really quiet. The pool is amazing. Any maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly. My only recommendation is another recycle dumpster is needed. The one we have gets full so quickly.

This whole experience was very pleasant from signing a new lease to moving in, it was quick and painless and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I love the location and the amenities, literally everything is right outside my back door. I was sold when I seen the fitness equipment and the hot tub, its literally like a secret oasis.

I had an issue with my account last week. I put in a ticket but also called the emergency # they were there within an hour and had my ac working. I love the matinenence team. They are always quick to respond.

The experience has been great. The amenities at Century are fantastic. The facility is newer and very clean. The units are cozy and the staff was very pleasant and responsive during the application process.
I love this condominium, to live in, it is quiet, the people in the offices are always willing to listen and help, everything is clean, it feels comfortable
Joining the community was seamless and easy, our neighbors have already welcomed us and the facility is clean and welcoming . Being able to use the amenities at any hour and feeling safe while doing so is the best!
I love my neighborhood, it's nice, clean and very quiet. The leasing staff is very pleasant, and they work to resolve problems very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend 100% to all my friends and family. If you want a safe and comfortable place to live, this is without a doubt.
Good community, convenient for shopping, easy to get on main road, but nose from the traffic is bad. Hope it the traffic noise issue can be fixed someday. It will be perfect
The best apartment complex we have lived in! Nice amenties, beautiful space, fun activities and nice neighbors. The staff is incredibly friendly too. 10/10 would recommend.
Nice and quiet place to live. We have enjoyed living here. Love the dog park where you can take your animals to play. The pool is quite large. Only thing is would like the hot tub to get fixed so it gets hot when you turn it on. Also the fire pit area has t worked since moving in. Would be nice to get to enjoy that.
Century Avenue is overall a super great and quiet community to live at. Everyone I encounter is super friendly except for the person who stole a chair off my patio. The hot tub should stay hot all year round and there is lots of maintenance occurring on days that I know lots of neighbors would love to use our community amenities! The bark park is a lovely space for our dog to get all of their energy out. Although poop bags are posted all around, there are several areas where they can add more considering those being the spots owners don’t pick up after their pets.
Sometimes I would recommend, other times I wouldn't. Especially when I walk outside and step in dog poop constantly. That is getting old because a bunch of the newer neighbors just allow their dogs to poop anywhere and DO NOT pick it up. I would recommend DNA testing because I'm not the only one that is sick of these lazy people.
I love it here so far everyone is friendly the place is quiet and the place is clean . And the maintenance team is top tier when you need something done they make it a priority
Nice place to live. Only complaint is the super cheap appliances for the amount of rent we pay. Employees are all super friendly! Always quick on work orders.
Love it here! Everyone is very nice. I’ve put in 3 maintenance request and they’ve all been handled the same day! They are always working on the grounds or the buildings..so the place is very clean and kept up.
The maintenance staff and the mailman make this place better than it already is. I love how dog friendly it is too. Ready for summer to make some use of the pool. And I love how the weight room and yoga room are rarely busy so I can workout alone 10/10
Overall amazing place. Upper management here is amazing! You may read some of the negative reviews in the past, but management has been changed, and I’d highly recommend this place! People are friendly and would recommend wholeheartedly!!!! Property manager, (April) and her office staff are sincerely caring and care about their tenants!!!

I love this complex. Not only is it kept pretty clean and the maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. Literally hoping I can resign next year, if it doesn’t go up too much.
I have been leaving in Century Avenues since last May and all I can say is I am really enjoying it. It's clean, and I don't have any complains until now. Neighbors are respectful and staff is awesome.
These apartments are great and they are clean and quiet! You’re going to pay market value but you’ll get a great place to stay in return. 8/10 would recommend.
I really like it here. Wish parking was a little more organized but other than that pretty good experience . Rent has increased but not by much.
It was very easy to move in. April made it very quick and easy to pick up keys and explain building access. Apartment is nice and spacious (I have enough room for my office and to add a daybed). Spectrum service is very good out here also! 10/10 Would recommend
Move in was easy but I must confess that I expected the apartment would be in better conditions, it was a bit dirty and with a few things to be done. But maintenance is super super fast and respectful. We tried to use the jacuzzi but it wasn’t working and only one treadmill works at the gym :( Besides that, neighbors we met are nice and welcoming and it has been a good experience so far.
I upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment with the fountain view. Love it even more!!! I love the office staff as well as the maintenance crew who are so quick to fix whatever I need.
Love this community, and all that it offers… pool, reck area/clubhouse, also place to workout, or spin class. Love that it has elevators, so that if you live on the top floor it’s not such a hall to bring up groceries or if you have a child or a pup, it’s easy to take down to the park or take the pup to go potty. So far loving it.
Quiet neighborhood, they are pretty fast with maintenance requests. Parking is ok. Shopping center is within walking distance. Overall good experience.
Staff is terrible. They are no help I have called several times about issues and they do not answer. Not to mention a maintenance worker just opened our apartment doo the other day after just knocking twice. Thank goodness I wasn’t showering while the maintenance staff let themselves into our apartment. We will not be staying here again we can’t wait to leave in April. Not worth the money.
