Century Capital City

Love it here , staff is great ! Is a great locations and i love all the resident events . Having a great time at Century Capital city . Looking forward to many more years to come .

Great place to call home. Friendly staff & residents. Also very quiet. I love the grounds because they are well kept. Maintenance crew is quick and friendly too.

Very thankful to have almost all the lights working and finally having working lights in front of my building. I can actually see when I leave for work early in the morning and it’s so nice to not have to look over my shoulder so much. I like the gates working but with no policy to ensure people do not follow behind, it doesn’t really make much of a difference but I am thankful they do work. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.

The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet. I feel very safe. I will say that the process to sign was extremely frustrating. I don’t think the agent did a great job with providing an accurate check list of what was needed. She did provide a paper copy of a check list that included ann incomplete list which was filled out incorrectly and had incorrect pricing. She then sent me emails about needing additional information, which was not on the checklist told me something new seemingly everyday that was not listed on the original checklist. Additionally I didn’t even receive the lease to look at until two days before I was supposed to move in and therefore I basically had to sign the day of move in. So far it’s been fine, but the process should not have been that messy to begin with.

I love it here . Staff is always there when I have any questions or concern. It’s quiet and I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s always clean and maintenance is there same day

It's good. So good that I have to write over 140 characters in order for this to accept my review. It's just a good place. Staff are responsive, accommodations are great, the apartment itself is nice.

ve noticed that the monthly rent here varies due to numerous additional fees that aren’t clearly communicated upfront. These fees can add up to $100 or more on top of the base rent, making it difficult to budget effectively. In my experience, this is the only complex that operates with such unpredictable charges, which has been frustrating.

I love the apt complex, it reminds me of a resort. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of parking spots for the residents. It is close to the mall and different grocery stores.

Great community, quiet and friendly ! The neighbors are very welcoming and helpful. The Staff is also amazing and thorough. Amenities are beautiful and very family friendly.

Ever since I have moved in, I have seen the value for my money rather two places I have lived from my arrival till now. The maintenance culture and the welcoming with exciting environment.

Our new is perfect! Mike is a miracle worker.. give that man a raise! All the ladies in the office are so nice! Its good to see smilng faces.

I appreciate the updates about lights and the gate. Really think working cameras at the gate would help the issue of people intentionally breaking it. Happy they are keeping us updated and involved in the process of things.

I’ve been living here since 2021 and I can honestly say I absolutely love living here. Yes it’s pricey but my kids and I feel at home here. Plus it’s conveniently located by everything.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Property is very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool and fitness facility as well as clubhouse! Staff is all great and prompt with answering questions. Overall great apartment complex to live in.

Quiet, clean, and a great community presence. I love the resort style campus, plenty of activities, a gym, pool, hot tub, basket ball court indoors, food trucks, fire pits, and the staff is the icing on the cake

Don’t have any complaints! It’s quiet, friendly neighbors, everyone stays to themselves. Property try to stay on top of it. But, they can try and pressure wash once a month. It’s nice!

It’s great here so far, I love how quiet it is and I love the bathroom so far. The best part of it all is the big space in the living room and the beautiful carpet.

I’ve been here for a year and a half and the staff is supper helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is always there when you need help. The neighborhood is also quiet.

I’ve lived here a week and love it so far. I moved in and the apartment was SO clean down to the baseboards. Well kept. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and everyone is friendly.

So far so good. Naomi and office staff are very organized and friendly. Mike and maintenance staff does a good job with completed service requests. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Neighborhood is secured for safety. Amenities are great!

I have lived at Century Capital City for over a year and have enjoyed my experience. This complex is one of the few in our city with such a large dog park. I enjoy having the space to let my dog play off the leash and that there is plenty of shade provided by the trees. I enjoy seeing how the new management company improves our complex.

Love it here it’s been an amazing time My family and are so happy and comfortable and for summer were definitely enjoying the bbq area and pool / out side cabanas

Not bad!! I am enjoying everything about my new apartment :) much taller and spacious. I also like that my apartment does not have carpet everywhere.

Everything seems great, so far. My only concern is that the pedestrian gates, at the corners of the property, are either permanently locked(front gate)...or the lock is broken and never locks (like the gate closest to my building). After that's fixed, I don't have any complaints.

The services rendered by the staff are of excellent quality, and I always feel coming home whenever I step out of my apartment for my daily task.

Nice community, with a nice staff. The only downside is regarding the gym. The equipments are old and rusty. Also, one machine is broken since I start living there.
