Property Ratings at Century Gardens Apartments
Current resident, roaches are in the walls, the dark wet basement is most likely where they breed. This company had refused to have a professional company that will guarantee their work come, instead they use their own homemade solution that has t resolved the roach infestation. Basement full of Cobb Webbs and dark, old binds, greasy kitchen and windows. Really pay attention to those things and these apartments have roaches
I had a roommate and she ended up leaving and skipping out on our lease. I tried to stay but at the time couldnt afford the rent by myself .. I told them my situation and they said if i had to leave that was fine and that my old roommate would be the one responsible since she was the one who left.. I moved out, cleaned up and returned my keys.. almost a year later im getting served papers at my job..They sued me for "breaking the lease 2 months early" .needless to say that will be on my record forever all bc they lied and wasnt honest about what would really happen..
I contacted them through here asking for more information, telling them I'm moving from out of state, first email quoted rent $10 higher and told me to come stop by. I then sent another email reiterating that I live out of state if they could give basic info, like how much utilities would be, thinking electric only, as it says above that water, trash, sewer are paid by the complex, she sent back saying she doesn't know all utilities are paid by the tenants and to call the utility company, and go check out their site for more info ???? where's customer service at?? I won't be wasting my time going there to look and sign a contract.
I have been trying to move for two years and this is the only place that gave me a chance, the area is great and its affordable but its small cant complain give it a chance.
I've never had any problems. They're small affordable and nice. Definitely a nice area as well and this is coming from someone that's very picky
they really will work with you on helping you get approved for their units 2 bedrooms 1 bath basement w/d con owner pays water sewer and trash
