We are delighted to hear of your affection for our community and our caring team! It is our pleasure to meet our residents' needs, even in challenging circumstances.
These apartments are ok if you need a place to stay on short notice. Other than that, I would recommend that you keep looking. When I moved in 2 years ago, the apartments gave me a good initial impression but during my stay here, they have only become worse. The worst issue is parking. If you happen to get off of work late at night or just come home after 9-10 PM, forget about finding a parking space. Don't even think about parking next to a hydrant; I just watched someone get towed. The complex likes to sell "Reserved" parking spots and those are usually the only ones which will be free nights. Other parking options do not exist unless you are willing to walk miles from your car. Management has said they are going to assign every unit a space but I highly doubt that. This place also currently has a rat and roach infestation problem. They have sent Terminix out to set traps but they never come to actually check the traps. I literally had a dead rat in my balcony storage for a few weeks. Great way to spread disease; especially in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. If you have children, there is nowhere for them to play, other than in the parking lot. There are no schools or playgrounds nearby, so they play in the parking lot, potentially damaging your vehicle. Lastly, the gate is a nightmare. I used to have to put the code in and would get shocked doing this. Thankfully the app now works. The gate is constantly broken. It has had to be forced open multiple times. Find another place to rent and keep your sanity. These apartments are somewhat cheaper but they are cheap apartments. My lease ends soon and I have already found another place to move to.
At night there is no place to park.. visitors have only 5 places to park and those are usually taken by residents due to the fore mentioned. The area is close to everything as well as a school which means youngsters being rowdy at night. The parking is the main reason not to live here.. I wish someone would have warned me before moving in.
The worst apartments ever can’t wait to for my least to finish and move out ! Horrible parking they want to charge u for everything and then the hot water cuts off like if they control it well of course they do we pay that too!!!!!

Excellent customer and maintenance service, respectful and polite.
Unless you’re just coming in from being homeless, or you simply don’t care how you live then this is the perfect place for you. With all the bugs, issues with the ceiling leaking, floor caving in, overly loud neighbors who throw parties outside, kids in the parking lot where you can’t see them until it’s almost to late. Or the management who don’t communicate with one another, who don’t care unless they like you, or them not knowing if they can have anything fixed then hey, here’s your place. A Wild West, crappy place where if you stay on a first floor unit, pit bulls and German Shepard’s stalk around the night. Or a second floor where rats and rodents scratch the inside of the walls, and your ac leaks. And don’t forget the pot holes in the lot that takes months to be “fixed”. I can say I truly hate this place, I’ve lived here for 3 years and each time I go to move, they place a financial hold on my apartment. There a corner store and gas station being built literally next to the property so it only going to get worse. Don’t waste your money, don’t even waste your time. Stay away and find ANYWHERE else other than here. The only reason there is a one star rating is because I couldn’t do zero stars.
I absolutely love this place. This community is always so quiet. Management is very friendly:) Erika always goes out of her way to make sure that we are taken care of. I love her she’s a great employee & beautiful person in and out. Maintenance staff are also very friendly. I’m a happy resident can’t complain about anything.
No complaints I've lived here for 2 years. Office and maintenance are always helpful
Office is rude. Can't have visitors. Nabors drunk/loud. Our apartment got broken into multiple times. Again, office doesn't care. Can't have a work car. I guarantee your car or anyone that comes to visit will be towed. They only accept cash when towed. Rent goes up 300$ one day late. Miserable place to live.
I enjoyed living there until all threads rules came in the last 6 months.
These apartments are a good place to live it has a spacey one bedroom, clean no roaches no bugs great air
The apartments are quiet, generally. There are occasional domestic disturbances but they are very limited lately . Maintenence and office staff changes regularly. You have to stay on top of maintenance requests. Kids play in the parking lot so be careful.
This place is quiet... but the appliances are very out dated and they take forever to come fix everything... also...No storage!
