Would be 5 stairs except the stairwells and landings aren’t maintained! Additionally, there’s an issue with bugs, etc. Overall, maintenance is very good….office needs to work on expediency in responses.

Car got stolen from the parking lot!!!! They rarely answer the phone when you have issues. Nice big apartments and amenities (when they're open..pool and gym were closed for over a month this summer). Decided to take out package system so I have multiple packages I still can't find. Glad to be moving.

Century Park Place experienced a clubhouse fire this summer, which resulted in limited phone access and the closure of our fitness center and pool for a short time. We have also upgraded our package lockers! We are always here to support you but urge residents to contact the local authorities for any situation involving a crime for the best assistance. If there is anything we can help with, please do not hesitate to give us a call or stop by the office.
The staff have been really kind when I’ve interacted with them. The amenities are out & haven’t heard any news of when they possibly will be open again.

I saw the results of 2 car that where broken into on the morning of 8/20 one was right across from where I park. I feel the community should always get alerts when these things happen I did not get an email regarding these.

I’ve been here for two weeks and it’s solid. I will say much quieter than my last place and convenient area. Just be sure to DOUBLE check everything about the apartment because as picky as I am, maintenance has been coming back and forth to my apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and the leasing office employees are very nice. I like the easy process to move in and technology features here.

Love the pool when it’s open and not being overcrowded by unsupervised persons. It’s very quiet and peaceful most of the time. The reason why it’s only 3 stars. Maintainance ppl are nice and quick but there are things they can’t fix like gaps in the cabinets and constant mold. There’s no children’s park but a dog park and a giant empty building. They also have yet to fix the tv or fireplace outside and I’ve been here two years now.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and by far, this is the worse year yet. Our neighbors are the absolute worst; between someone in our building blasting heavy bass music from 2am-4am or the person above us practically renovating their unit all day, i am 109% regretting renewing our lease. Management won’t do a thing unless we have proof, which we have submitted before WHEN you are able to hear the noise as it is a challenge to pick up any sort of noise on iphone recording. Non emergency police will come and walk around in circles but not actually do anything. I can’t wait for the day we move.

I love it here. It has been nice and quiet. The lawn is well maintained. The pool area is always clean. Maintenance is on point. All the appliances are practically new upon move in.
