I love the staff here and how they go out of their way to create a cozy and festive atmosphere. Thank you for all your hard work! Having a garage here in anchorage makes life much more comfortable. Large windows and balcony with a view plus a very nice kitchen! I have been here for about two years and am very happy with it. Very convenient for working downtown.

Great location, building is well cared for and secure, apartment was immaculate at move-in--and a parking garage! Tina is kind, responsive, and so helpful, a great building manager. Great place to live!

I had a top floor apartment with a great view off the balcony. I spent 6 months here while I looked for a house. It's a great community located downtown - walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Management is outstanding - fixes any issues right away. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of Century Plaza is walking distance to almost everything you need. The management is most helpful and friendly at all times and provides recommendations on best places to go for dining, leisure, etc.

There is a very welcoming environment, quiet living space, nice appliances and kind people. I loved living at Century Plaza!

The management is always available 24/7, whether they're in the office or out of town we always get a response. Community activities, attentive to Covid-19 protocols, very quiet, and the first place I've lived where I don't have to put up with Marijuana smell in the hallways!

Staff is super friendly. Maintenance is great. The location is very convenient, and heated garage is definitely huge deal. The apartment is very well taken care of, and neighbors are great.

We have been living at Century Plaza for the past few months and love it! I work downtown and was grateful to find a safe, clean, newly-renovated apartment building within walking distance and with a garage. The finishes are nice, rent prices are totally reasonable (even after utilities), and the staff has been wonderful. Tina is very responsive and always happy to help. I was even able to change from a studio to a one-bedroom without extra fees. The laundry room and garage are clean and safe and everyone I've met in the complex has been friendly. Overall we genuinely feel at home living at Century Plaza and would recommend it to a friend!

I've lived here for a year and a half and it's the best apartment I've lived in. The laundry room is clean, the garage is well maintained, and the maintenance staff is quick to respond when there's a problem. The office staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Can't beat the location if you work in or near downtown. Super close to the well maintained trail systems, awesome and responsive property management.

Our building is well taken care of which means that happiness and comfortability of the tenants matter Century Plaza. If you get the opportunity to live here you'll find other places hard to measure up. Tina, our Community Director, is very professional and genuine, people like her are hard to come by.

What a hidden gem in town! Currently Waiting to get into one of their 1 bedroom apartments. They are updated and have amazing views. The staff is super nice and helpful. I can not wait to make Century Plaza my new home in the new year.

The best team and apartment complex in Anchorage!!! Tina is super accommodating and is really good at making sure you feel at home. Walking distance from anyplace you would want to go!!! 5 Stars.

The Century Plaza property and staff have created a really great place to live. They always go out of their way to make sure each resident has a smooth move-in and stay. Updated units (most with a view) with nice new appliances and flooring. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and once a month there's some kind of cool neighborly photo competition for prizes or a community event of some kind. Can't say enough good things and am very happy about the opportunity to live in such a nice place for a while.

Tina is so good with her clients you can tell she truly cares about her people and loves her job. They have great rent prices with utilities included. Truly a great team and company. Would highly recommend to any friends/family in the area!

The staff at Century Plaza rocks. They feel like family, always there for you. We love having a garage and seeing the Fur Rondy fireworks from our balcony is the best! We love living here!

We’ve been in our apartment for almost 2 years now. We love it so much! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and maintenance issues are delay with the same day. The location is great for downtown restaurants and the mall. Easy to get to the coastal path trail too. Highly recommended!

Property was redone a few years back so has a modern, comfortable feel. Property staff are pleasant individuals. Though in a busy downtown area, building is nicely secured (main reason for settling here). I visited five or so other locations when looking for a place and Century Plaza was easily the best choice.

Five stars all the way for Tina at Century Plaza apartments in downtown Anchorage. We are new to Anchorage but we were clueless as to where to look for apartments. Tina listened to our needs and showed us several good options for us. We love our upgraded cabinets , appliances and flooring. An added bonus is the in unit washer/ dryer and the underground parking! I lived in Century Plaza on a temporary basis, but my stay was pleasant. The property is located in an active area, with a coffee stop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Tina, the property manager is accessible and quickly handles any issues you may have.

Even with a downtown location, these apartments feel so safe! The front office staff, Tina, was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to answer my questions and even helped me find new restaurants and local activities. Great place to call home!

Me and my wife Love our Apartment we love the atmosphere, We are so thankful for Our Property Manager Tina she help us a lot with our transition and getting us settle in. She is a big factor why century plaza is the best place to stay and raise a family it's safe and secure. We would recommend century plaza to all our friends and family. It's a place where you will truly feel the Alaskan Hospitality.

Public areas are kept clean and welcoming. The apartments have been recently remodeled, so they are very clean and the appliances are top notch. Garage parking is a huge plus, hard to find in Alaska. Many of the apartments have large windows with beautiful views. The staff is really great, always very kind and helpful. Tina is a pro at the many tasks of management. She is easy to get ahold of and responsive. She truly goes out of her way to ensure that the residents here have a great rental experience.

The friendly gal named Tina really helped out a lot by processing all the paperwork so I could move in next day. Speedy replies and a friendly attitude.

Me and my husband love it here! The security here are quick and professional should something happen, the staff are super friendly including the landlord and no issues with our neighbors! It has what we need but if something is wrong then have to notify staff or landlord of an issue we have and get fast response of concern and care. Great hospitality, wonderful service and friendly!

We love Century Plaza. It's a hidden gem downtown. All apartments were remodeled a couple of years ago. The staff is amazing. Utilties included. Garage a plus.

I am very happy with nearly everything about my unit, it has a very nice design. It also has an amazing location and feels safe.

Awesome place to stay. Loved walking to the bars and restaurants. Having the garage in the winter was amazing. Only reason I moved was due to a job transfer out of state. Definitely recommend Century Plaza!!! One day I ll be back!!!
