Property Ratings at Century Plaza Apartments
This apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever encountered. No communication or professional staff whatsoever. You can never get a hold of anyone or anybody to assist you. You could be having a serious issue and nothing will get fixed unless you take it upon yourself. Maintenance man won’t do anything for you, acts like he hates his job. A bunch of annoying loud children roam around the complex unsupervised messing with peoples things... playing in the parking lots to the point where they won’t get out of the way for a car! The washing machines are always broken. YOU WILL GET NO WHERE,DO NOT MOVE HERE. I regret ever moving.
I rent a small apartment raising 4 kids 2 bedroom its all I can afford.I pay $650 for rent plus utilities. Its a very quiet outdated apartment that needs rebuilding, all of them really do. Rooms are small. The living room and kitchen are an average good size. The bathroom I would say, is the smallest of the apartment. No backyard just a small patio. I have no electrical wiring for lights so I use lamps. All rooms have carpeting besides the bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom includes a shower and tub. It does have AC so thats nice. Overall a decent place to live in can't complain.
We have been living here for a little over a year and a half. The management is very nice, that is when she's here, and sometimes it's hard to get a hold of her and the maintenance. Neighbors are nice and helpful, most keep to themselves. The apartments look very nice on the inside, besides popcorn ceilings, 70s carpet, and poor wall molding. There has been pest problems here since we've moved in and it hasn't got any better, plus there has been issues with a leak through the ceiling in the bathroom that has been "fixed" twice now (it still smells like mold). The grout in our kitchen is always coming up and through, so we have to mop almost everyday to keep it in check. Overall, this apartment complex is in bad shape and needs a desperate revamp!
