Burien is a small suburban city, perfectly positioned to give residents easy access to virtually everything the Puget Sound area has to offer. Downtown Seattle is less than fifteen miles north and Sea-Tac Airport lies just outside the city’s southeast corner, making it an excellent rental location for commuters and jet-setters.
The community enjoys a large waterfront area, with Seahurst Park providing an unspoiled natural playground with stunning views of Puget Sound and the evergreen forests of the Pacific Northwest. The area known as “Olde Burien” serves as the city’s highly-walkable downtown business district, with an abundance of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and watering holes clustered together along 152nd Street.

I went love this place! Office manager is awesome! Very sweet and she really helpful. She was honest and really worked hard to help me. The place looks very nice and well cared for. The manager asked all the right question and gave lots of information to help me apply. The office was clean and very welcoming.

Located near a Trader Joes and Hagan and a lot of restaurants. Schools are near by and so is Highline Hospital. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are very glad to see you. Laundry facilities on the premises.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We value your opinion, and is always working to improve our community.
This is a lovely little complex with only 72 units. It's right across the street from a Trader Joes and a Hagen. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance. Within walking to Hospital and SSI office. Buses and Train near by. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful.
Century Plaza is located conveniently next to 2 major grocery stores, a pharmacy, gas station, and Highway 509. You can see the airport, but it is rare that you hear a plane. Great place to start out in if you are trying to get on your feet or just moving to the area. As progress in the community rises so does the rent without any change to the property, so it is better as a quick stop to your forever home. Staff is friendly and addresses any needs that you may have. Neighbors are fairly quiet and we have onsite laundry, clubhouse, and pool with a community grill.
