Good but Needs updating. nice outdoor space. Family oriented apartment complex. Would like more amenities for the price but overall good experience living in these apartments!

When I first saw this property, I completely fell in love with it. The staff is very nice and answered all my questions and made me feel welcome even before I was approved. Upon seening the model unit, it felt like home. The size of the unit was perfect for our 3 person family. I definitely recommend this property for your next home.

We enjoy living here. It’s a quiet place, the pool area is nice. The gym could use an upgrade, specially the cardio machines but it’s nice to have a gym available.

Peaceful Community Great Apartment's!!! The Gym an pool area is awesome. Love the gated parking. HEB Krogers the Mall Kemah Restaurants Everything is Close by. The Apartment's are Beautiful inside out.

I love it here. So far my experience is good the office n maintenance team are awesome always helping in anything we need, any emergency or regular needs they always answer right away .

Office staff is great! Seems to be an issue lately with maintenance responding to requests. People not cleaning up after their dogs is a real problem and needs to be addressed more seriously!!!

Beautiful and very quiet place and I’m positive I’ll enjoy living here! Lot’s of storage space and big rooms and lots of room in the garage!

I love it here because the community is clean and kept nice. It is quiet and low key. Maintenance is quick to fix issues. I have been here for a few years now and truly love the environment. If you ever need anything, Bradly is the go-to and is quick to address any issues or help. He is the best!

It’s a quiet place to live with good amenities and good location. Close to everything like parks, grocery stores, gas stations and good schools… The maintenance has been good, and fast to respond to the things we needed fixed inside our apt. I love their resident appreciation week and they usually have fun treats for the kids and adults during holidays.

Application process is a mess and very costly. The apartment that was leased to us appeared to have not been cleaned or if it was someone did a poor job!

People do not clean up after their dogs outside and nothing is done about it. The grass/weeds on the property are not cut often enough. Packages have disappeared from my doorstep twice. The gates for the entrances are not always closed/working properly. The pool bathroom doesn't get cleaned on the weekends.

Office Staff & Maintenance Crew Awesome! Gates always seem to have issues. Something should be done with park for children. Access to Kroger is great!

Overall this is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. They are quick to fix whatever the problem is (for the most part). I would recommend!

So far so great! Century leasing agents have been really helpful and informative and the move in process was a breeze! I’m excited to make Century my new home!

The office staff is nice and professional. The maintenance guys are great and fast in responding to the small things that need to be fixed after we moved in.

Lived here around 5 years and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere. Staff members are fantastic people who are always willing and helpful at all times. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Had no issues at all during my time and would recommend you to check out this community.

This is my first apartment. It’s not a bad place to live. This do break easily and the maintenance never comes in a timely manner. It’s not bad at all

Have lived here for almost 2 years and never had a problem with front office staff. Maintenance can take a while but that's just about everywhere. They're responsive and the amenities are great. Fantastic school district and very nice apartments. Any complaints we have had have been met with a quick resolve from upper management.

I've been here for 3 weeks now and am loving it. Quiet, clean, and the location is perfect! The amenities are also excellent. The pool area has shaded couches, a beautiful covered grilling area, ping pong table, nice indoor restrooms, even a hot tub. What more could you want?

Bradley made it a smooth and easy process . The apartment was beautiful and I have zero complaints definitely felt very safe and comfortable for my move in.

Love living here at Century South Shore. I have been here for five years and will continue because of the friendly environment and staff members. The surrounding area is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and waterfront. What more could you ask for.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. The complex is kept clean and up-to-date. The maintenance response is quickly. I’ve never had a safety issue. The location is amazing. Very close to Kemah, Galveston, and downtown Houston. It is a beautiful and safe place to live.

We love it here. We have great neighbors! The staff is friendly and helpful. Most issues are resolved in a timely manner. It's a great community for kids! We have been in quite a few different apartment homes leading up to this one and by far this is the best we have ever had!

We have been here for about 3 years now. We haven't had many issues but when we did they were taken care of pretty quickly. I would recommend!

so far i love it it is amazing the people in the office are great very welcoming and overall a great spot !!i just moved here but there so many thing that is included with the place and honestly a great place for kids

Everything has been good except the fact that I moved in with my refrigerator door all dented and was told they would be replaced. I followed up 3 times with Bradly and haven’t had a response back yet. Very frustrating

The maintenance team is quick to make repairs. The property is really clean. The pool area is nice and grills are nice to use. The lake area is nice.

Very nice, safe community. Conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, dining and more. Access to great walking trails around the lakes. CCISD education village less than a mile away.

They told me my unit had 2 garden tubs and I have regular tubs. They didn't replace the carpet so my room smelled like wet dog for 2 weeks, and the fan didn’t work in my sons room. But otherwise I really love living here. It’s nice with awesome amenities. Moving in was a bit annoying and definitely a let down but I’m definitely still happy here.

We very much enjoyed living here, however we have had some issues with some of the front office staff, the ladies usually have an attitude or are quick to judge whenever there is a problem.

It's been a great experience so far and I look forward to living here. Management has been more than accommodating and the pool looks amazing.

The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 star is because it was a little inconvenient that the carpet wasn’t clean and they just started on it. So we had to keep everything in living room. But other than that. No issues

It’s so quiet here and the lake in the back is beautiful . Apartment is spacious . When request is put in , the apartment is quick to respond and fix.

I have been living here for a couple days now and I love it. There is never not a parking spot close to my apartment. It’s so cozy for me and my bf.
