Tucked away in the northeast corner of Tennessee (and in fact overlapping into Virginia), Bristol is best known for two great Southern traditions: NASCAR and country music. Bristol Motor Speedway regularly draws well over 100,000 fans on race days, and numerous museums, landmarks, and festivals celebrate Bristol’s heritage as the “Birthplace of Country Music.” And although old-timey music takes center stage most of the time, the local performing arts scene is fairly diverse, incorporating theater, ballet, and more contemporary music. Of course, the city’s location makes it very easy to get out of your Bristol rental and explore the forests, lakes, and mountains of the region at your leisure.

Property Ratings at Century Square Apartments
Oh where to begin, first off the date rent is due is a lie, it will change every month. My floors I can mop all the time they will still turn your feet, socks, mop heads/pads black. The walls are fake, they bend. Just know if you fill out a maintenance request the maintence team will stare at the problem then formally make up an excuse as to why it's not gonna get fixed. They will have you scared to report illegal things they do and will threaten you up and down. I'm currently scared to apply to rent anything else due to a bad report from them because their that vindictive. You can hear anything and everything from any neighboring apartment/cardboard box and outside. They choose certain tennants to harass and enforce certain rules on them and let others get away with not only their rules but state rules! 3 of like 7 of their washers work, they'll hold half a load. The office hours you see? Wrong. No one is here ever on Saturday 8:30-5 is also wrong more like 10-3 if they even decide to open. I'm to afraid of them to give more precise details.
I had a recent stay at the Century Square Apartments. My unit was in the rear of the complex. I found the apartment to be clean and fully functional with all the comforts of home. No it was not a "Luxury Suite" but it was in very good condition. The management was friendly, polite and easy to deal with. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The rates were very reasonable. The grounds were clean and without trash. The neighborhood was quiet and clean too, just what I was hoping to find for a home for myself. I recommend staying here if a one bedroom suits your family needs. Have a great home! Alan
Do not rent here. It is full of tenants that are thiefs and users. Not to mention the management picks and chooses favorites and only apply some rules or some fees to SOME tenants. Not all. Management is also money hungry and want to charge you for every little thing. And then there is maintenance.. they have no clue what they are talking about. It's just the most corrupt complex ever.
