I absolutely love this property! It’s clean and quiet and the office staff is amazing! Maintenance is great and fast with completion of work orders.

The staff in the leasing office is wonderful! I worked with Nydia the most and she was friendly and very helpful. The amenities are great as well.

The best place to live, my apartment has an incredible view, it is very quiet, the neighbors do not bother, they do not make noise, you live in total tranquility, in addition to a security that gives a lot of happiness.

I've lived here for 5 years it was truly a beautiful experience. Around year 3 they started to allow anybody to move over here. Parking is ridiculous

When I moved into my new apartment, I was blown away by the seamless experience. The leasing team had my keys ready and even gave me a welcome basket with everything i'd need. Maintenance helped me set up my appliances the same day, and the manager checked in to ensure I was settling in well. The building was spotless, and my neighbors were friendly. This wasn't just moving—it felt like coming home, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful touches. Truly a 5-star experience!

We just moved in but so far we really like it. The staff has been nothing but great, and the people here seem very nice. Can’t wait till summer to try out the pool !

Nice quiet community! Love that there is a park right behind me and I can take my dogs to play with other dogs! Also love the lighting in the apartment, very stylish!

We appreciate very much all staff at Century Stonehill North. They are responsive in replying to our concerns or work orders. While it sometimes takes time to complete a work order, they do get it done in a reasonable timeframe. I understand we aren't the only tenants, and they likely have many requests to manage in priority order. Onsite staff always welcoming at front office when we speak with them in person. Jalisha, Nydia, & Tarryn are the three I frequently speak with in the office and always helpful and inviting. The staff was particularly helpful when answering questions during the move-in process. They take their time to ensure we understand everything, which is greatly appreciated. We moved “sight unseen” meaning did not see apt until move in. Move in went smoothly and love our floor plan with amazing view from fourth floor! My only note is regarding the loudness of the AC unit. However, I recognize this is an issue with the property developers and not the Stonehill North staff themselves. Overall, the onsite staff & management team at Century Stonehill North provides attentive and patient service, contributing to a positive living experience in apartment living.

The apartment community is great. However my apartment appliances and flooring are outdated. And it has bugs. Other than that its a good community

Great experience. Helpful staff. It’s been nice to not have to call always for something like I have at past complexes. Neighbors are nice! I like that there’s a lot of open space to walk my dog and that there’s also a trail nearby. We are also very very close to the goat and the shopping center.

I love living here. The convenience, quiet neighborhood, and ease of moving in are why I give it 5 stars. Not to mention the views are nice and the place was clean up on move in.

Love everything about this complex! It’s quiet and clean. The dog stations always have bags and the trail that leads to the park and its surroundings are always tidy.

Pretty decent apartment complex. I will say living on the top floor or in a town home would be best if you’re sensitive to noise because if your neighbor walks heavy it can be a pain to listen to but the ac drowns it out. The location is convenient because there are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance, a small gym in the complex and a large gym to the right and across the street. Very nice location to live.

Century Stonehill North provides a great living experience for singles and families with kids. Lots of stores close by for shopping and eating. Great experience for families with kids.

I’m almost at my 1 year mark and I’d say it’s been a real experience. I love having a gym in walking distance so I don’t have any excuses. Also theres a park that really clean.

Excellent quiet building. Love that I have a great view and neighbors that appreciate privacy. Favorite amenities are the swimming pool and close proximity to the city parks.

The move in process went smoothly, the staff was kind, and the apartment was clean when I moved in. Easiest time I have had moving. Location is convenient.

Perfect place to live, I just like everything about it. Park, pool, restaurants, recreation, reception everything it’s cool. Like I say I love this place I have 2 days living here but I feel i have 2 years right here.

I just moved in recently and had an initial few issues with the apartment unit. But I am exceptionally pleased with how management acted swiftly to rectify the issues and the maintenance team did an excellent job in the process. So far overall things are off to a great start.

I have lived here for a year now and it's been great. Very quite and peaceful my husband and I enjoy this community. The property is very nice and clean. Everyone seems to keep to themselves around this area but friendly. So far it's been a comfortable place to live.

Overall pretty decent wish the gate was closed and also would like to get a parking spot since there are two people in the house hold only was given one

Right now my review would be 1 star. I have called the office 5 times on weekdays during operating hours, and can never get someone to answer the phone. I leave messages and never get a call back. The text message AI system doesn't work, it just sucks. The office won't respond to our emails. At this point it feels like the only people staffing the property is maintenance.

Great community! Staff is really nice and it’s a quiet complex. I love the fitness gym, has a lot of equipment, it’s never packed. Very easy access with code readers. Complex has Amazon lockers, big swimming pool that they clean daily M-F.

Good for the price and location. Guest parking can be hard to find. Gym and pool are decent. Other amenities are only able to be accessed during office hours. Just changed management so still up in the air if they will be as good as the last one

Staff is friendly. Michael is SUPER responsive and just the best. Going into the office I truly feel like he’s a friend since he’s always so kind and personable. I’ve seriously never had caught him on a bad day, he’s always in a great mood!

Just moved in last month and love absolutely everything about it so far! The little dog park is just perfect and the pool is great to take our kids to!

Great community peaceful no one bothers you. My location is great don't have to deal with much traffic. I will renew my lease due to the accommodations of the garage and entry to apartment. Not to many apartments here inPflugerville have garages that are attached.

I love living here. Hopefully this new management improves on maintenance response. Other than that, it’s a good place to live and raise family

All and all a good experience, I wish there was more thought put into the initial construction there are some things in my unit of not the best quality. I also like the location so I think that adds to the appeal.

Enjoy this community very peaceful and quiet. Everyone in this part of community keeps to themselves. Friendly neighbors don't see neighbors often due to everyone working. Don't know what the summer months will be like was not living here last summer.

This apartment is very well kept up! Super clean and love the environment! The gym is huge perfect workout equipment and the pool is amazing!

Apartment is very peaceful to the point that I haven't had to make any noise complaints, there's a gym and pool that I can workout and train at my leisure, and maintenance is fairly responsive and helpful.

I love the community and how clean they keep the grounds on the north side. Since I’ve lived here, there’s been nothing but pleasant greetings by my neighbors. For the most part everyone stays to themselves but if asked a question they aren’t too shy to say hello or strike a conversation. The location of the community playground and dog park being in close vicinity to the complex is great!

Everything is clean and quiet love feeling secured and safe. Office staff is the best always friendly and helpful. Parking is a breeze with assign Parking.

They do not maintain the complex and there was so many broken promises in the past year we have been here. For example, the main gate. They promised before moving in that it’ll be fixed. A year later, it’s still not fixed. Also the gate to the pool is open so anyone can use the community pool!

The staff has always been amazing and deals with our issues in timely manner. The office staff does a lot of community events and they’re always fun events not cheesy like some places.

The community for the most part is peaceful and quiet. Michael is always fast in getting back to you for any of your concerns or questions that you have. The layout of the apartments are spacious.

The community is quite and peaceful in the area where I'm at. Very happy here for now love it. The apartment location is great and my garage attached is awesome. Got exactly what I was looking for in an apartment complex.
