Century Stone Hill South

All is well overall. Got a nice treat of a candy cane this Christmas. Although the cold is never fun in Texas, that means the bugs are gone for the time being. And it's nice and sunny. The complex is nice and I like the amenities and how helpful the staff is.

Love the environment and my neighbors. The agent in the office are very sweet and helpful. Only thing is parking is rare to find after 8 PM.

Really don’t like getting charged for a Valet service that I don’t use .. my apartment is right by the trash so I just take it when I leave .. don’t think that charge should be mandatory

Overall, a cool place to stay. Even when having my girlfriend over and my best friend come by at different times, they both said the place pretty nice and more than they were getting for the same amount of money. A solid apartment with good amenities.

No issues. The community is quiet and clean. My interaction with staff has been very good. They are friendly and have helped with any issues in a timely manner

I have been a resident since 2018. I really enjoyed living here. The Office staff has been very professional - friendly- always takes care of any issue that I may have had or have. Always able to reach them. The Maintenance staff - always professional - timely and always fix the issues. There have been growing pains but nothing that the Century Stone Hill South team could not and did handle and correct. I LOVE living here !!!!

I moved from florida two years ago and my first year wasnt that great living in this community my kids hear gun shots and I was ready to move but ever since the new management took over it’s been getting better! Thank you to the great office staff that took over and for always listening to their residents. We even got new gym equipment and the gates are going to start working finally, great work y'all!

It's still been good so far, pretty amazing and even the other people are nice. Nice neighbors mostly, nice upkept pool, gym, and computer room. All around quite good.

Nice quiet building. I love being here I just wish there was a dog park at this location. Everyone I have came in contact with is very friendly.

Overall, it's been pretty nice here. Not sure where the bugs are getting in, but those super tiny mosquitoes have found their way inside a few months back and even with my bug zapper, I can't completely get rid of them. And I do notice some dog owners walk their dogs and still don't clean up all the dog poo on the grass, which is annoying. Otherwise, it's pretty comfortable here.

I like this place, some issues with office schedule hours and service on the building like trash collection that just happens some times, but even when don't happens for a week is not discount on the payment.

Great location and friendly staff so far. Pretty quiet community but only been here a couple days. So far entrance gate is not functioning and just a heads up apartments do not come with washer and dryer only the connections for them.

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived I am glad I am moving out everything worst for example water bill to hight $230 trash $70 10 more and more wan you movie in they don’t tell you that after you move in they don’t even want to talk to you !! Not Recommended

I enjoy it here. Although I do grow tired of the mosquito and cricket issues (they somehow keep getting in), I'm mostly comfortable here. I like that there are some nearby eateries too. Overall, a decent location.

Everyone around here is friendly including neighbors, front desk women, maintenance guys are amazing as well. They respond well an take care of everything

In the past two years I’ve lived here, my additional fees for trash, tech and etc has gone up tremendously yet the gate has not worked once since I’ve been here. All the treadmills, the stair master and most of the gym equipment other than the dumbbells is broken and never has been fixed. My packages have been stolen off my doorstep and my neighbors leave the waste of their pets and wet moldy trash bags outside the apartment with no trash can. I love the location but everything else is making me choose to leave. The office staff gets overwhelmed to the point where I won’t have a response for days.

Seems very nice, all the neighbour's are a bit loud but I mean thats to be expected in an apartment complex. It's super sweet that the crime is so low and I'm happy to have moved here with my husband!

My stay here has been a very pleasant experience. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, the maintenance personnel are responsive, and it is quiet in my area.

I was under the impression that this was quiet community but it’s not I hate the loud music especially when I’m trying to sleep it sucks but overall it’s ok

Really enjoying this complex, quiet, comfortable, and the residents are friendly and are welcoming when you see them walking . Office workers are pleasant as well.. Going to really like it here.

Community is nice. Lawn and pool area is kept clean and presentable. The recent update to buildings makes for a great look and is appealing .

Too many things not good here it’s overly priced, especially when our gym has numerous machines down, community gates don’t work, we get extra charges for no apparent reason, after speaking to friends at other apartment complexes they certainly don’t pay 2 fees on trash, parking is always an issue and it’s obvious residents are not much of importance, we deal with no parking at times because non residents are taking away our parking spaces. It’s been brought up numerous times, yet, nothing has changed. there is a huge lack in communication here. No one in the office ever seems to know what’s going on, has a hard time keeping updated information on the residents. almost got charged twice, claiming i didn’t have liability renters insurance, when indeed i’ve had my own policy, but somehow that information was not updated even after i submitted proof and even confirmed it was received. It’s been one of the worst experiences living here.

It's been nice living here. It's a peaceful area and I like the facilities. The only issue I've had is all the crickets and mosquitoes that somehow seem to slip into my apartment regularly. Aside from that, the staff is friendly, and all is well.

The leasing office staff were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered promptly. On moving day, the process was straightforward. The property manager provided clear instructions and was available to assist if needed. The building was clean, and all amenities were ready for use. Overall, it was a stress-free transition to my new home. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a hassle-free move-in experience.

The complex is great , but I have been waiting for my maintenance request for 2 months now and still have not gotten any assistance. Went back to request again they told me maintenance would show up the next day but I still have been waiting on them.

The girls at the leasing office are super nice and helpful. The only negative thing is that our gym equipment never works, they have had that gym equipment repaired so many times but it keeps breaking get some new equipment.

I love my space but have had multiple issues when first moving in. It took a few weeks to receive my garage door opener, mailbox keys, and INTERNET. This was awful since I needed internet before getting tv. It was very quiet here for a while. My back door keypad is broken and they gave me a number to call to troubleshoot with the company. I would’ve thought that was the apt.’s role. Additionally, my ice maker has not worked for 3 weeks and when I ask about the wait, I’m told the staff is working on emergencies. With this heat… I kind of feel like one. I often feel unheard and ignored.

Its a good place to live very convenient to a lot of locations. ITs also very close to where I work which is very important to me. I am glad that I live by a place that offers a park for my kids to play at.

I’ve lived at Century Stone Hill South for the past year and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is excellent, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and highways for easy commuting to Austin. The resort-style pool, well-equipped fitness center, and communal spaces like the clubhouse and grilling areas are top-notch. The apartments are spacious with high-end finishes like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There’s plenty of natural light, and the in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. Occasionally, there’s some noise from neighbors, but it’s manageable. The management team is professional and responsive, with maintenance requests handled promptly. The complex is pet-friendly, with ample green spaces for walking dogs. The community is friendly and welcoming, with regular events organized by management. Overall, Century Stone Hill South is a fantastic place to live. Highly recommended for anyone in the Pflugerville area.

I love this complex. I first lived here from 2015-2016, and now I am coming back for a transition time. The experience was so positive that we decided to rent a unit again now.

I love living here. It’s peaceful and quiet with friendly neighbors. It’s convenient that the dog park is right across the street, if you have dogs. The amenities are nice and maintenance is quick to respond.

So far so good. I'm enjoying my time here. Mosquitoes can be a bit of a pain, since they seem to be able to get through my mesh screen if I keep the windows open. But I do like how some other things have been upgraded like the locks for the gym and pool. Overall, it's nice.

I have lived here for 3 years and i would never recommend moving here to anyone. The staff has a terrible lack of communication when it comes to addressing issues with broken property , for example the elevator has been broken for 6 weeks….. so if you have any elderly family members or anyone with physical disabilities that struggle walking up and down stairs i don’t not recommend listening to the office when they promise you a working elevator for levels 3 and 4 of the building.

The gates have not worked since my arrival in October. Parking in front of the apartments by other tenants has become a safety concern. Additionally, the carpet guy in my driveway when I return from work is unacceptable. I pay a huge price for housing and to come home and find the person in my driveway and have to wait for him to move is disgusting. The class is lower than expected.

My roommate and I moved into this community in August of 2023. Friendly community, clean amenities, prompt maintenance responses and great coffee in the club house.

I’ve had to put in a work request order twice because the first one was deleted i guess and the issue wasn’t resolved. i put in a request a different time for the shower head, got a text the work order was complete when it wasn’t, never got maintenance to come out and fix the issue so still dealing with that issue.

Easy to fill out the document and fast communication through the email. thanks for the service for my and my family too see how good it's this complex

I have multiple service requested pending and even went to the office for help after 3 days to be told they will be done today. That was last Thursday. To date no one has come. Love the location and my apt but service is suffering for the amount of rent paid.

So far so good. Parking can be a bit tricky to find at times, but most of the time it's fine. Especially, midday. My biggest gripe is the mosquitoes and black crickets that seem to easily get inside through the spaces in the screens on the windows. You don't want to open the windows sometimes, but how else do you get a breeze of fresh air? Also, the gym has good equipment, but some of the machines have been out of order for a while now. Staff is friendly and helpful, and I do like the area and nearby shops. Not a bad place to live overall.

One of the selling points for my move-in was an elevator. The day I moved in on the third floor, the elevator was not working. I was told by maintenance that it would take two weeks for the elevator to be fixed. I went to the office to ask if I could be moved to a different apartment and the office staff asked why? I told the leasing agent about the elevator and she assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 days to be fixed. I went on to tell her that the maintenance man said it would be 2 weeks and she looked embarrassed as if she already knew that.

We have been relatively happy with the Apartment. I would say my only critique is for the Office Staff and Maintenance team. The office staff is difficult sometimes to get a hold of in the day, when you try calling. The Maintenance team takes entirely too long to address issues. We had a toilet that has been leaking for 3 attempts to fix, the last one actually soaked the carpet in the bedroom(downstairs). We had something die in the dryer vent line and put in a ticket, no resolution until my wife went to the office and demanded someone take action. Love the apartment just need the staff to get better.

Great community, love the pool and the atmosphere surrounding it. Pam’s trees gym etc, nothing better when getting home from a long day and going to enjoy a dip and grilling some steaks and burgers

Staff has been very kind, understanding, and professional. I renewed my lease a few months ago! Apartment living can be awful but I truly love it here

The only thing I can complain about is the gate being open all the time. It has been open for several months now and this was supposed to be a place with control access

Buena ubicacion, Limpios, Manterimiento muy bueno, pero mal servicio en la oficina, Personal de la oficina necesita mas entrenamiento. Solo necesitan mejorar losjardines , ya que le faltan muchas plantas, y algunas estan muertas

It’s been nice living here the only bad thing I would have to say is that you can hear your neighbors and your water bill is super high. But other than that it’s been great
