Unit Near Parking Entrance

I do NOT recommend it. It's noisy because of the gate, loud music from the cars, motorcycles, neighbors upstairs, and people fighting outside. The apartments are also infested with small roaches. The manager does her best to accommodate tenants needs. Unfortunately! That's not enough since the apartment owners do very little to maintain the apartments. What's worse, is that they raise rent often, and use the "due to increased costs of operation" excuse. Don't make the same mistake I made. The apartment ain't worth the price its increased to. Look elsewhere!
