Property Ratings at Chadron Apts
We had been looking for an apartment for a while and it seemed endless. I finally came across Chadron Apts and it immediately had my attention. The manager Angela made the application process SO easy and SO fast. Not to mention how friendly and on point she was with everything. The complex its self in size is perfect and very quiet and CLEAN! including the parking garage. The 1 bedroom i have is all updated and really nice. Its definitely a place i would highly recommend!
I have been staying at the Chadron for about two years now. Management is great when it comes to communication and maintenance is always sent in a timely manner. The property is well maintained and I have not had any problems while staying at the Chadron.
This apartment complex is hands down the best one on the block. It is very clean and well maintained. The property manager Amie is very helpful and attentive to your requests. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend
I like this building alot. It stands out on the block because it's newer and it was just painted in really nice colors. First impressions of managment are very good so far. The manager is kind and very polite. The place is clean and quiet. New carpet and flooring, and appliances. Private parking is great because the street parking is tight after about 6pm when other neighbors on the block get home. The visitors' lot is often full. Besides that, this place gets two thumbs up :)
This building is the best one on the block, hands down. Very clean property, very professional management. You can do everything (pay bills) online. I feel like this manager is very hands on and has great communication, which is really important when you're dealing with people's personal lives and their living quarters. It's a nice place and I'm glad that I moved here. A lot of the neighbors have been here for a long time, so that says a lot about the building and management. I made a great decision to move to this apartment community
ERICA IS THE BEST MANAGER, THEY WORK WITH YOU THEY DO NOT LOOK DOWN ON YOU NEITHER DO THEY TURN YOU AWAY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAS HAD HARD KNOCKS IN LIFE AND IS WORKING THEIR WAY BACK TO FINANCIAL STABILITY AND STABLE ENVIRONMENT I WILL ALWAYS GIVE CHADRON VIEW A COMPLETE 100% A-PLUS THANK YOU MS.
