Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at Chadwick Manor Townhomes
I was 7 months pregnant moving in and became scared for my health my stove insulation was covered in mice terds then the second stove they brought was covered in mice terds then finally they agreed to give me a new stove. The mice problem has continued and now there are roaches within a couple months of moving in . Maintenance has came multiple times exterminator multiple times!! This place in roach and rodent infested ...STAY AWAY!!
My unit was poorly thrown together upon my move in date. I have experienced roaches and several mice within the first 6 months. The bathrooms are beyond outdated. The walls are paper thin to the point that you can hear your neighbors conversations word from word. The maintenance staff would be half decent if they did not ride around in golf carts all day. Do your research prior to moving to the townhomes!!
I just moved here and my place was not ready. There are not enough maintenance people to do the right job. The place looks like they just threw cheap paint on everything, closet fly open and not on a track, vents are not clean, there is new cheap carpet. Bathrooms need up graded stuff because nozzles are cheap and corroded and water comes thorough both ends in the shower, dents, cracks in walls and chipped paint on walls. Stoves are old and cheap, locks on Windows missing screws and honestly this place is overpriced let alone the leasing agent gave me all the wrong information and management don't really care they just want to lock you in. There is one manager who half care.
This is a wonderful place to live, they have ample parking , play areas for children, different community activities at lease once a month, swimming pools, also they have storage available for you at a small fee. You have public transportation available to you and excellent schools near by weather it is grammar school or colleges also shopping is plentiful and also eateries, as well as banking and also don't let me forget health clubs, or car buying. The staff here are very friendly orient and if their is a maintenance problem they come out right away and plus emergencies they are right on and will not leave you hanging they will stay on it no matter what it is until it is completed . If it can't be fixed they do have alternatives for you, they put their residents first always. When the Government shut they worked closely with their residents who were government workers, the stress was terable for everyone but you know a little understanding and passion goes along way and you can achieve that right here at Chadwick Manor.
The townhouses are near the metro line, gas stations, grocery stores, mall and restaurants. The area is quiet, maintenance kept up outside as well as inside with prompt service as needed, has a pool area for the residents in the community. The staff are very pleasant and courteous.
These apartments have two floors with bathrooms on each floor. The apartment also includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher which was amazing. This apartment has a pool but no fitness center. The only real complaint of this apartment was the rare rat sitings.
Very clean and safe neighborhood. The staff working at the complex are very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with our AC unit one day, and they had someone fixing it within an hour.
We've been in this townhouse for almost 2 years now. I can say that this townhouse has the safe neighborhood. We love living here but we are planning to move and look for a bigger townhouse or house, since we have an addition to the family. And also we want to move closer to my work. But as far as rating, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars for this townhouse because there is a downside, the TH is good area but since day 1 we've been seeing mouse in the house, even they did 3x pest/insect control, still there's still mouse and insects :(
