Property Ratings at Chadwick Village Apartments
I lived in Chadwick Village for 6 years; only leaving to move in with my girlfriend. If you're looking for a safe, quiet and affordable apartment in the area this really is your best bet. The neighbors are friendly and most seem to be of an older age range. I never heard any noise coming through the walls. The bedroom in the 1 bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of storage. The grounds were always well kept. Maintenance lives on property so fixes and repairs were always super quick. Usually done that day. Property manager is very friendly as well. Depending on what building you live in there may or not be much parking in front but there is a ton of it out back. The kitchen looking a little dated would honestly be my only complaint. I would 100% recommend living there.
I move out of my home some years ago because of the financial responsibility of maintaining a single home with only my income. I have been searching for that one place I can say I am going to stay put at since then. Well I found it at Chadwick Apartments. The apartment is in a quiet, safe complex that clean and attractive to come home to. The few calls i made regarding service were handle professionally and quickly. I would recommend Chadwick Complex to anyone looking to live well. I would not recommend this apartment complex to loud music, fast driving cars and those who like to fuss and cuss clients. It's your choice rent satisfied or rent unsatisfied.
I have ample space in my apartment. I live in the basement level next to the laundry room so I just hop and skip to wash my cloths. Imagine 62 years old and don’t mind going to wash my cloths. SMILE My bedroom is large that I put my 20 year old couch in the bedroom to. Mind you now I had it for 20 years my 67 year old husband sat on the same couch when he was a child. And In my dining room I have this large china cabinet I purchase when my children was 5 or 6 years old and they are now 28 & 29 years old. To get to the point it's a spacious apartment. Now that I am in the empty nest category I feel safe and comfortable in my current apartment, especially when I arrive back from work after 12pm in the night.
This is a very quiet "community" even though we are right on a major road. The management, Lorraine is wonderful and Ed And John the maintenance are very quick and professional. When I had to move to a larger apartment because my mom came to live with me it was a very quick and easy transition., as well as when my mom passed away and needed to downsize.
I've been at Chadwick Village apartments for a little over a year and it's been a great place to live. Private entrances for each unit. Units are larger then most one bedrooms in the area, however, the lay out is kind of awkward. You can't beat the price thought we pay $755 for a one bedroom with a balcony. Not many kids, nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
