Property Ratings at Chalet Apartments of Canton
When I first moved in prices were great and I knew lots of people were also wanting to move here once I shared what I paid. Usually each year rent may increase about $25-$50 at most a year, they raised rent $200 last year. That is an unfair increase and I know a lot of people moved out and left due to this. The building needs some updates and has a lot of visible damage inside. They allow smoking which I find off-putting. I will be looking elsewhere once my lease is up unless they adjust rent back to where it should be and remove smoking from the units.
I recently moved out of here due to the ridiculous increase in rent. I was paying a fair amount and then they decided to add over $200 a month last minute! And even more than that for month to month. It’s not affordable at all anymore and honestly it’s not worth what they are now charging. The rent price is very unfair. Would NOT recommend!!
