Just moved in yesterday! Everyone seems so nice, can’t wait for the pool to open! Our niece can’t wait to go play at the park. We love how close we are to so many shops!

So far its great! love the lay out of the buildings and very friendly staff! There's a few tweaks like some loose bolts on some things but other than that its overall a nice place

Management was absolutely wonderful getting us in, maintenance has been right on any problems we have, neighbors are super nice. The only downfall is the cars that take off at the light that are loud. But you can’t stop that! :)

Units are spacious compared to other complexes I have seen. Noise is not bad for such a busy area but have been more trespassers and dumpster diggers in recent times. Maintenance is easy to work with and on top of things. Playground could be updated but is at least something. While the renovated units are nice, pricing is getting a bit much for not many amenities.

Nice place to live, just wish rent was cheaper. I do enjoy the washer and dryer, the storage is nice on the patio and the giant kitchen sink is great.

It’s been really good. I like how the yards look. It gets loud during the day because of the renovations. Staff is friendly. I like how spacious the apartments are. And the people are nice.

Though I find the rent outrageously high ( it is everywhere) I think the apartment and complex is really nice. I enjoy the green space that my balcony overlooks and one day I will use the pool. I think the maintenance person ( Darrell) is cool and very helpful. My needs have been addressed.

It's a fine place to live. Close to everything. Could definitely be cleaner and the ants are a problem no matter how much or how often you clean.

Its very loud here but overall a good community. Very pet friendly. Several community events. Parking is hell, you get one parking space, good luck finding an empty one that isn't reserved for friends or family to visit.

Quiet, well-maintained apartment community. Large square footage, nice balconies, with storage shed and one of the only complexes in the area that offers in-unit washer/dryer. Located close to a grocery store, and the EMX bus line. I love living here!
I appreciate all the hard work Mandy and Darryl have put into making improvements around the property. Maintenance requests as well as any other concerns have been dealt with professionally and in a much more timely manner than prior years with previous managers and maintenance supervisors. Parking issues on our side of the property have even improved. Hopeful for a great summer at Chalet.
Very prompt with answering questions, maintenance issues and getting things done! Our manager and maintenance personnel are very dependable and reliable!
Apartment isn’t bad. But management is HORRIBLE! It is the best value you can get in an apartment. But you get what you pay for. If you want something fixed be prepared to wait months to years, yes years, to have it done.

One of the best values around. Free cable, granite countertops, open floor plan in living/dining/kitchen, lots of sq footage, pool, large green space that is very well kept. Only Comcast Internet, no century link. Right across from the newly remodeled gateway mall. It's surprisingly quiet considering it's near mall and roads. Management and maintenance do a great job. Really good value.
