I have been here two years maybe three not sure but time flies fast I have had a wonderful experience here with champion I have no complaints besides the trash pick up or lack there of it's been an amazing adventure and would suggest champion To others as a great place and environment to live

I like my apartment no problem the office ladies are very nice and the maintenance guys are always on time. The kids play really good together they have a nice park and play area for the kids

It’s quiet I been here almost 2 years with no problems I love that the parking u can park anywhere no stickers or anything needed and I like how it stays clean trash always getting picked up also

So far very peaceful and comfortable. I don’t like when the security gate is left open at times other than that no complaints. Office could stand to answer calls and communicate better as well

Great community, they have an after school program for kids, they host different activities and events for the apartments. There meals for kids help families in need.
