Property Ratings at Champions Gate
I consistently had an issue with my bill. It was about $15-$20 max every month for my water and sewer together. Every month they would refund the difference, but I would have to remind them MULTIPLE times. I mean going in every single day all week to get it fixed. When I moved out I had a bill from Conservice (water and sewer) for $176. I called before the bill was finalized. Vanessa (who I would always work with) told me “let’s wait until the bill is finalized” which is what she says every single month. Well the final bill came, and she did not fix it. So I’m out an extra $150, which is over half the deposit because of an INCORRECT WATER FEE I had consistently for about half the year I was there that they are aware. The lady below me had constant water leaks, so much so that maintenance rushed inside one evening to make sure my washer or dishwasher wasn’t leaking everywhere. They weren’t even running. So there has to be a leak inside building seven somewhere and they’re making us tenants pay hundreds of extra dollars for the wasted water. I was going to give this place five stars but you don’t mess with peoples money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE if you have a choice. The new management do not know what they are doing and evicting people for last management mistake. I move her almost two years ago and it has a been a nightmare since then. The only reason I stayed another year is so my son could graduate from high school with his friends. The new office manager, Vanessa, is useless and doesn't even try to help resolve issues.

When I searched apartments in this location, Champions Gate immediately stood out because of the wonderful apartment lay out and roominess, the apartment’s amenities and the fantastic front office staff. A month after living here, I could not be more pleased. Vanessa, Kristina and Lacey in the front office are angels - so attentive, friendly, professional and EXTRA helpful in making sure my apartment needs/parking were met. Dennis, the service manager is top-notch as well; he took care of the minor repairs my apartment needed in record time and did so professionally and expertly. This apartment complex is beautiful and within close radius of HEB, La Cantera shopping, fantastic restaurants , Wal Mart, Home Depot, and tourist attractions. I HIGHLY recommend Champions Gate!
